If you’re thinking about Mazzones for your wedding, just book them. They are worth every penny. From the beginning, Kinley was incredibly responsive and had answers to every question (and I had a lot, as I planned my wedding myself). She had answers within 24 hours it felt like, and no question was too silly or too small. I knew we were in good hands with her. The day before, we met with her and Jordan, who was our day of coordinator. He was fantastic. High energy and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on track all night. We also had Lindsey, who also took care of us all night, making sure we had drinks in our hands and a bite of all the passed tray bites at cocktail hour. Mazzones truly delivered above and beyond. They made everything look so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned it. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night.

As for the food, my guests haven’t stopped raving about it. The dumplings at cocktail hour were the best! I don’t think anyone has stopped thinking about the crab dip either. Dinners came out on time and hot, and both the chicken and beef were amazing. We didn’t get any of our cake the night of, but it was so good that some of our guests were stealing other peoples plates! They sent us home with so many leftovers and the top of our cake to enjoy and even a day later everything was still excellent.

Words can’t express our gratitude to the team at Mazzones that made our wedding the best night ever. They even brought out a cupcake to celebrate my husband’s grandmother’s 99th birthday which was the day after our wedding. They really knocked it out of the park!

We are absolutely thrilled with the service from Mazzone Hospitality for our daughter's wedding! The entire event was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. The event managers were incredibly attentive, addressing every detail before it even became a question. It felt like they were mind readers, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything ran smoothly. They took care of every aspect for our daughter, her groom, and their families, making the day stress-free for everyone involved. Their professionalism truly stood out.
Our guests raved about the food from the cocktail hour to the cider donuts and apple cider they received on the way out. The quality and taste were outstanding!

BLOWN away by Mazzone, who made our wedding day one out of a fairytale.

Day of the wedding, the Mazzone staff anticipated every need, with water in hand to keep us hydrated, and delicious goodies set aside just for us.

There were so many compliments on the food, cake (the almond and raspberry was outstanding), service, and drinks. Most importantly, our coordinators Olivia and Shana helped us every step of the way from hire to he day of, responding at lightning speed to every question and request. I promise you, booking Mazzone will be the best decision you'll make!

We had a wonderful wedding meal, coupled with amazing drinks and appetizers aplenty! Our whole day was made to be very special by picking and choosing food that we loved, and it truly paid off. We had lots of amazing food options, and plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions, and all for truly a great price for everything we got! We wish we could eat/drink some things from our wedding day, every day!

Booking Mazzone Hospitality was the right move! They were professional, easy to work and coordinate with, and the food was unbelievable. We had a super fun and delicious tasting day several months before our wedding, which really helped to get a feel for the chefs’ amazing talent and solidify our menu. We had some awesome hors d'oeuvres followed by the statler chicken, short rib, and eggplant parmesan entrees which were all prepared beautifully. The bartenders aced 3 different signature drinks for us to make our night so personalized. The Mazzone’s team had never worked at our venue before (ADK Camp in Putnam Station, NY) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The whole team was great- between communicating and planning for months with Abby, coordinating with Jordan and Natalie throughout our wedding, and experiencing the excellent service, fun nature, and smiling faces of the rest of the staff, we couldn’t be happier with how our event turned out. We even had a staff member join us in a dance off as he helped to clean a spilled drink late-night!

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Glen Sanders on 10/13/23. One of the features of this venue that secured our decision, was the convenience factor. We had approximately 210 guests attend and being able to get ready in the bridal suites and man cave, host the ceremony, reception/cocktail hour, afterparty AND accommodate lodging for our bridal parties + families (17 people), made things much more streamlined. In addition, since Mazzone owns the venue, having them cater the food allowed us to “bundle” the costs of food, alcohol and venue. This is a beautiful venue as well. They took measures to make sure their landscaping and outward/inward appearance were perfect, prior to the wedding.
Preparations- once we had chosen Glen Sanders as our venue, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie R as our sales planner. I can’t convey enough how helpful she was throughout the entire process, prior to the wedding. She helped us choose our menu based on a target per head price and customize it as requested, coordinate and organize all details regarding the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, coordinate with some of our vendors, but most importantly answered every question we had with patience, speed and effectiveness. She was incredibly organized and it helped keep track of the million details at play.
Day of- In addition Glen Sanders provides an event manager, who helps with the setup of all décor, the rehearsal, coordinating background details for event staff, facilitated progression of bridal party on the day of for pics/introductions/processions/etc. We worked with Leslie P, who has a wealth of knowledge about everything Glen Sanders, having worked there for 20+ years. She was thorough, present, patient, pleasant and helpful, with everything the day prior to and the day of the wedding.
Lastly Glen Sanders ALSO provides a day of attendant, we worked with Maki. Maki also has a wealth of knowledge regarding bustling dresses and the inner workings of weddings at Glen Sanders. She served to assist with anything my husband or I needed throughout the day of the wedding. This included bustling my dress as well as fluffing it, holding flowers and my dress during picture changes, getting us food/drinks, and much more. Maki was an absolute sweetheart as well and made things go incredibly smoothly.
Food- coming from an enormous Italian family, it was essential that the food was tasty. We had the 3 stations and 3 hand passed bites- all delicious and replenished throughout cocktail hour. People loved the dinners as well as the cake!
Lodging- we worked with Jennifer for lodging at GSM and she was incredibly helpful. We made so many changes throughout and she was accommodating throughout! In addition, the rooms were reasonably priced and spacious/beautiful/ very clean. They have an awesome breakfast nook to curb the hangover the following morning 😊.

