  Don't look anywhere else for your jewelry needs

  This place provides custom jewelry and service you won't see at a mall store or local chain. The owner, Justin, is great to work with. I wouldn't trust anywhere else in the capital district if you're looking for quality jewelry.

  You are more than a customer at Finkles!

  We got our engagement ring, wedding bands, and the grooms watch from Finkle and never have it in our plans to go to another jeweler! Justin and the entire Finkle team are the only jeweler where you feel more like lifelong friends rather than a customer. Justin sat with both of us and walked through each detail of the jewelry never asking for our name, contact information, or a sale. He let us have time to consider the purchase and come back on our own.
  
  Each time we returned we were greeted with a hello, first name, and the same level of dedicated service.
  
  Finkle is our Jeweler!

  Wonderful Jeweler

  Not only do they have beautiful jewelry, they also have wonderful service. Justin is very friendly and down to earth. He was patient with allowing us to try on as many rings as we needed in order to make a decision we were confident with. We never felt pressured. We bought an engagement ring and wedding bands here and could not be happier with our purchases. Every time we go back to get our rings cleaned, they warmly welcome us like family. I highly recommend Harold Finkle Your Jeweler!

  My engagement ring is a vintage ring with a unique shape. I needed a wedding band that could be custom made to fit with the my engagement ring. Finkle Jewelers created a perfect wedding band for me it fits perfectly with my engagement ring and is exactly what I wanted. Justin and staff worked with me every step of the way. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

  Allison at Harold Finkle was amazing! She helped design custom engagement and wedding rings for me. She even helped customize my husband wedding band.
  The others in the shop are amazing also, they also have a shop puppy that is always awesome to cheer you up.

  We worked with Justin specifically, he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, was able to replicate a custom wedding band using simply a picture. Their prices are fair and they were never pushy. They are a superb example of a family run business who cares about the customers!

  My husband planned on visiting several jewelers before purchasing my engagement ring. His first stop was Harold Finkle and he was so impressed with their service that he never went anywhere else. Justin helped him pick out the perfect setting and diamonds. He guided my husband in choosing the best diamond. It was clear we would be returning for our wedding bands. We purchased our wedding bands and they engraved our wedding date on them with no additional charge. Every time we walk into the store we are greeted warmly and they do an excellent job cleaning our rings. We will surely be returning for future jewelry purchases.

  Every time we went to Finkle Jewelers we were blown away by their personalized service and dedication to us as a couple and what our needs and wants were.
  
  We had gone to look at wedding bands at a "local and reputable" jeweler and all they tried to do was sell us something that they would make commission on and then they tried to force us to buy it with numerous follow up phone calls and emails.

  Marty did an amazing job taking an engagement ring that was my moms, grandmothers, and great grandmothers and enhancing it without completely changing it! Then when I told him what I wanted for the wedding bands he totally made all the rings come together as one beautiful piece. Amazing job! Very friendly and great service.
