This band is so awesome. In every way. They performed our first dance song and made it a slowed-down version of the actual song and it was PERFECT. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the music was. They are also fantastic with communication and were so patient with us as we worked through the music choices for our big day. They made our wedding night an absolute blast and I am so happy we hired them.

The Brooklyn Beats is THE BEST wedding band you will ever work with. Seemless planning, thorough communications and the absolute best time on the dance floor. They navigated the venue and last minute setup issues with ease and brought the house down with their performance - not a lull in the dance floor for one moment, everyone was truly dancing the night away! Would hire them a thousand times over!

Hands down the absolute best band that ever existed. So wonderful to work with. From the first communication to the very last song, The Storytellers exceeded every expectation we had. Their talent is off the charts, their energy is infectious, and they brought so much joy to our wedding. Every single guest was raving—not just during the event but for days afterward—about how amazing the band was. They read the crowd perfectly, kept the dance floor packed all night, and created such a fun and unforgettable atmosphere. On top of that, they were kind, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. If you're thinking about hiring them—do it. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They made our night absolutely magical, and we’ll be talking about them for years to come.

Jeff and the band were amazing, I can't imagine there's a better band to have at your wedding, seriously. If you have the opportunity to hire this band then do it. When I talk to people that came to my wedding the first thing they mention is the band and how great they sounded. They are able to play more songs than you can imagine, and can play a lot of songs that you don't typically hear at weddings. Jeff is beyond professional and a huge talent. They brought the right amount of energy at every moment. We feel really lucky to have had Jeff and the band at our wedding.

The band completely exceeded our expectations — their sound was phenomenal, and the energy they brought kept the dance floor packed all night long. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the music was and how much fun they had. One of the best parts of the process was being able to see them perform live at their city showcase beforehand. Hearing them in person gave us total confidence in our choice, and on the big day, they absolutely delivered. Truly an unforgettable performance!

We had such an amazing time with Brooklyn Jazz sessions. Erin has such a fantastic voice and the band is just so talented. We got lots of compliments from our wedding guest. And their music was definitely the highlight of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding Erin was super responsive when it came to planning and the set list was great. The value was fantastic especially since this wonderful band added so much to our experience.

We were looking for a 7 piece band with horns (trumpet / sax) who could play a wide variety of genres, as we typically don’t listen to Top 40 music. Our wedding was disco-themed, and we also had a ton of ideas for groove/soul/funk/RnB songs to play. We found Mitch through a Reddit post where others recommended his band for being able to cover any song. He had a lightning quick response time, was always friendly and professional, and checked in with us regularly leading up to the wedding. Plus, the quote we received from him was very reasonable compared to many other bands we were interested in. Their musicianship was top notch. They based their track list off of our many requested songs, and were even flexible to rotate band members during their meal break so we didn’t have to put on a playlist. And when we unexpectedly had to shift the order of events at dinner, they were able to switch gears quickly. Everyone had so much fun singing and dancing along. We only wish we had the venue for a few more hours to extend the music longer! We’d definitely recommend the Mitch Marcus band to anyone looking to elevate their wedding celebration.

It was a pleasure to have the Eleanor Leigh Trio for our backyard event for 100+ people. Eleanor and her group showed up on time and were very professional. The song list was exactly what we wanted and Eleanor made sure to keep their volume level appropriate so people could have conversations while also enjoying great jazz. We had passing rain and thunderstorms during the event but the group kept playing and adjusting to the circumstances. We look forward to having Eleanor and her group back at future events and highly recommend them to our friends!

Eric and his band have been playing together for years. They have a wide repetoire of songs they know. If they don't know it, then they'll learn it. One thing they do super-fabulously is Jewish Music, even though they're not a Jewish band. I had a 20 minute hora that was active, upbeat, and diverse.

We worked with The Current Affair for our wedding this past weekend on 10/12/24. I'm not kidding when I say the band moved me to tears numerous times throughout the night, they were SO GOOD. Every person was dancing the entire night and numerous people got the bands cards at the end of the night for future events. Working with them leading up to the event was also seamless and they were very responsive. We had 3 of the band members play at our cocktail hour too. We shared a Spotify playlist of what we wanted as a reference party but knew that they knew best in terms of getting people on the dance floor and thats what they did. They helped us throw the greatest party ever!