They worked fabulously with my amazing wedding planner, Kelly from The Main Event by Kelly to ensure our vision was BROUGHT TO LIFE!

In our song, “Die a Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett he says “If I never get to see the Northern Lights I could Die a Happy Man.”

Therefore, our colors were green and blue to symbolize the Northern Lights. I’ll let the picture speak for itself to see if we nailed it.

Our wedding was seamless and EXACTLY what we wanted!

MAKI (the bridal attendant) IS THE BEST! I needed floss, she had it to me in less than a minute, my dress needed a tide pen, she had it. I needed lip gloss, it was in her hand before I could ask.

Mazzone was wonderful to work with for our wedding at 90 State Events, and we could not have asked for a better experience! With planning our wedding from living several hours away, everyone we worked with was very understanding and accommodating, and their organization made the entire process so easy. From the day we initially visited the venue, we were provided with a tour and detailed packets with the answers to every question you could possibly ask. The tasting event was a great way to narrow down food selections and gather decor ideas! Throughout the planning process, we worked with Victoria, Olivia, and Shana, in which all were extremely responsive and helpful in answering our (many) questions. They were very organized and helped make sure all details were accounted for. They were also very flexible and willing to make adjustments in the menu, order of events, etc to give us the experience we were looking for in our wedding reception. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing and they handled every detail from set up and break down, decorating (including setting out our DIY centerpieces), running the entire event, and ensuring we and our guests enjoyed ourselves. We even had a bridal attendant to ensure the bridal party was taken care of. The food and beverages were amazing, from the passed hors d'oeuvres, 3 main dish options, wedding cake, and cookie table. We received so many compliments, plus they allowed us to take home leftovers. The service throughout the reception was wonderful. Overall, Mazzone provided the best experience we could have imagined and we highly recommend!

My husband and I chose to have our wedding at the gorgeous Glen Sanders Mansion, which Mazzone Hospitality owns. Mazzone constantly provides the absolute best in every aspect of its company. From food & drinks to any of its employees, you can expect the best in the business. From day one, planning our wedding was made easier due to each person that we worked with. Leslie and Katie was incredible and helped give my husband and I everything we could have ever dreamed of having in our wedding day. I would HIGHLY recommend using Mazzone Hospitality at any of their locations if you want the most well planned, organized, and stress free wedding day.

We absolutely loved our experience with Mazzone catering. We worked closely with our wedding planner, Paula admit, and Amy and Ellie over the course of planning our wedding and rehearsal meal. Our wedding was at the Sablewood and our rehearsal was at the Glen Sanders mansion. We also did a tasting and it was delicious, I definitely recommend.

The day of, I had a personal attendant named Tamara and she was absolutely incredible!!!!! She did everything from serving food to helping pin my dress and was thoughtful and kind. It definitely was a nice touch.

For our rehearsal dinner we had passed hors d’oeuvres and a buffet with spinach and artichoke dip. We had a farmstand salad, which was a big hit. We also had a buffet for our main meal and the most popular dish was the chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes- so good. For dessert we had a s’mores bar and cobbler; it was incredible.

For day of lunch for the bridal party, we had sandwiches, pasta salad, and chips. The bridal party and parents absolutely loved this! We had mimosas and mine was a cranberry mix that was beautiful and delicious (bonus, I managed not to spill on my dress once I was in it).

For our wedding, we had a hard roll and a Caesar salad, followed by one of three mains: filet mignon, lamb osso buco, and carrot spaetzle. Of course, as the bride and groom we got a sampling of all three and by a sampling I mean all three meals. My husband is a big eater and he ordered a second fillet mignon day of, which of course they had on hand (they’re super prepared!). We also wanted all of our vendors to have the same meal as our guests and Mazzone was very accommodating. for dessert we had cake, it was gorgeous, and it was a red velvet cake with raspberry mousse filling and buttercream icing. We also had a s’mores bar by the fire and a late night doughboy station.

We did two signature cocktails the first was a Diet Coke with whiskey and lime and the second was a blue Mojito with curaçao. There’s a story as to why the diet Coke with whiskey and lime was pretty simple (it had nothing to do with Mazzone), but I won’t digress. Mazzone managed to put together two different but similar versions of our signature cocktails for the rehearsal and for the wedding. This kept it fun and also allowed the the bridal party to have a surprise on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were brought both versions on both days by Mazzone staff. I will say as someone who doesn’t drink very much, I relied on our guests’ feedback which was wholly positive. I will say as an observer, the bartenders had a very strong pour, which was appreciated by all.

My brother, the man of honor, managed to get all the leftovers because he was obsessed with the food. He had it a few days later and said it was still delicious. I might not recommend doing that, but oh well.

We saved the top layer of the cake and it was gorgeous. It wasn’t iced how we
envisioned, but it ended up looking better that way so no complaints here! (We wanted minimalistic icing showing the cake on the outside, but they did a full icing instead and it looked really good.
