If you’re thinking about Mazzones for your wedding, just book them. They are worth every penny. From the beginning, Kinley was incredibly responsive and had answers to every question (and I had a lot, as I planned my wedding myself). She had answers within 24 hours it felt like, and no question was too silly or too small. I knew we were in good hands with her. The day before, we met with her and Jordan, who was our day of coordinator. He was fantastic. High energy and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on track all night. We also had Lindsey, who also took care of us all night, making sure we had drinks in our hands and a bite of all the passed tray bites at cocktail hour. Mazzones truly delivered above and beyond. They made everything look so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned it. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night. As for the food, my guests haven’t stopped raving about it. The dumplings at cocktail hour were the best! I don’t think anyone has stopped thinking about the crab dip either. Dinners came out on time and hot, and both the chicken and beef were amazing. We didn’t get any of our cake the night of, but it was so good that some of our guests were stealing other peoples plates! They sent us home with so many leftovers and the top of our cake to enjoy and even a day later everything was still excellent. Words can’t express our gratitude to the team at Mazzones that made our wedding the best night ever. They even brought out a cupcake to celebrate my husband’s grandmother’s 99th birthday which was the day after our wedding. They really knocked it out of the park!

I had such a wonderful experience with this culinary group. Chef Ty food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and executed a beautiful presentation. The team was professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event to be catered for.

Best decision we made. My brother & sister in law worked with Nicholas for their wedding a few summers back and we're so glad we did too. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Everything came out timely, delicious and well portioned. The passed apps were to die for - our guests couldn't believe how many options we had and never felt like they missed out on something because the staff did such a great job of making their rounds & re-stocking all apps. Nicholas was so great to work with and, when I told my coordinator we were working with him, she praised his professionalism and was so excited to learn we'd be working with the team. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 does not even begin to describe our experience with the catering and bar service! The food was absolutely incredible, and our guests could not stop raving about it. Everything was delicious, beautifully done, and exceeded our expectations. Madeline, the owner, is truly fantastic. From the very beginning, she took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and make sure every detail was exactly what we needed. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about making our wedding day special. The entire staff went above and beyond on our wedding day. They made sure we were taken care of, kept us fed throughout the day, and supported us in so many ways behind the scenes that allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding. We did food stations for our day. The food stayed hot through the entire reception and everything was continuously restocked and fresh. The desserts and Late Night breakfast sandwiches were fantastic. The bar was fully stocked and ran seamlessly all night, and they were incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions and made sure everyone had something they could enjoy. We are so grateful to Madeline and her entire team for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Their food, service, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients are unmatched. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding — truly an amazing team!

From my first phone call with Jennifer Bonnette, Palmer's Senior Catering Coordinator, I knew they were in the right hands with a caterer for our wedding. Jennifer is a true professional with years of experience doing high caliber events. She had wonderful ideas and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The set up for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely perfect. We did a raw bar and charcuterie station during our cocktail hour and both were fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. All of our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how nice the catering staff was during our entire event. Each course of our meal from the salad to the wonderful desserts were high quality, delicious dishes and the table settings were stunning. We will be forever grateful to Jennifer and the Palmer's catering staff for making our wedding an absolutely beautiful and memorable day.

Simply amazing! I book early and I suggest you do this. Small deposit holds your spot. Reconnected when we got closer to the date and they were awesome. Very flexible with menu items. On time with set=up and most important RAVE reviews about the food!!!!

Chef Rossi, Charmaine, and the entire Raging Skillet team were phenomenal. From developing a menu that perfectly captured our east-meets-west theme to incorporating details from our long-distance love story from coast to coast, Rossi made sure every dish felt personal and authentically us. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, from creating the floor plan to coordinating with our day-of coordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly. We felt cared for every step of the way, and on the big day, we always had a drink in hand and something delicious to eat. Our guests absolutely raved about the food—not just that night, but for months afterward! THANK YOU, Chef Rossi, Charmaine and the whole team— we are forever grateful to all of you!

Melody and her team are the absolute BEST! Melody is extremely responsive and helpful, and her experience in doing weddings in the NYC area shines through. She supported us a bunch in our planning, helping us secure rentals and alcohol and answering our many questions (some not even related to catering!) promptly and thoroughly. She anticipated many issues, and her team took care of setup of the rentals. Her attention to detail and care for her clients took a lot of stress off our shoulders. There were so many compliments on the food at cocktail hour, our station, and dinner, and her bartenders and servers are very kind and really took care of us. I can't imagine our big day without Eventfull!

As an event planner, I work with a lot of talented vendors, so it means something when I say that collaborating with Nicole's Catering was a genuine joy. I recently planned a bridal shower for two very special people and I needed a space where I could do my part and bring the sparkle without worrying about the service, the food, the drinks, the presentation, or anything else. Sarah, Margaret, and the whole team at Nicole's gave me exactly that. They made the process easy and un-overwhelming, and the day-of experience was as close to perfect as it gets. The Den was the ideal location: the right size and feel for an intimate, fun celebration that brought family and friends together. Thank you, Nicole's team, for taking such care with every detail and for making it a day to remember. I can't wait to collaborate again, not only on events for our clients but on personal celebrations too.

We can’t thank BMB enough for catering our wedding at Onteora Mountain House this past September. A beautiful day perfected by delicious food and incredibly kind service. From the hors d’oeuvres to the plated service, to the beautiful cake… we could not have been happier. The tasting was one of our all time favorite parts of wedding planning because they make it IMPOSSIBLE to choose!
