Hiring Brandy for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party was the single best decision we made in the planning process. From our first meeting, she was incredibly professional but super personable, and her communication was 🎯.We had a specific vision on how to make it a fun night for both guys and girls. Brandy didn't just meet our expectations, she designed a wonderful and unique event. Can’t recommend her enough!

We cannot recommend Donna highly enough! Hiring her was easily the best decision we made for our wedding this year. From our very first meeting , Donna was incredibly professional, organized and attentive to detail. She worked tirelessly to ensure we stayed within our budget. It was a relief to have someone who knew exactly where to save and where to invest to get the best outcome. Michelle and her team were honestly so superb I don’t have any words for how perfect everything was. Seriously cannot imagine the process of planning a wedding without her and I loved working with her team. Shout out to Claire who was with me all day!!! She was fantastic and so helpful. The venue looked absolutely stunning and the florals were perfect. I cannot recommend this team enough. They are a must book!!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Maddy and Bacchus Events. She went above and beyond to make sure that not only our wedding day, but our rehearsal dinner too went off without a hitch. She handled every single detail with such care and professionalism, ensuring that our special day was completely stress-free. From our first conversation and throughout our wedding planning, she saw our vision and truly made it come to life. We are forever grateful for all of her hard work, reliability and attention to detail. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and Maddy made it unforgettable in the best way possible. My husband and I got married in September 2025 and we hired WPP in Spring 2024. From the first meeting with Shannon, we immediately knew WPP was the right fit for us. We did have an unfortunate situation about 6 months into the early planning, where our original wedding planner decided to leave however, this was truly a blessing in disguise because we ended up getting Eliza as our new wedding planner. Eliza was the perfect fit for us. She is the best there is and we are honestly so lucky with how the situation turned out! She truly listened to everything we said, was a great and efficient communicator, made sure we were on top of deadlines, and was a genuine sweetheart throughout the whole wedding planning process. Alissa, the assistant event planner, was also there every step of the way and was so on top of everything. A major powerhouse that WPP has, is the amazing Margette. Margette is a genius and I still cannot believe how incredible she was able to create our wedding space based off my crazy concepts. I feel like she read my mind and always had a solution to everything. Our decor was beyond what I ever could have imagined and for probably more than half the price of what a lot of other people spend. Every wedding deserves a Margette, Eliza, Alissa, and Shannon! I seriously miss my monthly meetings with Eliza and I genuinely feel like the WPP ladies are our friends now.

Absolutely beautiful! Geriann and Rachel exceeded our expectations with their décor. The Canfield Casino looked wonderful for our winter wedding. Their votive glass holders, gold sequin table linen, and Chiavari chairs tied all the decorations together. The room looked lovely! They were very attentive, organized, and professional. They even were in contact with our caterer the day of the wedding when delivering their décor and chairs, so we didn’t have to worry about it. Would highly recommend! 😊

Working with Linda was super easy. We used her for our day of coordinator but I wish we got together sooner. She provided a lot of materials from her stock such as trays for desserts, votive candles & holders, and table numbers. We had 3 very large seating charts that she sent to the printer, picked up and delivered to the venue. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was in the right place (drink signs, center pieces, candles lit, and so much more) then when the night ended she broke it down into boxes for easy loading in the morning. Her team was fantastic. Wish we could have worked together longer.

We started planning our wedding with only a venue booked and a caterer in mind—and from there, Shelby helped us build the most amazing vendor team we could’ve ever hoped for. Her connections and insight opened doors to talent we never would’ve found on our own, and she managed all of those relationships with total professionalism. Shelby guided us through every detail and brought clarity and calm to what could have been an overwhelming process. When the weather threw a curveball on the big day, she pivoted to the rain plan so seamlessly, no one could've believed it wasn't our Plan A. Her creative input helped us refine our vision and design something that was cohesive, meaningful, and uniquely ours. Shelby didn’t just plan our wedding—she elevated it.

Amanda is nothing short of amazing. I am not sure I have enough words to describe how truly incredible she is. My (now) husband and I booked Amanda as our wedding coordinator for our October 4th wedding at Saratoga National Golf Club. To preface I am a very type-A person but I knew my wedding day was not the day to try to do it all myself! Amanda is the full package. She helped us with all of our vendor communications, Wedding-day timeline, rehearsal walk throughs, day-of reminders, communication with the bridal party, parents, she even made me the most perfect day-of wedding playlist while I was getting ready! (Something so small but SO helpful!!!) The list goes on… she thinks of all the little things throughout the day that you won’t think of has a solution for any concern or problem. Her attention to detail Is unmatched, she had an extremely organized and aesthetically pleasing website personalized for my husband and I that had everything we needed from our vendor contracts to our timeline and important contacts. She is also a master of her trade!! She is PREPARED for anything and everything. Her knowledge of the wedding industry, recommendations and understanding is simply incredible. Constant communication and immediate responses! A wedding coordinator was a hard sell for my husband but just a week out from our wedding he looked at me and said “Wow, I’m so glad we have Amanda.” She is the kindest, most professional and understanding of every situation. She makes you feel comfortable and EXCITED about your big day. When you work with Amanda, it is guaranteed that your day will go smoothly. I wanted to enjoy myself and not have to think about ANYTHING other than marrying the love of my life. When you work with Amanda that’s the peace of mind you get. From communicating with the transportation company to steaming my veil and touching me up throughout my reception and reminding us to eat (!!!) there is no stone left unturned. I cannot recommend Amanda enough, if you are working with her you are in the best hands.

As a seasoned wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of working with Kate many times over the years and she is the best! She not only keeps the whole day running smooth for both couples and vendors alike, but also can handle any obstacle / issue that a wedding day can through at her without blinking an eye at it! Do yourself a favor and hire Kate for your wedding planner/coordinator! You will not regret it!
