Cafe Wha Entertainment

Hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. Cafe Wha? absolutely KILLED it at our wedding and we had SO MUCH FUN thanks to them. So many guests reported to us that this is the best wedding band they've ever seen. The dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. My husband and I literally missed eating dessert because we were going too hard on the dance floor. Every single song that came on we would freak out with joy and excitement, singing along. The band involved us in the festivities by coming onto the dancefloor and having my husband and I sing into the microphone, the horns players came down and played right next to me, the main singer had me start a conga line, and then they called us up to boogie onstage with whoever else wanted to come for the last song. Oh and they do an excellent horah! They made us feel so special and listened to our requests in terms of must play and do not play. Every single band member is beyond talented and we want to be friends with them all. WORTH EVERY PENNY! OBSESSED! INCREDIBLE! :)

Sugar Park was amazing! At the top of the list was how friendly and professional all band members were. Equally at the top of the list was how good they were. Our dance floor was full of energy and excitement all night long! They understood what we wanted and delivered big time! They even let me sit in on my sax. The first dance, the cultural songs we wanted, the dance floor vibes and attention to detail - all perfect! I could not recommend them more! The value we received was much more than the cost.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the absolute SHOW the Bonafide Crew put on for our wedding. I know we are biased, but it was truly the most fun dancefloor we have ever been on. We could have danced for another 5 hours. They were super receptive to some quirky ideas we had, like a surprise bride and groom performance and a "coin toss" to determine which speeches would go first. They gave us the most energetic hora we could ask for and surprising us with some incredibly meaningful songs after hearing our parents reference them in their speeches. They ended the wedding by having our friends and family circle around us, and it is a moment we will remember forever.

They are not your "average" wedding band. They were funky, thoughtful, unique, and brought so much character to their performance.

We are now groupies- next time we're in NYC we will be cutting a rug wherever they happen to be playing.

We debated between all of what I would consider to be the top wedding bands in and around New York. We selected The Knockouts after going to watch them perform at The Groove downtown NYC, and it best among the best decisions we made for our wedding. The night was amazing, and we are still receiving messages from friends and family stating that ours was the best wedding they have ever been to, in large part due to the music and entertainment. Kyle, Amanda, and the rest of the band were flawless with so much energy. It made the wedding feel like watching a live show, even during moments when people were sitting eating, all eyes were mesmerized by the band. The booking process and responsiveness during planning was also top notch. Kyle was available to us directly whenever we wanted to chat about song selections or the flow of the evening. They even learned certain songs that were special to us, and it sounded better than the originals. Highly, highly recommend The Knockouts for your wedding or any party for that matter. Your guests will truly be blown away.

We highly, highly recommend the Knockouts! It was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning. Leading up to the event - the Cafe Wha team was so responsive and helpful in making sure every detail was aligned to our vision. Kyle and Amanda were also wonderful taking our preferences in advance to make the music custom to us. And then the wedding itself - it was one of the best wedding dance floors I’ve been a part of! The band was super engaged with us (coming on the dancefloor, having us on stage, etc) while still producing incredible music. The number of compliments re the band we got from our guests was incredible! We strongly recommend Hap, Kyle, Amanda and the whole cafe wha team for your wedding band.

Cafe Wha and the New York Tempo made our wedding a DREAM!! Cannot recommend them enough. They read the room, kept the energy going, and made our wedding a night to remember.

I can not thank Cafe Wha and Sugar Park enough for an AWESOME wedding. They were absolutely incredible and kept the dancefloor packed. From learning our special requests to playing the classics, they went above and beyond. We also received many compliments on the ceremony and cocktail music (especially the song choices). I truly cannot thank Sugar Park enough for creating such a special event. My one wish of the night was that I danced more, but I'm truly not sure if that's even possible. I highly recommend Sugar Park for anyone who wants a full dancefloor and incredible music !!

The most unbelievable wedding band ever. Every guest at our wedding commented how great they are. We've been to dozens of weddings, and nobody holds a candle.

We truly cannot say enough good things about this Cafe Wha. From the very first song to the last, they absolutely made our wedding.

The energy was unreal, and the dance floor was packed all night. They read the room perfectly, knew exactly when to slow it down and when to bring the house down, and somehow managed to get every generation out there dancing. We had guests coming up to us all night asking, “Where did you find them?!” and saying it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to.

Beyond their talent (which is insane), they were professional, organized, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. They nailed every special moment, our first dance, parent dances, and introductions, and made everything feel seamless and elevated.

If you’re even considering booking them, do it. They weren’t just a band; they were the heartbeat of our entire reception. We absolutely loved them and would hire them again in a second.
