Her communication was perfect and she went over every detail in advance. We did a trial and I was blown away. On the day of my wedding I had 7 girls who needed their makeup/lashes done so she brought a second artist. Jessica had the schedule set so that everything ran smoothly. She is extremely talented and has such a sweet personality! We were so lucky to have her for my wedding! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Jessica was amazing from start to finish! From booking, to the trial, to my wedding day she was so responsive and easy to communicate with. Hair and makeup were the thing I procrastinated on the most while wedding planning. I have zero expertise there, so I'm so incredibly grateful that my bridesmaid found Jessica at Serene Beauty.

From the trial to the day of, Jessica was such a calming, collaborative presence, and her suggestions were so on point. All I knew was I wanted my hair half up and half down. I didn't even have a reference picture, just an offhand suggestion from a close friend, but Jessica knew exactly what I was looking for without a pause. I told her I wanted to look fancier than usual but still natural, with makeup that would actually last, and she executed it perfectly even though I didn't have the vocabulary to describe what I wanted. I got compliments all day, and everything held up from our first ceremony photos to the late night after party.

Jessica also managed the rest of the hair and makeup team for my wedding party, and they were all so warm and calm. They made both my mom and my partner's mom feel comfortable getting their hair and makeup done, which meant a lot.

They easily managed to get a large group of girls ready beautifully and efficiently while keeping the morning calm and stress-free. I am beyond grateful that Jessica was a part of my wedding day.
