Eventfull catered our wedding welcome party and did an absolutely fantastic job. We had three stations (tacos, BBQ, and salads) plus dessert, and all our guests raved about how delicious the food was. One of my friends who is vegan even said the staff made sure to get her food that fit her dietary restrictions. When we were planning the event, there were plenty of options to pick from, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Eventfull came to us highly recommended and still managed to exceed all expectations. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We definitely recommend!!!EVENTfull NYC's reply:

The perfect choice for our wedding caterer!
We hired Melody and EventfullNYC for our wedding in May 2025, and cannot recommend her enough. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. We had passed appetizers and buffet style meal, and several of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. The food on the wedding day was exactly as was presented to us at the tasting. Melody’s pricing is a great value for the quality of food. Additionally, Melody was herself a delight to work with. She was attentive to all our requests and anticipated all the needs we might have. She was extremely organized, responded quickly to our emails, and kept us on track. Her business handles the bar, waitstaff, equipment rental, set up and tear down — everything! She kindly accommodated our phone calls pertaining to the food through the final week before the wedding. Finally, the staff and servers that worked with Melody were professional, kind, and made the day more fun. From our tasting to the wedding day, we were thrilled we picked Eventfull. We cannot say enough nice things about working with Melody and her team for our wedding! From the initial tasting to the wedding itself, Melody was so lovely to collaborate with and the food was incredible at every step. We loved the menu options and the team was so communicative during the planning period. They accommodated all of our guests’ dietary needs flawlessly and our guests were absolutely raving about the food throughout the night and even in the following days. We couldn’t agree more! Melody and her team are the exact type of partners you want on your side for your wedding. They’re experienced, fast, friendly, and downright good people. We can’t tell you how many people came up to us after the wedding to compliment us on not only the quality of the food, but the quality of the service too. They slung passed apps during cocktail hour and made sure everyone got everything. It was a huge discussion between my wife and I to get stations or not during the hour, and we decided not to; my fear was that people would leave hungry, but Melody made sure everyone got multiples of everything during cocktail hour. It was fantastic. For the wedding, we did family style, and once again, Melody’s team ensured everyone had enough of everything and no one left hungry.
This is everything on the wedding day, but we can’t tell you how at home Melody made us feel from the first time we met her. She answered all our questions and emails with grace and patience and gave helpful suggestions when we were deliberating options. She’s so communicative and so friendly, which is everything you want.EVENTfull NYC's reply:

We loved working with Eventfull to cater our winter wedding in Brooklyn! Melody was so easy to work with as we considered different menu options and was happy to find ways to work within our budget! They have a wide menu to choose from and we loved picking appetizers, mains, and desserts that matched our guests' tastes. An unexpected bonus was how much they felt a part of the team as we got closer to the wedding day. At our walkthrough we met Olga who handled our wedding, and she was so genuinely kind and helpful. It felt like she was rooting for us and invested in making sure everything was perfect. On the day of, we felt so taken care of with snack plates and cocktails for us post-ceremony. And the food was delicious! A month later and people are still talking about the short ribs! Hands down- the best!
I have known Melody and Eventfull NYC for years. As a venue manager I absolutely LOVE working with her and her team. The food is fantastic, our clients are always thrilled with the quality and she has the best staff, some of whom have worked with her for years. This says a lot about her and the company. Every detail is attended to and our shared clients felt taken care of by Eventfull NYC. She is transparent with costs and really listens. Truly could not recommend Melody and the team more. First off, Melody was fantastic and on top of everything from the moment we started working with her. She is also an extremely kind soul and really wants the day to be perfect for you. Her team was also so great (leading up and day of). They worked with us to customize a menu and were able to make our vision come to life. And of course, our guests raved about the food!! I would give Melody and her team a thousand stars if I could!! Eventfull catered our wedding last month. The guests could not stop raving about the food— every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We even changed the minds of a few guests who previously believed that “there is no such thing as good wedding food” since it is mass-produced.
Melody and her team are utmost professionals. Not only do they somehow pull off exquisite meals for a crowd, their service and attention to detail was spectacular. They made sure that myself and the groom were attended to and fed the whole night (we all know the bride and groom seldom eat during their wedding!). There were also multiple moments where I saw the team take note of small details and fulfill requests for guests. They made sure everyone felt special and was having a wonderful time.
I also have to give Melody a special shout out for all the help in planning. To call her just a caterer is doing her a disservice. She was really my right hand woman, helping me plan and execute a mid-size backyard wedding (65 people). She answered emails efficiently and warmly, connected me with our rentals agency, helped me come up with multiple floor plan options, and pivoted the week of when it became clear we were going to be dealing with pouring rain on our wedding day.
She is the epitome of grace under pressure and I could not have made it through the wedding planning process without her. Highly highly recommend Melody and her team for any events you may have!!EVENTfull NYC's reply:

