Wedding Decorations in New York

Corryn is an incredible potter who made the most beautiful floral vases for me and my bridesmaids. I knew I wanted to ask my best friends to be in my bridal party with something special and unique that they could keep forever, and these vases were absolutely perfect. Corryn worked so thoughtfully with me to make sure the design and colors were exactly what I envisioned. I wanted specific shades of pink, and she put so much effort into creating several examples for me to choose from. She was receptive to my feedback and truly wanted me to feel like a collaborator throughout the process. She also created beautiful clusters of flowers on the vases inspired by some of my favorite flowers. One of my favorite details was Corryn’s thoughtful idea to stamp “Bridesmaid” and “Bride” on the bottoms of each of our vases. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and I really appreciated her excellent communication throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the final result! All of my best friends absolutely loved their vases and were so excited to display them in their homes. I highly recommend Pottery Gaia for any specialty pottery pieces. Corryn is incredibly talented and a true joy to work with!

John and the bearfly team made our wedding feel more special than we ever could have imagined. We were so lucky to have them on our team.  The tent pole drapery was stunning, the lighting in the tent was beautiful, and the after party lights in the glass barn were ICONIC.  If you're looking for a vendor who will not only deliver, but go above and beyond for your wedding or event, look no further.  John is exactly who you need!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN!

Cristal elegance really made my wedding truly memorable with the champagne glasses! 10/10 highly recommend!

We used Fox Haus for tent chandelier lighting & drapery for our September 2026 wedding at Burr Mansion and we are so happy with how everything turned out! The installation looked beautiful - we got so many compliments, and communication was great leading up to the day. We would definitely recommend them to future brides!

It was great to work with Shintaro and Okamoto studio who put together a dazzling giant ice sculpture for our wedding. We had both went to the same college so wanted our mascot as an ice sculpture along with a bottle holder for homemade limoncello and Shintaro and his team created an incredible piece that was a highlight of our reception and a great focal point for pictures.

Balloon Affair did a great job with my decorations! They put the a beautiful curtain with light as a backdrop behind our bridal table. Everybody loved taking pictures there. It looked so pretty. The ceiling with the draping was completely transformed! Thank you Rosemarie! I am really glad I found you! Best, Ani

I truly think that if we didn't have Milo (emcee) at our wedding, it really would not have been as good as it was. Really! I met them while working at a hotel as a catering manager. I knew to keep him in mind for my wedding and I was not let down. They are a great company and completely professional. I would definitely recommend them for Bar Mitzvah's or Weddings. (they specialize in mitzvahs)

Joy helped us pick out the perfect linens for our big day! She made everything so easy for us and so fun! On the day, the delivery went perfectly and we walked into the most gorgeous ballroom ever! So grateful to see our vision come to life! Thank you Joy and team!

Mark and his team jumped in on short notice to create a beautiful ceiling design and installation, all at an incredibly reasonable cost. Will upload photos once we have them, but everything was just so elegant and beautiful. Really first rate all around!

The Original Runner Company is hands down the BEST place we could've ever selected for our daughter's aisle runner for her wedding day. The options are endless and Jade was so wonderful to work with and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our choice and we were. A beautiful wedding is one thing, but a beautiful wedding with the perfect aisle runner changes everything and becomes such a stunning event that highlights the couple with their very own unique and personalized touch. I can't imagine anyone wanting a boring, empty aisle to walk down when The Original Runner Company can make that special walk a very beautiful and memorable one.
