This place provides custom jewelry and service you won't see at a mall store or local chain. The owner, Justin, is great to work with. I wouldn't trust anywhere else in the capital district if you're looking for quality jewelry.

We got our engagement ring, wedding bands, and the grooms watch from Finkle and never have it in our plans to go to another jeweler! Justin and the entire Finkle team are the only jeweler where you feel more like lifelong friends rather than a customer. Justin sat with both of us and walked through each detail of the jewelry never asking for our name, contact information, or a sale. He let us have time to consider the purchase and come back on our own.

Each time we returned we were greeted with a hello, first name, and the same level of dedicated service.

My engagement ring is a vintage ring with a unique shape. I needed a wedding band that could be custom made to fit with the my engagement ring. Finkle Jewelers created a perfect wedding band for me it fits perfectly with my engagement ring and is exactly what I wanted. Justin and staff worked with me every step of the way. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

My husband planned on visiting several jewelers before purchasing my engagement ring. His first stop was Harold Finkle and he was so impressed with their service that he never went anywhere else. Justin helped him pick out the perfect setting and diamonds. He guided my husband in choosing the best diamond. It was clear we would be returning for our wedding bands. We purchased our wedding bands and they engraved our wedding date on them with no additional charge. Every time we walk into the store we are greeted warmly and they do an excellent job cleaning our rings. We will surely be returning for future jewelry purchases.

I am absolutely in love with my engagement ring and wedding band...and my husband of course! :-) We worked closely with Justin for custom designed bands for my husband and myself. He did a beautiful job and was very prompt. He was also able to provide engraving on the inside of the band (free of charge) without my husband's knowledge. We will continue to use them for any jewelry in the future.
