Jill, Darren, and the entire team at Jillicious were a class act. When we went in for our tasting, Jill took care to design a menu that really reflected us as a couple and she worked with us to offer delicious, fresh seasonal options. Throughout the planning process the Jillicious team was very timely and took care of us as we navigated the rental process and made our final selections. No detail was left untouched at our final walkthrough and meetings, and we were very impressed with the insights and experience the entire team provided, especially pertaining to our venue which was an old house and had a very unique dining/serving setup. When it came to the night of, Jill and her team were so accommodating, flexible, professional, and kind throughout the day during setup and the evening of the wedding. We got SO many compliments on the food. The next morning I had people raving about it to me and texting me that they tried to bribe Jill & team for seconds! It was soooo delicious and I wish we could eat that short rib for every anniversary! My husband and I spent a lot of time on the dance floor and Jill even brought us our special desserts to enjoy a bite while we danced, just the nicest touch and a testament to how her team treats every couple they work with. The team at Jillicious is absolutely the team you want in your corner for such an important day, they are stellar caterers, but more importantly — lovely, caring people who will approach every second of your day with care. I'm so grateful my planner introduced me to Jill & her team and I would 100% recommend them to every couple in NYC looking for a catering service that truly listens to you, is not one size fits all, and sets a new standard for wedding meals! -

Our favorite wedding vendor
I really don’t have enough good things to say about Jill and her team. Jill and Darren were with us every step of the way - they were the first vendors we booked because we knew immediately that it felt right. And we were proven time and time again that they were our best decision (aside from getting married!). Not only is Jill’s food spectacular - we had multiple guests tell us it was the best food they’d had at a wedding - Jill went above and beyond by being our constant source of support and knowledge on the wedding industry. No problem was too big for Jill to fix, and we immediately trusted our day would go perfectly because we trusted Jill and her team that much. They really are the most knowledgeable professionals in the business and it’s always evident how much they protect and prioritize the happiness of their clients.
If you’re still deciding, look no further than Jillivious Foods!! I promise it will be the best decision you’ve make too. -

Jill truly is THAT girl! From her keen eye for detail to incredible patience and personalization, from the start we knew our experience was going to be top notch. Jill worked with us to create a menu that spoke to all of our childhood favorites and tastes from home that had all of our guests watering at at the mouth, and some even bonding over what some of the dishes meant to us and our families. As a Miami native and Italian American (respectively), we wanted the food to touch on our love of Latin and Italian food, which Jill touched on perfectly (especially with the meatballs and empanadas!). From day 1, Jill was truly Team Shelby and Jordan, and for that we could not be more grateful. -

Jill and her team were absolutely fabulous. After just one phone call, Jill developed a menu for our wedding that was spot on – we literally didn’t need to make any adjustments. Her and Darren were incredible to work with throughout the whole process, partnering with our other vendors to make our vision come to life. We’re so appreciative of all the hard work, communication and attention to detail they put into the day. On our wedding day, Jill’s entire staff was a dream – so friendly and accommodating to all of our guests, making sure everyone was happy and full 😊 We’re still getting rave reviews from our guests not only about the food, but also about how kind the staff was. I would hands down recommend Jill for any event, and hope we have a chance to work with her again!!! I have only STELLAR things to say about Jill and her team. The food? Spectacular. The communication? Crystal clear at all times. The professionalism? Unmatched. Plus Jill is just a lovely, funny, and genuinely talented chef.
I'm honestly a little sad I no longer have an excuse to hang out with her and her team while eating some of the best food I've ever had!!!
The menu we built together for our wedding made the night unforgettable. All of our foodie friends (and my foodie wife) were raving about EVERY SINGLE item Jill's team put out that night. It was a 10/10 experience. I'd recommend Jillicious to absolutely anyone who takes food seriously and wants to have five-star food at their event/wedding.

We came to Jill with the idea of having carnival-themed food, and from the get go she was supportive and excited. She listened to our thoughts and ideas, and she was more than happy to do what she could to make our vision come to life! She even made sure that the serving trays had little decorations that fit with our 1920s dark carnival theme. From food selection to specialty cocktails to making sure we ordered everything (table cloths, water containers, serving platters, chairs, etc.), Jill and Darren (her right-hand man) went above and beyond in every way. On the big day, her staff was professional and efficient, and the food was incredible. We are so happy we went with Jill, and you will be, too! -

