Incredible service for a great deal. Kim is amazing to work with. She's very responsive, caring, and passionate about her business. During the process of working with her, I felt like she became personally invested in our wedding and wanted to make sure the day was perfect for us. And it was. My wife and I rode to our venue separately and Kim put together a mix of songs that we both requested for us each to listen to on our drive. I was so happy when I walked out of the hotel to hear my favorite Lady Gaga song blasting from the limo. Our driver John was wonderful. He was on time, professional, and clearly very experienced. I can't say enough good things about Kim, John, and JT Limo. I would highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

This company was by far the most professional and best i have ever dealt with. On my wedding day being as stressed as any bride this limo company help eliminate so much stress, the driver arrived 45 minutes early, i was on time for everything even earlier than i expected. The driver was phenominal and so nice, he was open to take us anywhere we asked! Not only did they give me amazing service but an amazing price as well!

JT Limo is the worst limo service I ever encountered. They were late picking us up and then lied about the reason, which was that the limo broke down. Then they sent another limo which the driver was not so friendly and had no idea how to operate the limo we were in. Before we left they told us that the limo did not break down, the driver never showed up for work. The dispatcher told us not to tip the driver well because they are and I quote "already paying him big bucks". We could not believe a company could say and do something like that to an employee. As we were on the road, we did not know how to work anything because the driver never showed us! He then yelled at us because our music was too loud but we did not know how to change the speakers! Half way through our trip the limo overheated TWICE and we pulled over to the side of the road. He then asked us what should he do? How the hell do we know. We don't drive for a living. He insisted on telling us this wasn't his limo (why was he not using his limo???). He laughed and and kept asking us what he should do. For someone who drives people for a living, they should know the basics. The driver took us to a gas station where he basically left us stranded. He didn't try and find a way for us to get to our destination or contact his boss so we can speak to him directly. Thankfully we were able to find this amazing car service in New Jersey called "Dependable taxi and car service", they literally saved our lives and got us to our destination!
