Jenn definitely showed her talent and created a amazing hairstyle that made me, the mother of the bride, feel truly beautiful! Her professional yet fun demeanor made it such a special moment of the day. My experience working with Jenn at Timeless Event Hair was truly an amazing, 10/10 experience!! Jenn is such a talented hair stylist and really takes the time to listen to what you want and works with you to make your vision come true. She is extremely professional and was quick to respond to emails or texts and was on time (actually early!!) for the hair trial and wedding day. On top of being so talented and professional, Jenn herself is so friendly and personable. She is easy to talk to and is a great listener, which was so nice especially on the wedding day when I was feeling nervous and stressed at times! I booked Jenn over a year before my wedding, communication was very timely and any questions I had, as am very inexperienced with getting hair done whatsoever were quickly responded to. I had an idea in mind for my wedding hair and during our trial, given Jenn’s expertise ended up with a similar but even better style. I appreciate her suggestions and skill so much at an already stressful time she is one constant and guarantee of exceptional quality and service.

Jenn did an absolutely fabulous job with my hair on my wedding day! I was nervous going into my hair trial because I wasn’t really sure how to describe what I wanted, but Jenn put me at ease right away. She had a few of my inspiration photos printed out and hung up on the wall so we could talk through them together, and she put what I wanted into words so beautifully. She ended up styling half my head one way and half my head a different way so I could compare, and by the end of the day wearing the style, I had a good idea of the direction I wanted to go in. She executed it perfectly on the day of the wedding, and I absolutely loved the way my hair came out. And she did a fabulous job with everyone else, too—my mom actually cried because she loved her hair so much.

Jenn was great to work with throughout the process. Her prices are reasonable, she was always responsive to my questions (mostly via text, which was actually so nice and way easier than email), and she provided clear directions. And she’s just a lovely person as well—she has an infectious positive energy and there’s no awkwardness sitting in her chair. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely work with her again for a special event!