Delicious and Impeccable Dining Experience
So incredibly thankful for Jill, Darren, and the Jillicious team.
It was crucial for this Central American bride and her Polish husband to have our culture reflected in our food. Jill made the cutest mini pupusas with curtido and salsa, and kielbasa on a stick (a few of many custom goodies for cocktail hour). The entrees were absolutely to die for. Every single guest raved about the food. My husband and I made it a point to sit and savor the food because we knew we couldn't miss it. They accommodated the special food requirements of our guests. Most importantly, they handled the rental order and delivery to ensure we had the chicest decor in town. I didn't even see when Jill’s team moved and arranged the furniture after our ceremony.
Aside from the outstanding meals and desserts, the team was attentive, professional, and gracious. It felt like we had extended family the entire night celebrating with us. We specifically got compliments on the plated dinner service. So very thankful for Jillicious and her team; they delivered exceptional service. Darren deserves his own special shout-out for being the absolute best. -

Exceptional from beginning to "I do!"
We hired Jillicious to provide both catering and day-of-coordination for our September 2023 wedding and cannot rate both Jill and her team more highly. Jill was incredibly collaborative throughout the experience and helped lead us to the perfect service and menu to match our wedding: we lost count of the number of guests who raved about the watermelon gazpacho, the mushroom crostini and the tuna poke shots, among others. Jill's day-of-coordination team is equally unparalleled: Stacey and Alex were communicative, collaborative, and incredibly organized, not to mention all around fantastic people. We felt so looked after by Jill and her team from the beginning of the process all the way through our wedding and cannot imagine our big day without them. Huge thank you to the entire team! We absolutely adore you all! -

Chef Jill and her team were amazing! My husband and I worked with her for our July 2023 wedding in 501 Union. She help customized and designed our wedding menu, which we loved. Most caterers had a pre-set menu, so it was great that we were able to work with her on planning our menu. We were able to incorporate food from our cultures and food we just love in general. Chef Jill is very experienced with catering for weddings and provided much needed advice to us during the whole process. She provided recommendations for other vendors that we needed as well and went above and beyond. Her, Darren and the rest of their team made my husband and I feel taken care of during the process. Our guests raved about the food. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted delicious. We had leftovers afterwards that we were able to enjoy the day after our wedding. We highly recommend Jillicious Food & Events to anyone. -

Chef Jill and her team deserve 10 stars for their work!! When we were looking for a caterer for our wedding, we wanted to work with someone that offered an unique and individualized experience. Jill came HIGHLY recommended from our wedding coordinator - it was important for us to hire vendors that had good working relationships with each other! Jill was extremely attentive, creative, and KIND! It felt like we were talking to a beloved family member right off the bat. We planned our NYC wedding while living in California, but Jill was so accommodating and supportive, the distance and time difference never was too stressful.
I am gluten free and have multiple food allergies, so as we were creating our customized menu with Jill, she made sure that everything was safe for me, and still mouthwateringly delicious. She even have things set aside for me during cocktail hour - her staff was AMAZING and so kind, they kept finding me wherever I was to bring me my own gluten free bites! We decided to do family style and that was the best idea ever. Our custom menu day of was even better than the tasting!! All of our friends and family still say it was the best they have ever eaten at a wedding before. With a family full of foodies, this was a huge compliment!
We truly could rave about Jill and her staff for hours. She was such an essential and important part of why our wedding was better than we ever could have imagined. She took care of us like her own family. The set up was gorgeous, service was AMAZING, and everything went off without a hitch. She spent so much time getting to know us, that the food throughout the evening really showcased us as a couple, and paid homage to our families. Also, she created the dishes using things that were in season, so it was like the best homemade meal you have ever had.
Jill really gave us the freedom to dream big, and held our hands the whole way.
Thank you Jill, and your staff! We would hire you again in a heartbeat! -

Jillicious Foods & Events made our wedding an absolute dream come true. Jill and her team made my husband and I feel super taken care of throughout the entire process and the food was incredible! Absolutely Delicious! Jill went above and Beyond!
Jill and her team were amazing to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone for their big day or any event! We had a wedding in March with 80 people and were not sure of what time of food service that we wanted--only that we wanted a celebration feeling and did not want a sit down dinner. Jill guided us and recommended a progressive cocktail hour which is exactly what we envisioned. It is a party with a great flow. Jill and her catering captain Damien also went above and beyond helping us with the floor layout, catering order etc. She was always available and flexible to what we wanted. And now about the food! It was delicious!!! The grazing table and passed foods were fantastic for the cocktail party. We wanted elevated simple food for the reception so we had a Slider station and a NYC station that our guests raved about. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Jill and her team and will recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer. -

Jill not only helped craft the best food and drink menu we could have possibly imagined, on a personal level she helped my wife and I navigate the overwhelming process of planning a wedding. Jill and Sadia, our amazing day-of coordinator arranged through Jillicious, were hands down one of the single most important reasons our wedding was such a success. We worked with Jill throughout the process to tailor our menu with food and drinks from both my wife's and my cultural backgrounds and it was such a fun collaboration. We got a ton of compliments on our food, from appetizers to grazing table to dinner.
Jill was SO much more than just a caterer. She helped with every angle of our wedding, from walking us through our rentals to our liquor order to going on a walk-through at our venue, and worked with all of our vendors hand in hand to streamline the process. She also nudged us when we were falling behind in planning, something we both needed since we went without an official wedding planner and didn't know what we were doing.
We can say without a doubt our wedding would not have been the event it was without Jillicious! -

