Wedding Dresses and Gowns in Buffalo

Blissets was our first stop for wedding dress shopping-A friend recommended them. For my other daughter we did David's. They hurried us through the process. At Blissets, we stopped in without an appointment and Michelle (extremely knowledgeable) helped us through the process of finding the most complimentary and affordable dress. She was amazing. We went to three other local shops and no one compared to Michelle. My daughter narrowed it down to 3 beautiful dresses at Blissets-we did not find any others more beautiful at any other store plus, the attention to us wasn't even close! That wouldn't have happened without the expert guidance we received at Blissets! Thank you!

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found the one. The staff there is incredibly nice and helpful. Courtney was my stylist and she was amazing. She listened to my style preferences and pulled some beautiful options and helped me find the perfect dress.

I didn’t even purchase my gown here, and yet Mady treated me like one of her own MOB's. After my mother-of-the-bride gown arrived looking completely different in color than it appeared online, I was stressed and unsure how to handle it. Mady took the time to answer all my questions, offered thoughtful and professional suggestions, and went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot what might have caused the issue. She even helped me word a phone call and explanation to the designer—something she had no obligation to do. Her kindness, expertise, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a manageable one. This is the kind of bridal salon every bride dreams of: one that puts people first, leads with heart, and delivers incredible customer service—even if you didn’t buy your gown there! Super cute store and great selection! Victoria's was the first place I went and I ended up finding my dress the first day! I was nervous to dress shop because I was afraid they would only have sample sizes but they had a great size selection!

Antionette was kind, helpful and very knowledgable when I went to try on wedding dresses. She provides a very nice, but small, selection of wedding dresses, and many bridesmaid/Mother of the Bride dresses.

Sandy was another one who was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable on her dresses. It was super fun being able to go through the racks and pick out the dresses ourselves. The dress that I chose came with flowy sleeves that I didn't like, so she ordered plain nude sleeves and extra appliques that were on the dress that I was able to bring to my seamstress and get them custom made. I really appreciated that she was able to do that for me since lace sleeves was the main thing I wanted. Definitely recommend checking out her dresses!

I had the best experience at Silk Bridal, would absolutely recommend shopping for your wedding dress or bringing items in to get tailored at their in-house tailor Thimble. They also had very transparent and upfront costs for alterations! Fatima is the sweetest seamstress I’ve ever worked with and made me feel like a queen every time I tried on my dress. She worked with me over and over again until I was truly satisfied and felt beautiful in my dress. I know I could be a tough person to work with so all their guidance and help was truly appreciated! You must go meet with this gem of a seamstress!

I worked with Jordyn to find my dream wedding dress. I found one I absolutely loved at Joeval's, but I really wanted to find one with an illusion lace back, so I kept looking. I found out that it might be possible to make changes on the dress I loved at Joeval's, so Jordyn worked with dressmakers at Enzoani to make my perfect dress a reality. Jordyn was so helpful and super responsive to all my questions. She made suggestions for accessories as well as undergarments, and when I was almost out of options in terms of a bra, she had her sister Allie come in and make me a tape bra. I ended up skyping with them the day of my wedding so they could walk me through how to make a tape bra on the day of. Jordyn and Allie really went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend Jordyn and Allie at Joeval's!
