We started planning our wedding with only a venue booked and a caterer in mind—and from there, Shelby helped us build the most amazing vendor team we could’ve ever hoped for. Her connections and insight opened doors to talent we never would’ve found on our own, and she managed all of those relationships with total professionalism. Shelby guided us through every detail and brought clarity and calm to what could have been an overwhelming process. When the weather threw a curveball on the big day, she pivoted to the rain plan so seamlessly, no one could've believed it wasn't our Plan A. Her creative input helped us refine our vision and design something that was cohesive, meaningful, and uniquely ours. Shelby didn’t just plan our wedding—she elevated it.

The literal best thing you could do for yourself is higher Danielle Grasso Events to take care of your wedding day-of coordination. Though she does not plan your wedding for you, she helped suggest vendors, answered questions to assist with my decision-making, and made relevant suggestions based off of our vibe and vision. She spent generous amounts of time with my husband and myself going over every single detail, so that on the day of, she knew precisely what to do to execute, but also to solve for any last minute changes or issues that arose without having to come to us. The day of our wedding she and her assistant Katie went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that we did not have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. It is solely because of her we were able to just enjoy our day and take it all in (the value of which, is quite literally unspeakable). Whatever Danielle charges you for your wedding she is worth twice that. Reflecting on the day, my husband and I have repeatedly said Danielle and Katie were the unsung heroes. For example, she patiently let us leisurely extend our photos, toasts and dinner to ensure nothing felt rushed (which I am sure was a challenge for her since we threw off the entire timeline). However, she made sure to remind that our photographer’s end time was fast approaching and we had not yet done our first or parent dances. Had she not reminded us, and then run around collecting guests to gather to execute, we would not have been able to capture these tremendously important moments.

From the moment we hired them, Brit Lisko and Beau O’Loendorf were professional and responsive to our needs. Although Beau was not on site at our daughter’s wedding, he was actively involved in zoom meetings and offered valuable input during the planning process. We met Brit at our initial visit to the Jackson Gore Inn at Okemo. She is personable and very easy to work with. She helped us organize our timeline and ran our wedding rehearsal. The outdoor ceremony ran smoothly with Brit and her assistant Desiree’s help. They welcomed guests, directed the wedding procession and discreetly brought my jacket to my seat to wear once I sat down for the ceremony. They interacted well with all our vendors, provided us with guidelines for gratuities, and found coats for our guests when we had an unexpected fire alarm during the reception.

Taylor was our month-of coordinator for our tent wedding in late September, and she was absolutely amazing. From the start, she was super responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special and as stress-free as possible. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, even when other vendors dropped the ball. Our caterer ended up being very late and unprofessional, and even forgot to pick up our wedding cake the day of the wedding. Taylor immediately stepped in, picked up the cake herself, and we noticed that she took over many of the caterer’s responsibilities throughout the evening (e.g., serving guests wine and water during dinner). Despite these curveballs, she kept everything under control and made sure we could just enjoy the day without worrying about what was going on behind the scenes. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, and I’m so grateful for her. I would absolutely recommend Taylor to anyone planning a wedding!