A truly tailor made culinary experience with top notch service!
We booked Jillicious for our wedding in May of 2021 after choosing to cancel our large wedding due to Covid. We downsized to a 50 person wedding in a friends backyard and it could not have gone more perfectly! Jill went above and beyond to make sure our menu truly felt like an expression of us. The whole team was beyond professional, and our day could not have gone as smoothly as it did without Ally our day of coordinator and Connor the most amazing captain. Jill made every effort to make us feel comfortable during an uncertain time and transformed our traditional grazing table into jar-cuterie so no one would feel concerned about cleanliness or germs. Her advice on rentals, table settings as well as her overall expertise in planning made the entire event a breeze! I cannot recommend them enough, and if there’s one thing that’s a must-have, it’s the s’mores! -

Where to begin?! We met Jill December of 2020 while planning our September 2022 wedding. Jill had us in her Brooklyn backyard wrapped up in our cozy winter outfits, which we didn't even need because of the warmth we received from her personality and her delectable dishes. For almost two years, Jill did not only fill the role of our wedding caterer but as our how-to-guide in the world of weddings. Our menu was so personal that you can tell that everything was hand-selected and thoroughly thought of to represent us and our families. The wedding day was executed flawlessly and everyone went home with a full belly, all thanks to Jill and her team. We recommend Jill x1000 after our unforgettable wedding day. Thank you Jill!!! -

Work of Art Grazing Table and Amazing Team
Working with Jill and her team exceeded every possible expectation! Everything from communication (Jill is so friendly & wonderful to chat with), to the quality/presentation of the food, to the team (and their expertise & friendliness) that brings the event to life!
We had Jill + team cater our 'Welcome Drinks" for our wedding (July 8, 2022) and they truly went above and beyond. We were meant to host our event on our rooftop but it started to rain and the team easily and amazingly pivoted to another location and instantly made magic happen in a new location.
The team created a true work of art with the grazing table and our guests were in awe of the spread and loved the food.
I cannot say enough great things about Jill and would very enthusiastically hire her again! -

Jill nailed it! We were connected to Jillicious by our wedding planner (Modern Rebel-also recommended!), and felt drawn to the company values and ethos. After the tasting, we were sold! Jill put together a wonderful progressive cocktail menu, was flexible to our guest’s needs, and the food was delicious. The menu was a super fun mix of all different types of food with a real New York and celebratory vibe (Asian noodles served in mini Chinese take out containers, gorgeous pink gazpacho shooters, coffee in classic NYC cups, chicken and waffles!). During planning, Jill collaborated wonderfully with our wedding planner and was very active in making our (very bright!) design vision come true. At the wedding, our guests commented that they loved the food and the progressive cocktail style meant we had a rocking party all night long. Jill also skillfully managed our bar, collaborated with Roebling Liquor for purchasing, and helped us design signature cocktails-which were a big hit! We would highly recommend JIllicious and would use them again for any future events big or small! Thank you Jill and the whole team!! -

Could not possibly recommend Jill more highly. We hired Jill to do our fully vegan wedding, and she and her team were the talk of the night. We were looking to add some dishes from each of our cultures; and while most caterers tried to steer us to food they'd made in the past, Jill was so clearly enthusiastic to try a new cuisine and adapt it for us. Her energy is infectious; she clearly loves what she does. Most importantly, the food was to die for. Every dish was unique and thought out - Jill did a great job crafting the food to the things we love, that represent who we are. Importantly for us, everyone was so thorough to make sure that all our guests with dietary restrictions were accommodated. The food set the tone of the evening; warm, welcoming, and inclusive. We will remember this meal forever.
We had a vegan grazing table, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a seated family style meal. Every part of it was personalized, and Jill was happy to let us be as involved or hands off as we wanted. Her bartender, Sam, did some truly wonderful signature cocktails for us (and even put up with the horrible pun names we assigned them), and being able to buy our own alcohol saved us literally thousands, to say nothing of being able to pick things we liked and had meaning to us.
The staff were all stellar. They were courteous, kind, and attentive. And extra love for Ally, the day of coordinator, whose calm and thorough demeanor definitely set the tone for the event and kept it running smoothly.
Hiring Jillicious Foods was decidedly the best decision we made in the wedding process. Jill is truly someone who wanted to help us celebrate our wedding, and her help and advice in every part of the process was invaluable to us. We couldn't have done it without her and are so very grateful. -

