I can't recommend Eventfull enough! All the details of the evening were perfectly executed, we were so impressed by the professionalism and preparedness of the staff, and on top of that, the food was truly excellent and we had positive feedback from everyone we spoke to. 10/10 experience I can't recommend enough!

Eventfull catered our wedding welcome party and did an absolutely fantastic job. We had three stations (tacos, BBQ, and salads) plus dessert, and all our guests raved about how delicious the food was. One of my friends who is vegan even said the staff made sure to get her food that fit her dietary restrictions. When we were planning the event, there were plenty of options to pick from, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Eventfull came to us highly recommended and still managed to exceed all expectations. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We definitely recommend!!!

We hired Melody and EventfullNYC for our wedding in May 2025, and cannot recommend her enough. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. We had passed appetizers and buffet style meal, and several of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. The food on the wedding day was exactly as was presented to us at the tasting. Melody’s pricing is a great value for the quality of food. Additionally, Melody was herself a delight to work with. She was attentive to all our requests and anticipated all the needs we might have. She was extremely organized, responded quickly to our emails, and kept us on track. Her business handles the bar, waitstaff, equipment rental, set up and tear down — everything! She kindly accommodated our phone calls pertaining to the food through the final week before the wedding. Finally, the staff and servers that worked with Melody were professional, kind, and made the day more fun. From our tasting to the wedding day, we were thrilled we picked Eventfull. Truly, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

We cannot say enough nice things about working with Melody and her team for our wedding! From the initial tasting to the wedding itself, Melody was so lovely to collaborate with and the food was incredible at every step. We loved the menu options and the team was so communicative during the planning period. They accommodated all of our guests’ dietary needs flawlessly and our guests were absolutely raving about the food throughout the night and even in the following days. We couldn’t agree more! Everything was delicious and the team were absolute professionals. Everything ran beautifully and on time. The team even packed up extra food and cake for us to take home. It was the perfect night and we cannot recommend EVENTFULL enough!

Melody and her team are the exact type of partners you want on your side for your wedding. They’re experienced, fast, friendly, and downright good people. We can’t tell you how many people came up to us after the wedding to compliment us on not only the quality of the food, but the quality of the service too. They slung passed apps during cocktail hour and made sure everyone got everything. It was a huge discussion between my wife and I to get stations or not during the hour, and we decided not to; my fear was that people would leave hungry, but Melody made sure everyone got multiples of everything during cocktail hour. It was fantastic. For the wedding, we did family style, and once again, Melody’s team ensured everyone had enough of everything and no one left hungry.

This is everything on the wedding day, but we can’t tell you how at home Melody made us feel from the first time we met her. She answered all our questions and emails with grace and patience and gave helpful suggestions when we were deliberating options. She’s so communicative and so friendly, which is everything you want.

We loved working with Eventfull to cater our winter wedding in Brooklyn! Melody was so easy to work with as we considered different menu options and was happy to find ways to work within our budget! They have a wide menu to choose from and we loved picking appetizers, mains, and desserts that matched our guests' tastes. An unexpected bonus was how much they felt a part of the team as we got closer to the wedding day. At our walkthrough we met Olga who handled our wedding, and she was so genuinely kind and helpful. It felt like she was rooting for us and invested in making sure everything was perfect. On the day of, we felt so taken care of with snack plates and cocktails for us post-ceremony. And the food was delicious! A month later and people are still talking about the short ribs! If you're looking for an experienced caterer who truly cares that your day is perfect, look no further!

I have known Melody and Eventfull NYC for years. As a venue manager I absolutely LOVE working with her and her team. The food is fantastic, our clients are always thrilled with the quality and she has the best staff, some of whom have worked with her for years. This says a lot about her and the company. Got married in June 2024 and my husband and I had the BEST experience working with Melody and the staff at Eventfull catering. Getting married in NYC can be overwhelming because of the cost and the myriad of vendor options, but Eventfull stood out because of the good price and the incredible service we received even when we were still just trying to decide between caterers. Melody was exceptional in her email correspondence, answering every little question in a timely and detailed manner. When it came to the tasting though, that's when we were really sold. The food was INCREDIBLE and they had so many delicious options for all sorts of dietary restrictions that represented so many cultures. We weren't surprised at all when a wedding planner we met told us that, in their experience, Eventfull's food on the wedding day is just as amazing as it is at the tasting (and it was!). On the wedding day, Melody and her staff were so kind and thoughtful, and many of our guests told us how much they actually enjoyed the food! I'm recommending Eventfull to all of my friends getting married now and I cannot sing their praises enough.
