I am so happy I decided to work with Jessica for my wedding glam. As an anxious bride, she was so patient and kind from the very start all the way through to the wedding day. My makeup lasted ALL day, literally from 11am-2am, and we partied HARD! As a girl with acne scars, I was nervous about having good coverage that didn’t feel cakey. I wanted a natural glam, and Jess delivered. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and cannot thank or recommend Jessica enough!!Serene Beauty Inc's reply:

Jessica is an incredible makeup artist. I wanted to feel like a more elevated version of myself on my wedding day while still looking like “me”. She nailed it and I felt beautiful and confident. JESS JESS JESS!!!!! OMG I couldn't have asked for a sweeter or more talented makeup artist!! I hired Jess to do make up for myself, Bridesmaids, and Moms. Jess was so prompt and clear with all of her communication. After my trial, we did photos so that we could refer back to them on my wedding morning and tweak anything I wanted. All of our makeup lasted the entire day and night and was everything I could've hoped for.Serene Beauty Inc's reply:

Jessica and her team were the absolute best and made the whole experience easy. She collected headshots from my party and was able to devise a perfect schedule for the morning. Myself and my bridal party and I are not the most versed in the subject of hair and makeup, but Jessica and her team were able to guide us and made us absolutely beautiful. We did hair and makeup trials a few months before the wedding, and it helped me narrow down what I wanted to look like the day of. Jessica was nothing short of amazing for my hair and makeup for my wedding day! Apart from being super responsive, thorough, and kind, she made me feel SO beautiful! She was the most communicative vendor I worked with. She was prompt in her responses and very detailed in planning out the day, taking so much stress off my hands. I highly recommend doing a hair and make up trial because we were able to make small tweaks to achieve perfection for the real day. I wanted my makeup to feel light and natural and to feel like myself but better, and Jessica took the time to listen and bring the vision to life better than expected. My make up was flawless, elegant, and timeless and lasted the whole night. My hair was equally as beautiful, secure, and exactly the style I asked for. She even gave me a goodie bag for both hair and makeup touchups. I cannot recommend and thank Jessica enough!Serene Beauty Inc's reply:

Everything was perfect. The communication leading up to the day, the hair and makeup trial, and the wedding day itself. Jessica and team were so professional, nice, and could not have done a better job. It was also the hair and makeup of my dreams!!!! I can't say enough amazing things about Jessica and her team! She was extremely organized, professional, and knowledgable about all things makeup. She helped me make sure that the schedule of the day was set months in advance so that me and my *12* other people getting makeup done would do so in a timely manner. Not to mention that I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day!! I didn't have a particular look in mind so even without much to go off of Jessica made me look and feel amazing. She is an expert at false eyelashes and I couldn't even tell they were there! She was also super kind and easy to talk to and made everyone feel comfortable on my wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist for my wedding day! From the trial to the big day, Jessica was organized, professional, warm, and incredibly talented. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, from hiring her to the wedding day. On the wedding day, she worked her magic — my hair looked even better than I imagined and lasted the entire night. She also styled my friends and family beautifully, staying the longest to complete last minute touch ups. Beyond the amazing skill, her calming, friendly energy was exactly what every bride needs. I cannot thank Jessica from Serene Beauty enough for making me, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law feel like absolute queens on my wedding day! Jessica is the most organized person I have ever had the pleasure of working with and she gets every detail perfect. Jessica is prepared and has excellent communication. She truly listens to understand exactly what her clients want and she DELIVERS! I went for my bridal trial in January and Jessica instantly made me feel at ease and confident in her skills. On my wedding day I wanted to make some changes to the look I had trialed, and she was able to execute them perfectly. I went full glam with the makeup, but I still looked like myself and got SO many complements. My hair and makeup both held up for the whole day/evening... even in the 90 degree heat and humidity for outdoor photos! I would trust Jessica over and over again for all my hair and makeup needs. Jessica was recommended to me by my hair artist I've been going to for the last 7 years. From the start; Jess was very responsive, friendly, and personable. She was also on top of things. I'm a type A kind of person so for her to be organized and in charge of everything it was a relief that I was able to form a trust with her that everything would be perfect. Jessica and her team were an amazing asset to my wedding experience straight from the get-go. Before we even hired her Jessica had put together an incredibly detailed timeline including considerations for different hair styles, lengths, skin types, etc. She was beyond responsive and a detailed communicator. We had some last minute changes due to a family emergency and Jessica was beyond professional in her flexibility and compassion. I was put completely at ease that morning while getting ready and I know Jessica and her team had a lot to do with it. 10/10 - the best Wedding MUA & Hair Experience!
I had the best experience using Jess for my wedding hair and makeup! From trial to the big day she was so amazing to work with. Her communication was always fantastic and she was incredibly clear about making sure you have what you want! She knew going into it that I rarely wear makeup so I wanted to look elevated and bridal, while still looking like myself! She talked everything through and in the end I was so incredibly happy!
I also wanted to use hair extensions for more volume and she helped me through the whole process (even helped me color match - it ended up being a PERFECT match). On the day of her whole team was on time, thorough and so sweet! We stayed right on track through the morning and I didn't have to worry about a thing!
10/10 recommend using Serene Beauty Inc. for hair and makeup on your big day!! She'll make sure to stay true to whatever your vision is and you will end up feeling so beautiful the entire night!Serene Beauty Inc's reply:

