I recommend Donna Connor and On The Go Weddings & Events!

Donna was super communicative leading up to the wedding - I think she went above and beyond what a typical "day-of coordinator" does in this way. We toured the venue with us, recommended vendors and met with us several times both with and without the venue. She was also super helpful during the rehearsal in taking the reins there. On the actual day, Donna made sure things went smoothly. One thing my mom and I especially appreciated was that when the greenery arrived, it wasn't quite long enough for what we envisioned. Donna quickly came up with a solution by weaving some bouquets into the greenery and made it look super nice.

We cannot recommend Donna highly enough! Hiring her was easily the best decision we made for our wedding this year. From our very first meeting , Donna was incredibly professional, organized and attentive to detail. She worked tirelessly to ensure we stayed within our budget. It was a relief to have someone who knew exactly where to save and where to invest to get the best outcome. Summer Wedding

We are so thankful for the concierge service that helped make our small summer wedding feel truly special. From the very first conversation with Donna, we felt listened to and cared for. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and kindness, which allowed us to relax and enjoy each moment of our day. It never felt rushed or impersonal — instead, it felt like we had someone genuinely invested in making our wedding meaningful and stress-free. With, Donna’s connections, we were able to find a photographer, a trio jazz band along with beautiful floral arrangements. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always appreciate the care and heart that went into making our day so memorable. I would highly recommend Donna and her services.

Professionalism with personability

Donna and her staff went above and beyond what I had hired them for. Everyone on the staff was efficient and friendly. The weather was not cooperative but still everything planned went off without a hitch due to On the Go’s quick thinking and willingness to go the extra mile.
If something goes awry, you won’t know about it until after the event, if at all.
Highly recommend their services and will hire them for future events.

Stress-free and beautiful experience

We had such a great experience working with Donna from On the go weddings. From start to finish communication was clear and professional, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. On the day of our wedding she was so organized, punctual, and incredibly kind. Her attention to detail was perfect. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked, and she took the time to make sure everything was exactly right. The final results exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier.

Donna is amazing!

Hiring Donna to coordinate our wedding day was the best decision we made! We had our wedding at an estate and our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all located in different areas throughout the property. Donna made sure all phases of our day ran smoothly and things were set up beautifully. Her interactions with our wedding party and family/friends was great and she kept us all running on schedule. Through the last few months prior to wedding day, Donna helped us consider logistics that we would have never thought of and it made a huge difference in how the day panned out. If there were any hiccups (which are inevitable), we never knew about it! We are so grateful for all of her assistance, attention to detail, and organization. Thank you, Donna!

Thank you Donna!!!

Donna made our big day possible!! I felt a sense of relief as soon as I hired her. Although she was our "day of coordinator," she scheduled several calls with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding and reached out to all of our vendors in advance to put together a thorough timeline. Our wedding was very DIY, and I quite literally don't think we could've pulled it off without Donna! She kept everything running smoothly on the big day so I could just enjoy myself. She also ran our wedding rehearsal the day before. She seemed to think of every little detail, which was ESSENTIAL for such a DIY event. There were farm animals at our venue, and Donna even helped wrangle a goat that escaped from an enclosure and started head butting guests ... so to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement! She also saved the day on the morning of the wedding by printing out an extra copy of a sign that got lost. Donna is a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her!!

Donna has your wedding day handled!

We absolutely loved working with Donna on our 10/19/24 wedding day! Stress no more! Donna is amazing!! Having Donna as the leader of your wedding team will give you so much confidence that the day will go smoothly and off without a hitch. Donna is extremely efficient; I knew from my initial phone calls with her that she would be able to handle anything the wedding day could throw at her discreetly, promptly and professionally. Donna is extremely seasoned! I actually had an issue with one of my vendors 2 weeks before the wedding. She talked me down and gave me really great advice on handling the situation and saw through to the end that it was handled. On the wedding day, she attended to all of our personal details and decorations for the ceremony, cocktail and reception space. She made sure our vision was executed at every stage. With her in charge, we were able to relax & have fun all day long. Definitely include Donna in your wedding team!

I never had the dream of what I wanted for my wedding, but I wanted something, beautiful, memorable, and comfortable for my guests. Donna met with us to learn about our personalities and interests and helped us develop a vision for the most perfect wedding! From the flowers to matching colors, and vendors she helped with every decision, providing options that best fit our budget. She even provided umbrellas when the rain picked up during our photos, which made some pretty cool photos that we cherish! Thank you, Donna! For designing the most beautiful dream!
