Jillicious Foods & Events is a full-service, boutique catering company in Brooklyn, New York, Jillicious Foods & Events provides full-service catering services complete with a highly trained staff, rentals coordination, and event design. With over 30 years of experience, executive chef Jill Freiberg brings you her passion for using local and seasonal ingredients at any event, including dinner parties, brunches, corporate events, celebrations, and especially weddings. We believe food allergies and other dietary restrictions should never be a deterrent to a fabulous meal and we will make sure you and everyone at your event leave feeling cared for and satisified.

Outstanding Service!
Jill, Darren, and the entire team at Jillicious were a class act. When we went in for our tasting, Jill took care to design a menu that really reflected us as a couple and she worked with us to offer delicious, fresh seasonal options. Throughout the planning process the Jillicious team was very timely and took care of us as we navigated the rental process and made our final selections. No detail was left untouched at our final walkthrough and meetings, and we were very impressed with the insights and experience the entire team provided, especially pertaining to our venue which was an old house and had a very unique dining/serving setup. When it came to the night of, Jill and her team were so accommodating, flexible, professional, and kind throughout the day during setup and the evening of the wedding. We got SO many compliments on the food. The next morning I had people raving about it to me and texting me that they tried to bribe Jill & team for seconds! It was soooo delicious and I wish we could eat that short rib for every anniversary! My husband and I spent a lot of time on the dance floor and Jill even brought us our special desserts to enjoy a bite while we danced, just the nicest touch and a testament to how her team treats every couple they work with. The team at Jillicious is absolutely the team you want in your corner for such an important day, they are stellar caterers, but more importantly — lovely, caring people who will approach every second of your day with care. I'm so grateful my planner introduced me to Jill & her team and I would 100% recommend them to every couple in NYC looking for a catering service that truly listens to you, is not one size fits all, and sets a new standard for wedding meals!

Our favorite wedding vendor
I really don’t have enough good things to say about Jill and her team. Jill and Darren were with us every step of the way - they were the first vendors we booked because we knew immediately that it felt right. And we were proven time and time again that they were our best decision (aside from getting married!). Not only is Jill’s food spectacular - we had multiple guests tell us it was the best food they’d had at a wedding - Jill went above and beyond by being our constant source of support and knowledge on the wedding industry. No problem was too big for Jill to fix, and we immediately trusted our day would go perfectly because we trusted Jill and her team that much. They really are the most knowledgeable professionals in the business and it’s always evident how much they protect and prioritize the happiness of their clients.

Jill is the best!
Jill truly is THAT girl! From her keen eye for detail to incredible patience and personalization, from the start we knew our experience was going to be top notch. Jill worked with us to create a menu that spoke to all of our childhood favorites and tastes from home that had all of our guests watering at at the mouth, and some even bonding over what some of the dishes meant to us and our families. As a Miami native and Italian American (respectively), we wanted the food to touch on our love of Latin and Italian food, which Jill touched on perfectly (especially with the meatballs and empanadas!). From day 1, Jill was truly Team Shelby and Jordan, and for that we could not be more grateful.

10/10 Food, Service and Fun!
Jill and her team were absolutely fabulous. After just one phone call, Jill developed a menu for our wedding that was spot on – we literally didn’t need to make any adjustments. Her and Darren were incredible to work with throughout the whole process, partnering with our other vendors to make our vision come to life. We’re so appreciative of all the hard work, communication and attention to detail they put into the day. On our wedding day, Jill’s entire staff was a dream – so friendly and accommodating to all of our guests, making sure everyone was happy and full 😊 We’re still getting rave reviews from our guests not only about the food, but also about how kind the staff was. I would hands down recommend Jill for any event, and hope we have a chance to work with her again!!! Thank you to Jill, Darren and the whole team for making our day so amazing, it wouldn’t have been the same without you! xo

Our Delicious Williamsburg Wedding
I have only STELLAR things to say about Jill and her team. The food? Spectacular. The communication? Crystal clear at all times. The professionalism? Unmatched. Plus Jill is just a lovely, funny, and genuinely talented chef.
I'm honestly a little sad I no longer have an excuse to hang out with her and her team while eating some of the best food I've ever had!!!

Above and Beyond!
We came to Jill with the idea of having carnival-themed food, and from the get go she was supportive and excited. She listened to our thoughts and ideas, and she was more than happy to do what she could to make our vision come to life! She even made sure that the serving trays had little decorations that fit with our 1920s dark carnival theme. From food selection to specialty cocktails to making sure we ordered everything (table cloths, water containers, serving platters, chairs, etc.), Jill and Darren (her right-hand man) went above and beyond in every way. On the big day, her staff was professional and efficient, and the food was incredible. We are so happy we went with Jill, and you will be, too!
