I didn’t even purchase my gown here, and yet Mady treated me like one of her own MOB's. After my mother-of-the-bride gown arrived looking completely different in color than it appeared online, I was stressed and unsure how to handle it. Mady took the time to answer all my questions, offered thoughtful and professional suggestions, and went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot what might have caused the issue.
She even helped me word a phone call and explanation to the designer—something she had no obligation to do. Her kindness, expertise, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a manageable one.

Maddie was amazing helping me find my dream dress!

Mady and Steph went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience at House of Bridal! I never felt rushed or felt that they were annoyed with all of the different dresses I wanted to try on. I didn’t even feel pressured to buy my dress I thought I wanted at my first appointment, they let me come back and retry dresses on. These girls are not only amazing, down to earth girls but are extremely professional. I will be referring everyone I know to House of Bridal. Thank you both so much!

They asked me a lot of questions to understand what I really was looking for and never once were pushy in any way. They ensured I found what I wanted, regardless of anyone else’s opinions. They were very supportive and helpful, never placing any pressure on me. They encouraged me to be honest in my feedback of what I liked in a dress, or did not like, no questions asked or any feelings hurt!

Five stars is not a high enough rating for my experience at House of Bridal and the co-owner Mady. I went into the day thinking I was just going to shop around and get ideas, but I ended up falling in love with the store, the dresses, and the experience. The first dress Mady pulled for me ended up being The One!

Mady was fantastic! I feel like she completely understood what I was looking for, my concerns, my likes and dislikes, all before I even voiced them. She was super accommodating from the start, opening on a Sunday for just me and my sizable group. With Mady's personality and helpfulness it was almost like she was my sixth member of the family hype crew! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about what she does and it shines through to make the appointment easy, comfortable and fun.

The variety of dresses available were all so beautiful, and you could tell there was something for every style. You would be hard pressed to walk out of there without falling in love with at least one dress. This is THE boutique to visit if you want a variety of options, fair prices and an appointment that is personalized to you. We never felt rushed, there was never any pressure to make the purchase. It was all about what worked best for us, which in this day and age is a rare occurrence in any industry.

This experience went from something that I figured would be one of many, to a dream experience that was everything I could have hoped for and more. For that day, in MY wedding dress, I felt comfortable, confident, and like a princess. I wish every bride this same experiance and feel sure that you will recieve it at House of Bridal.

I was able to set up an appointment right online and filled out a brief survey of what type of dress I wanted. During the appointment, Mady took a few dresses that fit my survey and had me try them on. I loved every single one, but she had me try a style I never thought I'd love.. Thank God she did because seeing that style on brought me to tears and I ended up purchasing that dress! Extremely knowledgeable of their inventory and of all dresses. She was so honest with me and made me beyond comfortable! HIGHLY recommend!!!

My dress was too big and I was in a panic when my wedding was within 10 days. I hadn't bought the dress from House of Bridal as I'm from out of the area but I called them as I was getting married in the area. I was in a panic as I didn't know anywhere that might do alterations in a pinch. They were so professional and kind and gave my a recommendation immediately. If they were this kind and responsive for someone who didn't even buy a dress from them, I can only imagine the service they'd provide to someone who does buy a dress from them. I wish I had.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Steph and Mady are professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Not only did I find a wedding dress more beautiful than I ever imagined, but the the space is gorgeous. Most importantly, you can tell that Steph and Mady pour their heart and soul into the business and their customers. They will make your bridal dreams come true!

This was the first place i looked to find a wedding dress. The experience i had was absolutely amazing. The 2 hours i spent there were filled with lots of laughs and lots of happy tears!! The girls made the dress shopping experience one i will always remember and cherish. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t express enough how thankful i am for the ladies help! I said yes to the dress!!