Phenomenal
Nine months ago, we started this roller coaster, journey with Melody and her team, and I have to say they made it feel doable on a budget every step of the way. No matter what we asked no matter our request. Melody found a way to be able to say yes. Her staff was amazing. Olga was so attentive to each, and every need of the bride and groom as well as the entire family. The staff deserves a standing ovation. No request was too large or too small for them to jump in to action they seem to know what we needed and wanted before we even did. The staff was courteous, kind, attentive, and extremely helpful, and I won’t even get into how delicious every morsel that we had was. Five star in every way from set up to last bite, we love you guys and are trying to figure out how to have another event with you. Hands down one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding was to entrust Melody and hear team to handle our catering. Months long after our wedding, our friends and family are still raving about the amazing food. We're absolutely blown away. We recently got back from another family wedding, and throughout their reception, family members consistently and discreetly kept coming up to us to say "the food at your wedding is still the best food we've ever, ever had at a wedding!". Quite literally, the food and service that Eventfull provided for our wedding is still regularly brought up by our family and friends in passing conversation. We are ever so grateful to Melody and Olga (our event manager for the evening) for making our wedding day so special and memorable - it truly made a lasting impression on us and our guests. Besides the wonderful food, the customer service has been stellar - the team has been so responsive and so accommodating throughout the whole process and on our wedding day. Melody and her team at Eventfull were absolutely phenomenal. Throughout the entire process, Melody was extremely responsive and amenable to the requests made my by husband and I. While the wedding planning process can be stressful, Melody helped us make big decisions with ease, offered many great suggestions and was so helpful to ask questions to as she has a wealth of experience and knowledge about the NYC wedding industry. Our guests RAVED about our food and the service throughout the evening was impeccable. We had added Melody's day-of-coordination services as well, and it was the best decision we could have made. Melody liaised with all of our various vendors the day of and I didn't have to think about anything except getting married. Exceptional Catering Service!
Melody and her team are exceptional! We had the utmost pleasure working with her, Olga and each of the staff members. Our experience was so outstanding, we wish we had another event to plan just so we could work with EventfullNYC again!
My husband and I really enjoyed our tasting, and we were slightly concerned the food quality would regress since the quantities would be much larger the day of our wedding. To the contrary, the food tasted even better! Many of our guests raved about their meals - the chicken Provençal was packed with flavor, the filet mignon perfectly cooked and tender, and the truffle potato gratin - to die for! Moreover, the service was perfectly in sync. Meals were served at the right temperature and in an efficient and timely manner. There were several wedding guests with dietary restrictions, and Melody and her team went above and beyond to accommodate every request. They successfully satisified the appetites of everyone including our gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian guests. We couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without EventfullNYC!

Melody and her team at Eventfull were absolutely spectacular. Not only was Melody so kind, flexible, and organized, but the food and service was awesome. All of the guests were talking about how delicious the food was at our reception - they loved everything from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entree and main courses to the mini cookies for dessert. We had the truffle mushroom ravioli as a starter and friends came up to say that while they don't even like mushrooms, they finished their plate because it was so delicious! I cannot recommend Melody and her team enough. Wedding planning is so stressful, especially during this crazy time, and Melody truly helped alleviate some of my stress. Melody and her team at EVENTFULL.NYC is LITERALLY THE BEST! Melody is extremely prompt with communication, always positive, happy, and filled with a genuine can-do attitude. She is so quick on her feet, and an overall joy and pleasure to work with.
I am a wedding planner based in Napa California, and my bride's wedding had to be relocated from California to NYC just within one month of her new wedding date. Melody was INSTRUMENTAL in pulling together thier wedding in under a month while planning a bi-coastal wedding in such a short amount of time (and with having to pull together a rain plan just a few days before their wedding!). She made everything happen with grace and ease and her staff were absolutely a reflection of her on the day of. It was a very hot day and we were all in tight quarters for the evening. Not one of them ever complained; in fact, they all seemed to have a permanent smile on their faces the entire evening no matter what came their way. They worked so hard for this couple, going above and beyond their normal duties, and you can really tell that they truly were happy to be there.
When you are looking for a catering company for your event New York couples, you MUST hire Melody and her team, you can thank me later :) -

We had a micro-wedding due to COVID with approx 40 guests at a private residence and the Eventfull team knocked it out of the park. Working with the manager was such an easy and seamless experience! she even offered to come and do a site visit of the home so she can really understand our needs and requests and see the space herself. She also took care of the rentals needed. Working with Eventfull was one of the easiest action items for a COVID, Micro-wedding.
Then the day-of, the staff was super professional and extremely accommodating to our last minute changes. The service of passing the apps and then the food stations were presented so beautifully, not to mention that all the food was delicious!