Jill catered my Brooklyn wedding in May 2022 and it was a dream to work with her and her team from start to finish. We decided early-on that we wanted to utilize Jill's event planning capacities in addition to catering - best decision we made. Jill knows the ins and outs of wedding planning, and had tips, vendor recommendations, and questions for us at every step of planning. We felt so supported in what otherwise could have been a very overwhelming process. My partner and I have very different dietary preferences, and Jill worked with us to create a menu that accommodated both of our favorite foods and perfectly represented us as a couple. I'm vegan, so our buffet menu featured about 50% delicious vegan options - the kind where no guest would miss the meat at all. She also created a gorgeous grazing table during cocktail hour. Jill provided a day-of coordinator for the wedding, Ally, who was also incredible to work with. She was organized, thoughtful, and ensured the day ran smoothly and perfectly to plan. Every member of Jill's team exhibited a high degree of professionalism and warmth. I am forever grateful to her for helping to create the most incredible day of mine and my new husband's life, and couldn't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to hire her. -

Using Jillicious Catering was the best experience we could have had for our wedding. Jill took the time to really know what type of catering experience we wanted and got to know us and our food tastes to bring out food choices that we as well as our family and friends would like. She was also so helpful with making decisions around rentals and other logistic parts of the party. Due to COVID we had to reschedule the event several times and she was there supporting us the whole way making sure that when the event did happen it was still everything we had hoped for! Our friends and family are still talking about the food and we even got to eat leftovers after our minimoon which were still so delicious! -

Outstanding!
Jillicious Foods did a spectacular job catering my wedding! They had done an amazing job catering my son’s wedding a few years ago. Everyone raved about the food so much that when it was my turn I knew there was no one else I’d trust. I was impressed with their ability to tailor the menu and style of service exactly to mine and my husband’s tastes. They worked with us to create a menu which was unique-nothing cookie cutter here! The wait staff was outstanding, friendly, pleasant and efficient. Our wedding was under a tent, we had beautiful weather, until it decided to pour. We were all seated for dinner, when the rain started, the staff seamlessly switched to using umbrellas and walking from the house to the tent keeping the food dry and on time. Jill also helped with my decor. She was able to take my vision and execute it better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Jillicious Foods for large or small affairs. Their attention to detail, high quality food, beautiful presentation and top notch staff will not disappoint!

We are so so glad we found Jill. From Day 1, Jill was easy to communicate with and enthusiastic about the party we were throwing, bringing a ton of ideas to the table and understanding our vision. We were throwing a 30th birthday for 25 people, which doesn't seem like a big undertaking, but doing that in just 2 months time with COVID-uncertainty still looming is a lot of work!
Jill was up for the task. She led us through getting our rentals secured, at no additional cost, and was patient with all our back and forth over our menu. She made sure we had all the rentals we needed and contributed a great number of her own platters to help cut down on costs.
Most importantly, the party was spectacular. It was a very very hot summer day with a chance of rain all throughout the day and Jill handled it perfectly and flexibly. Her and her team were all professional, friendly and on-time. The table they set up looked gorgeous, the grazing table was insane, and the lobster summer rolls ... oh my!! I dream of those. The dinner was fabulous too - all our guests raved about the food and how great Jill and her staff was and the icing on the cake was her after dinner s'mores set up.
Hire Jill - don't think twice about it! You can trust her to handle calmly anything that might go wrong at your party and her food is A+. Love Jillicious Foods & Events! -

Jill and her crew are A DREAM to work with! Jill held our hands (figuratively, and at times literally!) all throughout our wedding planning chaos right up to the day of and made our wedding day truly the most incredible day of our lives. Getting married during a pandemic is by no means an easy thing to plan, but Jill made us feel safe and at ease through and through. Not only is her food otherworldly, but Jill truly knows events inside and out. Her staff are extremely professional and all radiate a beautiful energy that completely matched our guests. Jill was an absolute dream to work with! Her food was amazing, but in addition she went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel supported on our special day. Could not have been happier with Jill. Our group had very serious dietary requirements, and she was able to meet them all with an amazingly delicious menu. It was wonderful to see people who typically can eat 1 snack or 1 side at a meal being able to eat almost everything on the table! 10/10 Already want to hire again! -

She listened to us and guided us until we had created the perfect individualized menu. We didn’t want a formal sit down dinner so she introduced us to a progressive cocktail party, it was great as it kept everyone mingling all night. From the huge farm table spread to the passed hors d’overs to the unique taco bar everything was delicious. She did an excellent job presenting the food enhancing the part space. Her staff were all excellent, courteous, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend working with Jill and Jillicious Foods for events large or small.

Sherisse Sent on 03/20/2018We can not recommend Jillicious foods more. We had a surprise wedding (we told our friends it was our engagement party) and Jill managed everything for us. It was a complicated event by surprising 130 guests but she made it as easy as possible and took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. We are so thankful she was there to make our special day run smoothly. Everything was perfect, from design to food to execution! We could not have loved it more and have a higher recommendation!
