We needed a pet-friendly car service for a short 4-hour booking and came across Bubz Limos. Many other companies either didn’t allow pets or charged much higher rates, but Bubz stood out. The owner was very responsive through email and even shared his WhatsApp for easy communication. Our driver Israel, arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout. Although we ended up not needing to transport our pet, the owner refunded the cleaning fee, which we really appreciated. Aside from some traffic, everything went perfectly. We were initially hesitant due to the limited number of reviews, but we're glad we gave them a chance. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again in the future.

while i had some issues responsiveness from the company via email and had to request the final invoice a couple of times before i got it…i will still give ny trolley co 5 stars because of how great the trolley service was on our wedding day! our driver was amazing and the bus came stocked with alcoholic beverages which was a fun surprise!! it’s also nice being able to connect to the aux in the trolley. the driver was punctual and followed our itinerary perfectly. it was such an added bonus to our wedding day and i’m really glad we decided to use ny trolley co for our wedding transportation!

They were lovely-- communicative and responsive (and i like that they had a whole pdf with rates on it for us to look at instead of going back and forth on rates with other companies!). My only critique is I was expecting a slightly nicer car for our sedan (we also booked a Sprinter with them)-- the sedan was a late-model Lincoln, but I just wish I had known that it wasn't going to be a luxury vehicle. For the price I thought it should have been.

My husband and I were married on October 15, 2016 and we used Destiny H2 Limo for our wedding. We scheduled a meeting and met with Jonathan who had responded right away. With all the amazing help, information from Jonathan and their excellent prices we knew we made the right decision. We ordered the Chrysler 300 Stretch Limo for the day. We requested that the first pick-up be the groom and guys and take them to the venue first, and then pick-up the bridesmaids and myself next. They accommodated my request with no problem. The limo arrived 15 minutes early and my husband and I both received a phone call from the office to advise us that the driver was outside. The limo itself was beautiful and clean inside and out. It was also stocked with plenty of water. The driver was so friendly and courteous; he had no problems maneuvering the limo through tight spaces to get us to all our stops on time. All in all, we were extremely happy with the service and will certainly use them for any occasion going forward. Thank you, Jonathan and team!

Great experience with Starcity Limo. Absolutely perfect wedding service. Hummer limousine was on time for our pick up at the church, and we spent 3 hours to go to 2 locations for pictures before being dropped off at the reception hall in Queens. Driver was courteous and very friendly. He kept the AC on and filled the coolers with ice. My family and friends were all happy with the service provided.

On Spet. 21, 2019 I rented a 24 Passenger Executive Bus from Big Ben for my son's wedding party. The bus was new, beautiful, and clean. The bus driver Carlos was on time, nice, and accommodating. My son's wedding party was very happy with it. I ordered the bus 6 months ahead of time. Throughout the entire process and time, Big Ben was very professional and focused on services rather than the bill. Of course their pricing is better than other quotes I got with the same class of bus. I highly recommend Big Ben to everyone.

I knew from day one that I wanted to hire a vintage taxi, but finding one old enough to accommodate my 1930s/1940s vibe was not easy. When I found The Checker Guy and saw the photos of his 1940 Dodge Taxi, I knew I had to have it. (I would recommend calling rather than emailing for the fastest response.) Victor sent the car via flatbed to my hotel, hours ahead of schedule to be sure there were no issues. The driver was professional and friendly. After mass, he attached a Just Married sign with tin cans on the back for some pictures, which is what we chose for our thank you cards. And the car was a huge hit! As we drove through Hoboken, countless people stopped to look, wave, and take pictures. All of our guests loved it, too. It perfectly fulfilled my vision for the day and was worth every penny.
