Upstate Roots did such an incredible job on my wedding day. They made me and my wedding party feel so beautiful! The Upstate Roots girls are so sweet and really take the time to listen to your vision and pay attention to every little detail. I will ALWAYS recommend this team! Thank you so much!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! From the very beginning, she took her time during my trial, offered thoughtful suggestions, and most importantly, really listened to what I was asking for. I never felt rushed, and I left the trial feeling completely confident and excited for my wedding day. On the morning of the wedding, she was exactly the kind of person you want by your side—calm, attentive, funny, sweet, and so easy to be around. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. And my hair… it was honestly better than I ever could have dreamed. It was a true Disney princess moment! 🤍 I received so many compliments throughout the day, but more importantly, I truly felt like the absolute best version of myself. Looking back at our photos, I still can't believe how beautiful she made me feel. I am so grateful she was part of such an important day and would recommend her over and over again to any bride. She is incredibly talented and genuinely wonderful at what she does!

I could not imagine having a better team working on our hair and make up for my day. Not only did everyone look amazing but we had a great time while getting ready. We all had vastly different styles to our hair and Heather was able to make all our visions a reality. I even had a hair trial with Heather and as promised it looked even better day of. I would recommend Heather to any bride and bridal party no matter what style you are going for. She also works with a make up artist Brittany who I met through her and hired. I did not have time for a trial for make up but she was able to take my vision day of and was amazing. We all loved our hair and make up and cannot stop raving about it!

Alyssa & Carina are amazing. I highly recommend them to take care of yourself as a bride and your bridesmaids for their service. They are professional, friendly, flexible, and very effective with time. They took really good care of myself and my bridesmaids we all looked beautiful! Thank you so much Alyssa and carina for making us look our best on the best day of my life!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Lamjia. She did my hair and makeup for my bridal shower and my wedding, including three separate looks, and every single one was absolute perfection. From the very beginning of my bridal journey, she made me feel so cared for, understood, and genuinely beautiful. Her talent is unreal, but it’s her presence that truly sets her apart. She brought such a calming, uplifting energy to moments that could have easily felt overwhelming. She made the entire experience fun, relaxing, and so special. I felt so radiant and so at ease in her hands, like I could fully trust her with one of the most important days of my life, and she delivered beyond anything I imagined. She didn’t just do my glam; she brought my vision to life in a way that felt even more “me” than I expected. I’m forever grateful that she was part of my day and my whole bridal journey. Having her by my side made everything more meaningful, more magical, and more unforgettable.

Choosing to book with The Carolina Company was one of the best decisions I made! Brooke was super attentive from day one; her pricing is perfectly fair; the quality of service she provides is unmatched, and the results🤩 UGHHH! She was super personable on the day of and meshed with all the ladies getting their hair and makeup done very well! The only thing I regret is not finding Brooke sooner; I was a wedding planner in the WNY/Western PA area before moving to NC, and had I known about Brooke, she would have been the only wedding hairstylist I would recommend to anyone. Thank you, for taking the time to understand my vision and executing it perfectly😊

Jessica is AMAZING! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding makeup artist. First and foremost, she is such a beautiful person (inside and out). She is incredibly talented, and her passion for her work is evident in everything she does. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She was very responsive, attentive, and always made sure every detail was taken care of. Whenever I had questions, she always answered them so clearly and thoroughly. I’m very particular when it comes to makeup, and from the moment I first met Jessica at my makeup trial and described my vision, she brought it to life PERFECTLY. She completely understood the look I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I was blown away! On my wedding day, she brought such a calming presence to the morning and made the entire getting-ready experience so enjoyable. Jessica made me feel absolutely radiant and confident on my wedding day. My makeup photographed beautifully, lasted all day and night, and still felt like me. Jessica brought along a second artist, Lisa, who was also amazing! Jessica and Lisa took the BEST care of all my girls, and everyone looked gorgeous! They easily managed to get a large group of girls ready beautifully and efficiently while keeping the morning calm and stress-free. I am beyond grateful that Jessica was a part of my wedding day. I highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone who is incredibly talented, professional, and truly cares about making you feel your absolute best. Jessica is truly 5 stars and beyond! I will be looking for any excuse to get my makeup done with her again in the future! 💕

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Irina, my hair stylist for the wedding. From the moment we met, Irina was warm, professional, and truly invested in making sure my vision came to life. She created absolutely stunning hairstyles that exceeded my expectations and made me feel so special on my big day. Irina brought along an amazing assistant, and together they worked efficiently and seamlessly. It was such a pleasant surprise to learn that she and my makeup artist are related—they made a fantastic team and worked so well together, ensuring the morning went smoothly and stress-free. What stood out most was how Irina listened carefully to the changes I requested and executed them perfectly. She was attentive to every detail and never hesitated to make adjustments until I was completely happy. My hair lasted all day and looked incredible in all the photos.
