Our experience with The Raging Skillet was nothing short of spectacular! Chef Rossi and Charmaine were attentive, excited, and willing to work with us to create the menu of our dreams. It was important for us to have cultural touches and Chef Rossi did not disappoint. Our guests are still raving about our floating supper style menu, and it worked perfectly for us. I recommend The Raging Skillet with all my heart!

We had the absolute best experience with our Chef Rossi! From our first tasting at Chef's LES kitchen (which was so much fun to meet other couples) to every visit throughout the year, she welcomed us into her kitchen. She worked within our budget and adjusted the menu multiple times to match our preferences. Chef also visited the venue to go over logistics in advance, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the wedding night, she and her team delivered! The food was plentiful, hot, and delicious and our guests are still raving about it! Huge shout-out also to her right-hand, Charmaine, who joined an on-site visit and met with us and my planner countless times to talk through my wishes and vision. Chef and Charmaine offered great guidance and had a lot of heart. Their entire staff was incredibly attentive, and the bartenders brought so much energy and fun to the evening. All in all, they helped make our wedding night truly amazing. Highly recommend!

I really can't say enough wonderful things about Chef Rossi and her team. She was the first vendor we secured, without even tasting the food! Chef was so helpful from the beginning - chatting with us, and spending time and energy to help us find other vendors to work with, even before we officially signed any contract. We were able to work within our budget, and address all dietary needs of our guests. The food was DELICIOUS. I typically hate wedding food, but Chef knows how to make food taste fabulous and fresh even for a large event. Charmaine was also incredible, she had everything on lock and was so attentive throughout the day and night. Truly, truly could not recommend Raging Skillet more. I want to have another event solely for their catering. You will not regret partnering with them!

We can’t begin to describe how awesome Chef Rossi and Charmaine are! The food was so delicious, we knew after leaving the tasting we HAD to go with Raging Skillet. Our guests raved about how good everything was (Rossi magic!), and Charmaine the director made everything happen smooth as silk without any issues, even in a challenging space. We would also like to say how wonderful the waitstaff was, how sweet and attentive they were to us and our families. Cannot recommend them enough, we wish we could get married again just so we could hire them again!

Chef Rossi was incredible to work with and was extremely professional and talented. When we first contacted her she made sure to reach out to us directly and worked with us to understand better who we are and what we were looking for. She then helped us hand pick our menu within our price range to ensure both our personalities and our favorites were included. The entire process was a custom built menu from start to finish and the food was incredible!! I am still getting comments today about how great the food and service was. The wedding was for about 150 guests and Chef Rossi planned so well that there was no worry about running out of food. She was also there in person day of supervising her team which to me goes the extra mile. Chef Rossi is an absolute delight and I would lock her down as soon as you can for your dates. She is someone who is a true master of their craft but also someone who is genuine and truly cares about the people she works with. She is not just a chef but a true artist. One of the highest compliments I can give her is that a friend who was in the wedding is also a chef and borrowed one of her recipes in his own kitchens because it was that incredible. It was the plum salmon. Chef Rossi is a must and I highly recommend her with every fiber in my being.

It's one thing for Chef Rossi and her crew to make such wonderful food, but the thing that I truly love and appreciate about The Raging Skillet is how down to earth and kind everyone was. Leading up to our wedding, Chef Rossi and Charmaine were so helpful in easing our anxieties. And on the day of, such a feast! They truly made our old Brooklyn dreams come true with latkes, knishes, and more! When you hire The Raging Skillet, you are entering into a sacred pact of food and friendship. Such a blessing.

Chef Rossi and her team were the absolute best. They let us create a very specific menu from scratch, that was pescatarian featuring a lot of veg options as well, and worked with us from the ground up to create custom bites and even cocktails, all while staying within our budget and being super transparent throughout every step. We got so many raves about how fun and original and fitting the food was, and they were also just lovely nice people to have around during this special time.

The amazing thing about The Raging Skillet is that while it has all of the flavor and skill that you'd get from a giant corporate catering company, it's actually a more local and personal experience. Chef Rossi knows her stuff. She's got great people skills—which means from just a few short (and cheery!) conversations, she could quickly garner what we actually wanted from our catering in terms of personality. Her love of food and attention detail came through with every bite—and the compliments were rolling in all night long. In a city that's famous for its great food, Chef Rossi and the Raging Skillet somehow went beyond expectations.

Working with Chef Rossi and her team for our wedding was an absolute dream. Chef Rossi is so easy to work with, personable, and kind. Chef did an amazing job catering to all of our needs and was so supportive incorporating recipes near and dear to us from loved ones. The whole team was responsive, professional, and hands down just amazing! Everyone was raving about the food!! Thank you so much Chef Rossi and the whole team! 10/10 recommend!!

Chef Rossi’s catered my ‘non-wedding’ wedding (aka informal wedding celebration) and the food was superb front to back! She took the time to map out a menu that met our eclectic taste and the result was stupendous! Highlights included the beef skewers, lord-have-mercy, the grilled shrimp 🤤! We’re extremely grateful to have had Chef Rossi on board! And I would be remiss if I didn’t shout out the desert board—holy smokes, the salty brownie was easily among the best I’ve ever tasted!