Update: my wedding was on 7/18/25, and Jessica and her co-make up artist killed it. Everyone loved their make up (and I have some picky people in my group). They could not stop talking about. My one bridesmaid wants to keep Jessica in mind for her future wedding.
I just went for my trial, and Jessica was amazing to work with. She really wants to make sure you are happy with the outcome. Instead, she creates a timeless, radiant look that feels effortless yet stunning, making you sparkle from the inside out.
What truly stood out was her compassion and ability to listen. As someone with alopecia and thinning hair, I was extremely nervous during my first trial. It was totally meant to be that I was able to work with Serene Beauty Inc for my wedding. When I initially reached out to Jessica, she was booked for my date, but as fate would have it, the wedding that she was booked for got rescheduled and she was able to accommodate ours!
I don't even know where to begin with how professional, how talented, and how incredible Jessica is. She worked with me every step of the way and helped me nail down my timeline, which made my wedding day flow seamlessly. Jessica was so communicative, always answered all of my questions, and was very clear on what I could expect during the whole process. On top of it all, she is an incredibly talented hair and makeup artist. She ensured my bridal party and I were 110% happy with our looks and went above and beyond, even helping me put in my Upneeq eye drops. Jessica's team was also incredible, Lisa did a phenomenal job on the rest of my wedding party and was such a pleasure to have a part of our day.

Jessica (and her additional stylists) at Serene Beauty went above and beyond on my wedding day. From my initial inquiries for a stylist all the way up to the wedding, Jessica was always quick to respond, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. She helped create the timeline for all the girls getting ready and ensured it aligned with when our photography schedule had to begin. Day of, Jessica and team were professional and so much fun to work with. Myself and my party were all so happy with how our hair and makeup turned out. One of my bridesmaids has been in a few weddings recently and raved that the way her hair and makeup turned out, as well as the service provided by the stylists, was the best of all weddings she was in. My wedding guests (and even other vendors) also kept saying how amazing we all looked and that it was some of the best wedding hair and makeup they had seen. I felt like I had the perfect amount of glam and coverage without completely changing how I look (same for my bridal party). The makeup and hair also stayed throughout the entire day and night (we were completed getting ready around 11 am, and the party went until 11 pm). Serene Beauty was a dream to work with!
Serene Beauty was one of the best choices I could've made for my wedding day. Jessica was amazing to work with from our very first email exchange. She was so organized and came up with the perfect timeline for my wedding morning, which had to fit 9 girls within a small timeframe. She worked with me to make sure everyone was ready when they needed to be and her and her team made everyone look absolutely stunning. From the first trial, I knew I was in good hands. Jessica listened to what I wanted and tried out different hair pieces for my updo. I don't have thick hair, but wanted the biggest boho bun she could make and she delivered! It was gorgeous and I received compliments the entire night about my hair and makeup. My mom, mother-in-law and bridesmaids were beyond thrilled and everyone looked so beautiful. The morning was so stress-free and that is largely in part to Jessica and her team being so prepared and easygoing. I honestly could not recommend Jessica and Serene Beauty more.

Like the title says, Jessica is an absolute gem of a human being to work with! From the beginning she has been nothing short of amazing. She's organized, responsive, thorough, and upon meeting her in person for my hair trial, one of the sweetest human beings I've ever met. She managed to create the perfect timeline for me, my 8 bridesmaids, and the mothers of the bride and groom. 11 people total for hair and her and her second stylist knocked it out of the park.
When I first reached out to Jessica, I sent her a bunch of inspo photos to see if she was comfortable working with really long hair, braids, and dried flower crowns (boho bride). I was so worried that I scared her away with my inspo but she responded with so much excitement it made me feel confident knowing that she could bring my wedding hair vision come to life AND THAT SHE DID!
I got so many compliments on my hair that day and it lasted the entire night. Jessica has this magic about her that made me feel so calm on my wedding day. To start, I was a bride living 1500 miles away so much of my planning and vendor booking was completed long-distance. She really takes the time to care for her clients and all communication with her was thorough, friendly, and concise. I knew I was in good hands!
Jessica was extremely flexible to accommodate my schedule when I traveled up to visit vendors and she was able to make time in her schedule for my hair and make up trail. She listened attentively to all of my thoughts in my hair and makeup needs and made me feel extremely comfortable.

