If you’re thinking about Mazzones for your wedding, just book them. They are worth every penny. From the beginning, Kinley was incredibly responsive and had answers to every question (and I had a lot, as I planned my wedding myself). She had answers within 24 hours it felt like, and no question was too silly or too small. I knew we were in good hands with her. The day before, we met with her and Jordan, who was our day of coordinator. He was fantastic. High energy and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on track all night. We also had Lindsey, who also took care of us all night, making sure we had drinks in our hands and a bite of all the passed tray bites at cocktail hour. Mazzones truly delivered above and beyond. They made everything look so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned it. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night. As for the food, my guests haven’t stopped raving about it. The dumplings at cocktail hour were the best! I don’t think anyone has stopped thinking about the crab dip either. Dinners came out on time and hot, and both the chicken and beef were amazing. We didn’t get any of our cake the night of, but it was so good that some of our guests were stealing other peoples plates! They sent us home with so many leftovers and the top of our cake to enjoy and even a day later everything was still excellent. Words can’t express our gratitude to the team at Mazzones that made our wedding the best night ever. They even brought out a cupcake to celebrate my husband’s grandmother’s 99th birthday which was the day after our wedding. They really knocked it out of the park!

Chef TY did an amazing job, the fuit salad he prepared was amazing, I call him bless hands because he doesn't need so much season foe his food to have an amazing taste.. from making fresh hamburgers to making the steaks. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Jennie

Best decision we made. My brother & sister in law worked with Nicholas for their wedding a few summers back and we're so glad we did too. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Everything came out timely, delicious and well portioned. The passed apps were to die for - our guests couldn't believe how many options we had and never felt like they missed out on something because the staff did such a great job of making their rounds & re-stocking all apps. Nicholas was so great to work with and, when I told my coordinator we were working with him, she praised his professionalism and was so excited to learn we'd be working with the team. Would definitely recommend!

We are so happy we went with Madeline’s Catering for our wedding. They were responsive and helpful with planning our menu. We chose to have the hand-passed hors d’oeuvres for our cocktail hour and the buffet style dinner. They took care of everything seamlessly. The staff were extremely helpful and kind the day of the wedding. We received many compliments regarding the food and service from our guests. Would definitely recommend Madeline’s Catering!

From my first phone call with Jennifer Bonnette, Palmer's Senior Catering Coordinator, I knew they were in the right hands with a caterer for our wedding. Jennifer is a true professional with years of experience doing high caliber events. She had wonderful ideas and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The set up for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely perfect. We did a raw bar and charcuterie station during our cocktail hour and both were fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. All of our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how nice the catering staff was during our entire event. Each course of our meal from the salad to the wonderful desserts were high quality, delicious dishes and the table settings were stunning. We will be forever grateful to Jennifer and the Palmer's catering staff for making our wedding an absolutely beautiful and memorable day.

Simply amazing! I book early and I suggest you do this. Small deposit holds your spot. Reconnected when we got closer to the date and they were awesome. Very flexible with menu items. On time with set=up and most important RAVE reviews about the food!!!!

From my very first call with Chef Rossi, I knew we made the right choice with our wedding caterer. We got married at the Prospect Park Picnic House and Raging Skillet was one of their approved caterers. With so many glowing reviews, I felt good about the decision -- and even more confident with each passing conversation. Chef Rossi puts so much heart into her cooking while also making sure the meal reflects the couple's dietary preferences, family history/culture, or even just their favorite things. She was incredibly accommodating of our mostly plant-based menu, as well as incorporating a last-minute swap in one of our hors d'oeuvres to honor my late grandmother (who passed a few weeks before the wedding). Not only did she make sure the menu reflected our plant-based diet, but she was mindful of gluten-free guests and any allergies. Plus, it wasn't a boring menu by any means -- we had tofu chicken and waffles, buffalo mac and "cheese" bites, elevated celery with cream cheese (the nod to my grandma), as well as BLT crackers and fish tacos. Guests had nothing but positive reviews to all the tasty food! The mushroom portobello "steak" was a hit and our meat-eaters loved the chicken. We also had a yummy veggie pasta. Another part of the experience that was excellent was our tasting! We got to join other couples. My fiance (now husband) was sick at the time, so she let me bring my mother-in-law instead, along with packing up plenty of leftovers for the groom-to-be. Chef Rossi is easy to talk to, talented, and a bunch of fun to work with! Her counterpart, Charmaine, really held things down in the organization-front, in terms of setting up the reception space of our dreams and making sure things were all set to go and flowing smoothly throughout the evening. She's a powerhouse in the very best way. I can't recommend the Raging Skillet team enough! And if you also choose to work with them, you won't be disappointed -- and your guests certainly won't go home hungry.

For my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Greenpoint Loft in the spring, we hosted 170 guests and ultimately chose Melody and the Eventfull team. We started our search over a year in advance, and Melody immediately stood out. Over the course of what must have been a thousand emails, she remained exceptionally responsive, positive and accommodating to every unique idea we proposed. Her extensive experience and deep familiarity with the nuances of Greenpoint Loft—a beautiful but raw and empty warehouse space requiring everything from ovens to tables to be brought in—were invaluable. Melody navigated our complex culinary vision with ease. Late in the planning process, the couple decided on appetizers from their favorite Korean restaurant and dinner from a preferred Italian spot. Melody took complete charge of this logistical challenge, coordinating directly with the restaurant chefs to manage food quantities, delivery timing, plating, and presentation. Her ability to oversee the kitchen and timing for external vendors was truly incredible. Beyond catering, Melody managed all rentals—including tables, linens, servingware and silverware—and flawlessly executed the bar setup with our provided alcohol. Her team handled every detail, from setting tables with name cards and menus to diligently tracking guest food allergies. The day was seamless thanks to Melody’s proactive communication with our other vendors and day-of wedding coordinator. The entire staff was professional and efficient; a special thank you to Nico, who ensured the wedding couple and our families were well-attended to throughout the evening. Melody and her staff truly went above and beyond. Knowing Melody was in charge allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. She and her team made the planning process enjoyable and the execution flawless. I cannot recommend Eventfull highly enough.

Top notch! Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff at Nicole's were unbelievable. I can't say enough about their professionalism and kindness. They truly enjoyed celebrating with us. I couldn't ask for anything more. The food was spectacular. From the fresh mozzarella to the ice cream sandwiches. Not only was everything delicious but presented in such a classy and fun way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best!

We can’t thank BMB enough for catering our wedding at Onteora Mountain House this past September. A beautiful day perfected by delicious food and incredibly kind service. From the hors d’oeuvres to the plated service, to the beautiful cake… we could not have been happier. The tasting was one of our all time favorite parts of wedding planning because they make it IMPOSSIBLE to choose! You cannot go wrong and they are super flexible regarding customizations or allergies. Thank you to the team who made our dream day come to life, and keeping our guests so so happy!
