Taylor was our month-of coordinator for our tent wedding in late September, and she was absolutely amazing. From the start, she was super responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special and as stress-free as possible. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, even when other vendors dropped the ball. Our caterer ended up being very late and unprofessional, and even forgot to pick up our wedding cake the day of the wedding. Taylor immediately stepped in, picked up the cake herself, and we noticed that she took over many of the caterer’s responsibilities throughout the evening (e.g., serving guests wine and water during dinner). Despite these curveballs, she kept everything under control and made sure we could just enjoy the day without worrying about what was going on behind the scenes. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, and I’m so grateful for her. I would absolutely recommend Taylor to anyone planning a wedding!

She and the venue staff gave us the privacy and support we needed during a difficult moment, and we truly couldn’t have navigated it without her.

On top of all that, when we realized we had forgotten to pack our guest book, Taylor saved the day by DoorDashing a sketchbook and sharpies so our guests still had something to sign. Her quick thinking, resourcefulness, and dedication left us in awe.

Taylor was on her feet and hustling from morning until night, ensuring every detail was just right. Anytime I needed something or ran into any sort of issue, she was right there, ready to handle it. I’m so happy my husband and I even managed to get a photo booth picture with her! Honestly, I can’t think about our wedding day without her coming to mind.

After working with Taylor as her client, I’m thrilled to continue our relationship in the wedding world as a photographer. Taylor was so great as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She is very responsive and helpful. We were both so stressed on the day of our wedding, but when Taylor and her team arrived they really put us at ease and took over. We were able to relax and just focus on getting married.
