Kashkaval is one of my favorite restaurants and was my first choice when thinking about catering for my wedding. When I contacted them I was ecstatic to hear they had done a number of weddings. Hilary, the chef, manage and partner, took us through the whole process and really made the night run smoothly. It was a very DIY wedding and I really don't know what I would have done without Hilary and her team. The food was DELICIOUS and all our guests raved about it. People don't necessarily expect good food at weddings, particularly the low budget kind like ours and they were blown away. Catering for our 120 guest was the most daunting piece of the puzzle to figure out and we really won the lottery with Hilary and Kashkaval. Hilary bent over backwards to make sure we would have everything we need and the price was the cheapest I'd seen in the NYC area. Really though, they should charge more for the service you get. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without them.
