The team created the roving oyster shucker, a service that adds a memorable touch to any gathering. Founded over two decades ago in Europe, the culinary experts are talented with both cuisine and entertaining a couple's loved ones. The combination helps enliven your wedding in a unique way sure to add to the everlasting memories of your special occasion.

Cuisine

In order to provide guests with the freshest oysters, Red Oyster USA sources its cuisine from family-owned oyster farms. During your event, the professional oyster shuckers open the mollusks on the spot for your guests, giving them the chance to enjoy flavorful shellfish. The shuckers, referred to as Oystertainers, are excellent at conversation and knowledgeable about the oysters they serve.

Services Offered

Knowing that each couple is different, the team at Red Oyster USA can customize a package to fit specific wedding needs. They take into consideration the guest list, the chosen venue, as well the time frame a couple wishes the Oystertainers to be present for. The team is able to travel throughout the US and Europe.

The perfect wow moment for any wedding!

My partner loves oysters and wanted them to be part of our wedding. Red Oyster presents oysters in a really fun, interactive and unique way. Our guests were wowed and mentioned how fresh the product was. The two servers that worked our event, Lianne and Anna, were extremely professional!

The best of the best!

Absolutely fantastic experience, it took our celebration to the next level! Our guest were so impressed by the quality of the oysters and the professional and super friendly “oystertainers”. Super reliable and professional team from the booking to delivery. They understood the importance of our special day and delivered on the highest level. AMAZING decision for our wedding

My husband and I got married this weekend, and Oystertainment was THE hit of our wedding. Our guests have not stopped raving about how wonderful, professional and friendly the Oystertainers were, how delicious the oysters and oyster shooters were, and what a unique experience it was. Oystertainment was easily the best vendor decision we made, and were worth every penny. We also can't say enough about how easy they were to work with, especially given the uncertainty of the pandemic. We couldn't recommend them more highly for couples who are looking for something fun, unique and completely memorable.

Oysters @ Our Wedding Cocktail Hour

Coordinating with their team was wonderful, and detailed/thoughtful communication across the board. Great/Fresh oysters, our guests truly loved the surprise add to our amazing cocktail hour. Would recommend to any Oyster lovers alike!
