Louis was wonderful to work with. We made several trips to Louis Jewelers before decideding and purchasing our rings. He was always patient and helpful. Our rings are exactly what we both wanted and the prices are amazing. We have been so happy with him, we have referred other friends.

I was looking for a piece of work that is specially done for my wife. With some hesitation I picked up my phone and called Sonali. She not only answered but also suggested multiple options with vast variety of her collections. She was also able to change the design based on my instructions. When I presented the anniversary gift to my wife, she actually cried. Seems like she have been following her work for quite some time but was not able to decide to finally buy. I guess I was able to break the ice and she got what she wanted

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Hoff and it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. Naturally when we started to look for wedding bands we immediately thought to go to Hoff. We both had pretty standard ideas for what we wanted, him a solid yellow gold band and me a white gold band with small diamonds to match my engagement ring. We got prices at Hoff and thought it would be smart to try another jeweler just to compare. We went to another jeweler and the set of bands we wanted were more than $500 more, so we went back to Hoff and placed the order! Michelle was super helpful in showing us all of our options and helping my fiancé find the correct size! They also did a complementary Rhodium finish and cleaning on my rings prior to my wedding so that they were super shiny and ready for pictures! Every time I’ve been in the store it’s a pleasant experience and everyone is extremely helpful!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring, three years prior to our wedding from Fred Meyer Jewelers online. They are the "parent company" of Littman. After purchasing my ring, I had gone to the Littman in Albany, also the one is Rotterdam when I lived in Schenectady. I have always been extremely pleased with their service and repairs on my jewelry, so it was only natural to go there to shop for our wedding bands. The first time when went shopping, he selected his ring right away. I wasn't exactly sure on what style band I wanted, and with my engagement ring being a solitaire, I had a lot of options to choose from. When we returned the second time to pick up his ring we had purchased, I decided to try a few more rings on, one of which I had tried on the time before but didn't think I liked it. I finally decided that that was my ring, it was a very unique band with circles and teardrops encrusted in diamonds. It is perfect! I absolutely love it! I went back a few months later and had the rhodium finish re-applied to my engagement ring, so that it would look shiny and new for my wedding day! The ring was done just a few hours later, that evening thanks to their in house jeweler!!! :)

This place provides custom jewelry and service you won't see at a mall store or local chain. The owner, Justin, is great to work with. I wouldn't trust anywhere else in the capital district if you're looking for quality jewelry.
