Hiring Bisou for weekend coordination was easily the best decision I made for my wedding weekend. Sarah, Jess and Jenny were incredible. We are SO grateful to have worked with Sarah as our wedding coordinator! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she made everything feel seamless—tying up all the loose ends and connecting with all of our vendors behind the scenes (only looping us in when absolutely necessary, which was amazing). On the big day, Sarah was a total rockstar—organized, calm, upbeat, and truly felt like a friend we had known forever. She genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and it absolutely was. From the first phone call, through the many follow-up calls to hammer out every detail, to the day before and ultimately, the day of, Sarah was on top of everything!

One image will stand out in our heads- during photos with the bridal party, we looked over to see Sarah playing with our 2.5 year old flower girl so her mom/bridesmaid could get a break and enjoy photos! She wears many hats and wears them all well.

The other two members of her staff we worked with, Anna and Jess, handled everything that was thrown at them with ease, including a self-serve Vermont Maple Creemee machine!

Since our wedding day, my wife and I have commented multiple times how surprised we were that nothing went wrong. Nothing went wrong thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Sarah and her team. We decided fairly late to hire a day-of coordinator. I was planning my wedding myself and came to realize that I didn't want to be stuck in the fine details of everything on my wedding day. My florist had worked with Sarah previously and recommended her -- a miracle she was available and willing to start right away! From the minute my husband and I talked to her, we were put at ease. She jumped right in with our vendors to make sure they were getting the support and coordination they needed. Being a hands on bride, on wedding day, Sarah was everywhere -- from texting me photos of little details, to ensuring guests were where they needed to be, to making sure my husband and I had everything we needed to have a fun day. We truly could not have had the fantastic day we had without Sarah and her team. If you haven't hired her yet, you should :)

Hiring Sarah and her team was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her! We hired Bisou for Day of Coordination and Sarah began working closely with us several weeks before the big day. As someone who likes to handle everything myself, I was worried it would be difficult to let go of control, but also knew that on our wedding day I didn't want to be faced with solving problems. My husband and I are both indecisive and when we first met with Sarah she answered all of our many questions and helped us decide on major day-of decisions. I immediately felt relief after hanging up the phone and knew we were in the best hands. Sarah created a detailed timeline and coordinated with other vendors, all while straightening out several last minute issues for us. Sarah also met with us at the venue a week and a half before the wedding to finalize the timeline and talk through the plan for the day with the manager of our venue. I really can't say enough about Sarah. Her positivity and up-beat energy is contagious and helped me feel reassured that things were taken care of as I dealt with family issues leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, Sarah made me feel like a celebrity with snacks, water, and champagne always nearby. She also helped me make changes to my dress for my "second look", and created a moment of quiet time for me when I started to feel overwhelmed before walking down the aisle. I have already recommended Sarah and her team to family and friends. I only wish I could work with her again!

We used Sarah and the Bisou team as our day-of coordinators for our November 2022 wedding at Senate Garage and couldn’t be happier. Sarah, Amanda, and the whole team that were at our wedding helped make the day feel completely organized and streamlined. They were there when we needed them for the small stuff (like getting the steamer for my dress back at the hotel) to the big stuff (putting together the entire timeline). And I’m sure there’s a million other things they did behind the scenes that we didn’t even notice, but that was the point: we were able to relax and enjoy the best day of our lives because we were confident that Bisou would be able to make sure things happened when they needed to and handle any issues that arose. Plus they are just kind people who clearly care about each wedding they work on.

Having Sarah and Maria for day-of coordination services for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in our planning experience. We were able to 100% let go of responsibility, give our families check-in points (instead of having everyone ask us questions all day!), and just focus on being with each other. From helping my nervous dad relax, to coordinating limo services, to making sure we looked good all day (even holding all my stuff while taking pictures and cleaning the bottom of my dress when I dragged it through mud!) they had everything handled. We are so thankful for everything Bisou did for us and would recommend them to every couple!

We used Bisou for our day of coordination and I could not have been more thrilled! Maria was on site with us day of, and at the rehearsal, and she was AMAZING !!! She navigated everything so we could just focus on having a great day! Sarah was also SO helpful, organized, and responsive during the weeks leading up! Like all weddings, we had lots of vendors and moving parts and Maria made sure it all happened, and when we faced a small hiccup at fault of another vendor she worked tirelessly to smooth it out. My dad still tells everyone how she even had tic tacs at the ready for him on the receiving line! As the bride I felt like every time I might have thought about something Maria had already taken care of it and was one step ahead! I felt taken care of, and knew my guests were set to have an amazing time with her there. We had a large, rambunctious, bridal party who were all exactly where they needed to be when they needed to be there with Maria’s help. They also raves about how they felt so special with her care and attention all day. The girls said they never worried about where their belongings were because they always just appeared at our next spot, and Maria always had everything they needed. Our parents loved every moment of having a day of coordinator to make sure everything happened seamlessly and Maria, and the rest of Sarah’s team, we’re everything we could have wanted. I can not stress enough how having them as our day of coordination was the best money spent! I didn’t worry about a thing with Maria on site and we had the best time!

Sarah is incredible and so lovely to work with. We have been working with Sarah for the last 10 months from the UK as we planned our wedding in upstate NY. Sarah was so diligent, timely, enthusiastic and an absolute joy to work with. She is so organised, optimistic and a lovely person all around and we are so sad to have had to say goodbye!!

Sarah’s talents were evident throughout our wedding weekend as she sourced vendors, communicated and planned timings and set ups, and was a true problem solver in the face of crisis. At 7 PM the night before our wedding, our photographer called to let us know he couldn’t make the wedding. Sarah called us calmly with a solution (4 actually), and by 10:30 we had a new photographer booked. The way she handled this situation alone was worth everything and more.
