There are absolutely not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Alina and her team. From the very beginning Alina was very kind. Having a big wedding at an all-inclusive hotel with multiple outside vendors is no easy task. I was extremely stressed out and then came across Alina. From the moment I booked her, she took off running and helped alleviate a lot of my stress. She reviewed every contract and contacted every single one of my vendors to organize and ensure all contracts were executed as agreed upon. On the day of wedding, Alina ensured the ceremony and reception spaces were perfect. Mrs. Rose-Marie stayed with me in the bridal suit to help me get ready. She steamed my dress and ensured I stayed hydrated. She also made sure the rest of the bridal party was ready. There was an issue with hotel security not letting in guests with day pass’s and Mrs. Rose-Marie told them straight up to stop calling and upsetting the bride lol. My wedding was everything I wanted and I could not have done it without Alina. Planning a destination wedding while you’re overseas is beyond stressful. Having Alina helping to do the footwork was invaluable. Having a coordinator for your wedding is a non-negotiable. I cannot recommend Events by Alina enough!!!!!!!

I am obsessed with Ashley and her family-run business! Not only is Ashley incredibly talented, she is flexible, calm, and simply the best to work with. After signing my initial contract with Ashley, I changed the vision for my ceremony and reception florals pretty drastically. Ashley never made me feel like I was locked in to anything, she listened intently to the changes I wanted to make and created a new proposal for me without missing a beat. The new proposal included a lot of greenery on the walls and ceiling beams— not easy to do! Ashley absolutely CRUSHED it. The greenery looked so gorgeous, my guests and photographer kept saying the venue should keep it installed permanently. The ground pieces for the ceremony were absolutely stunning. I really appreciated how Ashley used the ground pieces as efficiently as possible (zig zagging down the aisle and alternating every few rows) so that I could get the ceremony of my dreams without breaking the bank. Last thing, a few weeks before my wedding I decided I wanted to add disco balls. Ashley kindly agreed to hang them up for me. They ROCKED 🤩 I only found out after the fact that Ashley had had some nervousness about standing on such a tall ladder and brought her husband to help. This just shows how committed she is to executing the vision and making her clients happy. I couldn’t have been happier with the results! 🩷 If you’re considering booking Ashley, DO IT!!

My husband and I hired Faro and his team to help us plan our wedding in under 6 months due to having to cancel our destination wedding and move it to NYC. C & L’s team made sure we put our covid-wedding blues behind us and got to work right away. They helped us find all the perfect vendors, designed the whole event, and ensured all would go according to plan. We rented an empty loft space in Greenpoint with great bones but needed a lot of TLC to come to life. Faro and his team transformed the industrial factory into a magical haven for wedding bliss. We have not stopped getting phone calls, texts and and emails from friends and family raving about our wedding - from layout, to decor, to florals, to food and everything in between. If you are looking for a wedding team that takes pride in their work and in knowing you can sit back and enjoy your event, We highly recommend C & L for any of your upcoming events!

We are so incredibly grateful to Eliza, Margette, and Fabby for making our wedding weekend absolutely unforgettable! From the planning process to the big day itself, they were professional, attentive, organized, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand our vision and made sure every detail was handled beautifully. There were so many little details that I knew we wouldn’t be able to handle ourselves and having this team in place made all of the difference. Knowing we could trust them completely allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding weekend with our family and friends instead of worrying about the little things. We had various vendors that we were working with from table linen rentals to a walking cannoli station and WPP handled every coordination beautifully. I. Never had to worry about whether all of the vendors were followed up with. Thank you, Eliza, Margette, and Fabby, for all of your hard work, patience, and dedication. You went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of. We couldn’t recommend you enough to any couple looking for an amazing wedding planning team!

James Abel was the utmost professional in planning our wedding, and we could not have been happier with the result. James was with us every step of the way, from venue selection, catering and beverage, invitations, photography, music, flowers and décor, transportation, lodging and more. James not only found us the best vendors, he also found us the best deals and pricing during our vendor selection. In addition to being excellent during planning, James and his team were outstanding during the day of our wedding, making sure everything went smoothly and was stress free. We had an amazing time on our wedding day and our friends and family remarked on how perfect the day was. It was the best day of our life and so much of that is due to James Abel and his team’s meticulous planning and execution. If you are planning any event, whether a wedding or other event, we would recommend James Abel every time.

Sonal and her team were incredible to work with. From the first call, I picked up how attentive she was and how organized the whole experience would be. She brings over 2 decades worth of experience curating luxury, yet personalized weddings for clients. What was the most important to me and my husband was to enjoy the weekend as if we are guests at our own wedding and not having to worry about any of the little details the day of. Not only did her team spend every week with us planning and coordinating with vendors, but they also took away any last minute stress or coordination off our plate, so we were able to enjoy the best day of our lives and truly live in the moment. It's usually unheard of that a bride and groom is able to eat at their own wedding, but we got to sample every meal across each of our events and they brought out our drinks in a schedule so we didn't have to run to the bar. The two days were impeccable, from the event flow, the guest experience, the schedules, logistics, and more. I highly recommend the SJS team for wedding planning and coordination if you want a stress-free and seamless wedding experience.

Lauren is intelligent, efficient, and amazing to work with. She works hard and is very good at her job. We elected the month of option and to have Lauren and her assistant present on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were stumbling and unsure where to start with formulating a timeline - after one meeting, Lauren structured one without any hesitation, and patiently worked with us through our questions and any confusion we had. Lauren also made sure she was available when we needed her, even at odd hours. On the day of, Lauren put out fires before we even realized there were fires! She made our day so much less stressful considering there were a handful of fires at no fault of her own nor my husband and I (namely the venue and one of the other vendors). Lauren goes above and beyond, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to ensure that their wedding day will be the best day of their lives, aka no stress nor issues on them. Lauren was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We were unsure to book a coordinator initially, and looking back now, we are so relieved and glad that we had Lauren during the process and the day of. Lauren is truly the best out there. I highly, highly recommend Lauren, and will continue recommending her to anyone who asks if they need a coordinator (you do - you need Lauren)!

Michelle was so incredibly amazing to work with!! She understood our floral vision and truly brought it to life! We had our wedding at Franklin Plaza and she did an amazing job setting up our florals. I highly recommend Michelle and Intuition Florals for any of your floral needs!

Cynthia was a very calm, positive, and poised addition to our wedding day team! She went above and beyond in many ways, we really enjoyed working with her as our day of coordinator! She did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and her detailed call before the day of was extremely helpful.

We had such a great time at our wedding thanks to Debra. She made sure everything ran seamlessly and provided us peace of mind throughout the day. She and her staff were extremely competent and knew what to do in every situation. Planning a wedding is not easy but when you have her on your side, it makes it a lot less painful.
