I came to Best Fit's in a rush. I had my mom's wedding, and I also needed new suits for business school. I worked directly with the owner. She was able to give me a week turn around. Amazing services, and customized the experience exactly to my needs. I was a bit unsure the exact style I wanted, but she was able to take my vision and turn it into a reality. I just needed to show up, and she was able to make the rest happen. Amazing service, and amazing talent. I will be moving out of state to start school, but I will be coming back here just to get my suits from her. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!

My father and I went to Men's Wearhouse in search of a suit for him to walk me down the aisle in only to be ignored! We looked around in the store after asking for help and being told to sign in on a sheet of paper in the front, but after 30 minutes of looking around, we watched multiple employees go on smoke breaks as well as congregating in the middle of the store gossiping and fighting with eachother.

After bad luck there, we thankfully headed over to BestFit and were warmly greeted by Ronas. Ronas helped us determine color, texture, and best fit for my dad. Ronas was honest while still being complementary the entire time, and had great recommendations. He spoke to us with respect but never crossed the line into pushy salesman territory. He helped us work with our budget without being judgmental. Ronas even remembered my dad and told him to tell me hello when my dad went in for pick up!

We can't recommend the Greece Ridge location or Ronas enough! Thank you Ronas!

We went with Best Fit for our guys suits because they allowed our guys to purchase suits for equal or less than renting, they were able to mail our suits out to our groomsmen who were all over the place (from LA to DC) and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable though a bit scattered. Our only gripe with them was in their responsiveness. Blessedly, we started the suit process earlier than most (we gave ourselves about 5 months to get it together) so we weren't too terribly stressed out, but our consultant Andrew--who was absolutely amazing in person--was in the process of having twins so he was in and out of the store and some of our earlier communications slipped through the cracks. They also seemed to do most of their tracking on paper as opposed to an online system which made me nervous, but they got everything done well ahead of our July 1st wedding--alterations, sending out the suits, even getting extra ties, socks and shirts to keep on hand for us should anything turn up missing. We would definitely recommend them and would go back in the future for other events, would just want to make sure we have plenty of lead time!

I had a deeply disappointing experience purchasing my wedding suit here.

My initial experience with Onur was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to discuss the suit and alterations I would need. I purchased the suit and paid for the alterations we agreed upon, leaving with every reason to believe everything was in good hands.

Unfortunately, that was not the case.

I returned the following week, as scheduled, for my fitting. The associate working had no knowledge of my purchase or appointment and told me Onur was out of town. After eventually locating my suit, I was told I would need to come back when a tailor was available. We scheduled another appointment for the following Saturday.

When I returned, the same associate was there. Despite having been unable to assist me the previous week, he now decided he could handle the alterations himself. He was unwilling to perform all of the alterations I had discussed with Onur and had already paid for. He then began prioritizing walk-in customers over the appointment that had been scheduled specifically for me.

When I questioned why I was not receiving the alternations  that had been previously discussed, I was handed a Post-it note with another tailor's contact information to arrange my own tailoring with an outside business . I expressed that I felt I was being screwed over.

The response was astonishing.

The associate became hostile, grabbed my suit from my hands, called me a "son of a bitch" and an "asshole," and continued berating me. I had to repeatedly ask him to return a suit that I had purchased and paid for. He eventually did so and told me to leave. This entire interaction took place in front of other customers.

Six weeks before my wedding, I was left with a suit that still needed tailoring, having already paid for alterations that had not been provided, and was left to resolve the situation myself.

Mistakes happen. Scheduling issues happen. Staff members can be unavailable. None of those things are particularly concerning on their own. What is concerning is how a straightforward customer-service issue was allowed to escalate into a customer being insulted, having his purchased property taken from him, and ultimately being asked to leave the store.

I went in expecting to leave with a properly tailored wedding suit. Instead, I left with a Post-it note, an unresolved refund, and an experience I will not soon forget.