Melody was absolutely wonderful over the 10 months we'd worked with her. From fielding many, many questions and guiding us on equipment rentals to running menu tweaks and handling our day-of arrangements, she was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and a complete joy. Our guests could not stop talking about how excellent the food was, from hors d'oeuvres to entrees, and how attentive & professional the servers were. We truly did not have to worry about a single thing. We're so grateful to her and her team for helping execute our vision, and would recommend EVENTFULL to absolutely everyone looking for flawless service & a fantastic experience. -

Melody did not only provide us with A+++ food for our wedding, but she was an amazing partner throughout the entire wedding planning process. She connected us with our rental company and the exact rental needs. We thought of her as our "quarterback" for the day and were able to trust her with pretty much all of our details not just the food. It made the whole experience less stressful.
She also accommodated a few special requests such as a raw bar and matzah ball soup to name a few examples. On the day of the wedding, Melody and her team handled set up and break down of all of our rentals. Her and her team are exceptionally professional.
Several of our guests commented on how great the food was. Our venue did not have a kitchen and this was no issue for Melody. She was a joy to work with and we cannot recommend her enough! -

Melody came highly recommended by our wedding venue coordinator at The Bell House in Brooklyn. After the tasting (the food is soooo goood!) we knew that Melody and her team would be perfect for our wedding. A few things that we really appreciated: the online portal that she uses is really user friendly and includes all the details about the wedding (menu, costs, seating arrangements, timeline, etc.), Melody is super flexible and responsive about changes, and she was able to accommodate all of the dietary restrictions my guests had. We also realized that we needed a day-of coordinator when we got closer to the day of the wedding and for a discounted fee Melody offered to do it which was SO HELPFUL. The wedding went so smoothly, the food was so delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We were incredibly grateful for her and her entire team. We would hire Eventfull catering again in a second. Thank you so much for everything! -

Can't recommend highly enough!!!!
We had a tight budget for our wedding and shopped around to quite a few caterers. We loved Melody’s menu (and her other glowing reviews), but we initially thought she would fall outside our budget. However, after emailing back and forth a bit, Melody was super patient and flexible enough to tailor a menu that worked for us, found us an INCREDIBLE price on rentals, and worked within our budget. Then we actually got to sample the food and we were blown away. Melody provided us amazingly top notch, restaurant-level food at a super reasonable price. We were also really swayed by Melody herself: with every detail of the menu options, rentals, day-of timeline, specialty cocktail and budget-conscious request to provide our own alcohol, Melody took everything in stride. She was incredibly reassuring and was able to handle ANY request we had (and we had a lot!) without any issues at all. She and her staff helped us with our setup, turnover, and takedown, which was a lifesaver for us as all the decor and flowers were done by us, but we couldn’t be there to actually set it up on the day itself.
Almost all our guests came up to us at various points in the wedding just to compliment the food. It’s difficult to stress just how amazingly delicious it was, and how perfectly it managed to satisfy everyone, despite a huge range of food preferences and dietary restrictions. What made it even more special was the service. We couldn’t believe just how attentive and courteous, warm and positive, all of the servers were, especially Celeste who attended the two of us throughout the night. Celeste anticipated everything we might need, made sure we were fed and had our cups full, and at one point she even noticed the bride scratching her neck and suddenly appeared with a bottle of bug spray! Another of the waitstaff came up to us at one point and complimented our vows, which just goes to show how much attention they gave us even though they probably attend these things all the time. Melody and her bar staff were even flexible with our timeline that evening, and let us add on an extra hour when the party on the dance floor looked like it was still going strong.
Overall, Melody went far beyond what you’d expect from any normal caterer. We felt like we were in such good hands, and that we could just sit back and enjoy ourselves. She and her whole staff really went the extra mile for our wedding, making us feel incredibly special, and giving us the wonderful, memorable night we had imagined. We feel VERY lucky to have worked with Melody and her staff, and we simply can’t recommend them highly enough!! -

Our guests are STILL talking about the food a month after our wedding, and we're still craving the shrimp, the black bean quesadilla and the mushroom ravioli. (My husband would add the pulled pork.) Melody was more than a caterer, she also helped us navigate the set-up of our space and other finer points of the wedding day. We could not have been more pleased.

Melody was so easy to work with and so responsive. She was so kind and worked with us to make our day as special as we imagine. We set up a tasting and left filled to our delight. She absolutely spoiled us ad the food the day of was just as delicious! Our wedding was a cocktail style reception so we stuck to passed appetizers and small desserts. Everything was delicious and displayed neatly. The serving staff was kind and the presentation of the food was very nice. Melody set up all necessary rentals so that really we had nothing to worry about. Some guests mentioned not seeing all the different types of food but all guests said the food was absolutely delicious and some claimed to get more than their fill. I believe that maybe there were just issues with staff spreading out or visiting different areas of the venue but I am honestly unsure and knew it would be a risk of doing passed foods. I also wished we had had a plate set aside for us (the bride and groom) as we were really unable to keep up with the food coming out and all the directions we were being pulled in (not their fault at all, more ours for not thinking of it ahead of time but might be a good thing for them to consider offering for similar events). Everything I did taste however was FANTASTIC. They have SO many options and they were able to very easily adapt the menu to be nearly entirely gluten free and nut free with us and our guests being made aware of these options. The kids also had chicken fingers, fries and mac & cheese, which they seemed to enjoy. The mac & cheese was also approved by the adults haha Our young nephew with a nut allergy was SO pleased to be able to eat almost everything for once and his mother was so relieved to not have to ask about every dish. He definitely gives Eventfull an A++! Overall we were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend!