From the very start, I knew I made the right decision to work with Jessica. She was extremely organized from start to finish and never missed a single detail.
Living far away from our wedding venue, I wasn’t able to make it in for a hair or makeup trial but Jessica made me feel confident I’d be in good hands on my wedding day.
Jessica and her team took incredible care of everyone. Each artist took the time to listen to what everyone wanted and made their vision come to life. Everyone looked SO amazing and more importantly, everyone felt amazing.
Even though I felt confident Jessica would do great work, I was still a little nervous about my hair since I couldn’t get a trial done beforehand. She absolutely knocked it out of the park and created the exact style I was looking for — actually, it was even better. The makeup was just what I was hoping for too!
Everyone's hair and makeup held up SO WELL the entire day. By the end of the night (more than 12 hours after I got my hair and makeup done), not a single hair was out of place. I was beyond impressed.
I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life which is just what every bride hopes for on their wedding day. Jessica and team, thank you so so so much for starting our day off on a high note. You were all incredible.

Jessica did our hair and make-up for my daughter’s destination wedding I. Saratoga Springs, NY. She came and set up everything in my daughter’s hotel room and gave us a schedule that she kept to for each person’s hair followed by make-up. She asked for pictures of our hair beforehand and communicated back and forth via email answering our questions and receiving photos of styles we liked the weeks preceding the wedding. My hair often loses the curl, so I was concerned it wouldn’t last through the evening. I have chin length hair that I wore half up. Not only did it last for the evening, but looked great for the following two days after the wedding. Her professionalism, patience and sweet demeanor were impressive. Holy Glow Up, Batman!
I had no hair, eyebrows, or eyelashes due to Chemotherapy. No one at my wedding would have known that. She drew on the most perfect and real looking eyebrows that stayed put through tons of sweaty dancing. My makeup was a dream. From trial to the big day she was understanding, professional, friendly, and prompt. She was also great about friendly reminders when I fell short on sending required info without being pushy. In addition to being crazy talented she is also so sweet and encouraging. Several things went wrong the morning of my wedding while she was applying my makeup and she was kind and consoling while making me look beautiful. I was absolutely in love with my hair and makeup after my trial - she captured exactly what I described to her and was completely open to any suggestions or tweaks I wanted to make (I am VERY particular about how I like my eyebrows done, so I was thrilled that she nailed them!!). Jessica was super communicative and worked with me so well leading up to my wedding day answering any and all questions I had. Her setup on the wedding day was so professional (she brings in her own lighting in which just elevates the whole hair/makeup application process). My wedding day had the double whammy of bad weather - humidity and torrential downpour & yet my hair and makeup looked flawless all evening. Jessica is not only one of the sweetest people you'll meet, but she is truly gifted at her craft!
I hate the feeling of super thick makeup & with Jessica my makeup did not look or feel caked on at all. I looked so glamorous while feeling natural. Fairy God Mother
Jessica is what I’d like to describe as a fairy god mother, one who made me feel the prettiest AND most confident on my wedding day. I was getting compliments nonstop. But what I really cared about was my husband’s opinion and he absolutely LOVED how I looked. He was mesmerized by how I looked and thought Jessica did an amazing job. Not only is Jessica so talented but she is also thorough and very organize. Makeup/hair schedule etc. was one of the things i felt like I did not have to stress about. All I could ask for and more!
Jessica was a great pick for wedding day hair and makeup. As a girl who wears no make-up day to day, I wanted someone who would give me a natural yet glamorous look, and Jessica did just that! She used her expertise and worked with me to get me the look I wanted. As for hair, I was convinced I would need extensions to get the fullness that I was hoping for but Jessica encouraged me that she would be able to achieve it without the extensions and she did! Come day of, my hair and makeup remained in place the entire day regardless of the amount of jumping, dancing, and crying I did. Jessica and her team came day of and was organized with a schedule for all 10 women getting hair/makeup done and we finished on time! I would highly recommend Jessica to anybody who wants hair/makeup that lasts for an affordable price (for bride and party).Serene Beauty Inc's reply:

I had a wonderful experience with Jessica for my June 2023 wedding. I did my hair and make up trial in June 2022 because I was preparing to move out of the area, and Jessica was so flexible with this plan. I couldn't believe how accurate her notes were, from our trial a year prior! She was so responsive, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. She showed up early on my wedding day, stayed on schedule all day, and was receptive to my day-of changes. I absolutely reccomend Jessica!Serene Beauty Inc's reply:
