Simply the best!

Hiring Bisou for weekend coordination was easily the best decision I made for my wedding weekend. Sarah, Jess and Jenny were incredible. Jess and Jenny did things for me on my wedding day that I didn't even know I needed, and millions of other small tasks behind the scenes. I was so relaxed and stress free. They were literal angels. Wedding Coordinator Review

We are SO grateful to have worked with Sarah as our wedding coordinator! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she made everything feel seamless—tying up all the loose ends and connecting with all of our vendors behind the scenes (only looping us in when absolutely necessary, which was amazing). On the big day, Sarah was a total rockstar—organized, calm, upbeat, and truly felt like a friend we had known forever. She genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and it absolutely was. Sarah is a Superhero!

From the first phone call, through the many follow-up calls to hammer out every detail, to the day before and ultimately, the day of, Sarah was on top of everything!

One image will stand out in our heads- during photos with the bridal party, we looked over to see Sarah playing with our 2.5 year old flower girl so her mom/bridesmaid could get a break and enjoy photos! She wears many hats and wears them all well.

The other two members of her staff we worked with, Anna and Jess, handled everything that was thrown at them with ease, including a self-serve Vermont Maple Creemee machine!

Since our wedding day, my wife and I have commented multiple times how surprised we were that nothing went wrong. Nothing went wrong thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Sarah and her team. We're so happy that we worked with Bisou Weddings and Events and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Sarah + Bisou was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

We decided fairly late to hire a day-of coordinator. I was planning my wedding myself and came to realize that I didn't want to be stuck in the fine details of everything on my wedding day. My florist had worked with Sarah previously and recommended her -- a miracle she was available and willing to start right away! From the minute my husband and I talked to her, we were put at ease. She jumped right in with our vendors to make sure they were getting the support and coordination they needed. Being a hands on bride, on wedding day, Sarah was everywhere -- from texting me photos of little details, to ensuring guests were where they needed to be, to making sure my husband and I had everything we needed to have a fun day. We truly could not have had the fantastic day we had without Sarah and her team. If you haven't hired her yet, you should :)

Working with Sarah and Bisou Events was one of the highlights of our wedding weekend!

They listened carefully to what we wanted, made sure every detail was just right, and were also an absolute joy to work with!

On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. From coordinating vendors to keeping everything on schedule, Sarah and her team handled it all flawlessly.

Throughout the planning process, Sarah was always there to answer our questions and give helpful advice. Her professionalism and overall joyful demeanor were invaluable to our amazing wedding day.

Sarah is the best!

Hiring Sarah and her team was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her! We hired Bisou for Day of Coordination and Sarah began working closely with us several weeks before the big day. As someone who likes to handle everything myself, I was worried it would be difficult to let go of control, but also knew that on our wedding day I didn't want to be faced with solving problems. My husband and I are both indecisive and when we first met with Sarah she answered all of our many questions and helped us decide on major day-of decisions. I immediately felt relief after hanging up the phone and knew we were in the best hands. Sarah created a detailed timeline and coordinated with other vendors, all while straightening out several last minute issues for us. Sarah also met with us at the venue a week and a half before the wedding to finalize the timeline and talk through the plan for the day with the manager of our venue. I really can't say enough about Sarah. Her positivity and up-beat energy is contagious and helped me feel reassured that things were taken care of as I dealt with family issues leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, Sarah made me feel like a celebrity with snacks, water, and champagne always nearby. She also helped me make changes to my dress for my "second look", and created a moment of quiet time for me when I started to feel overwhelmed before walking down the aisle. I have already recommended Sarah and her team to family and friends. I only wish I could work with her again!

Highly recommend!

We used Sarah and the Bisou team as our day-of coordinators for our November 2022 wedding at Senate Garage and couldn’t be happier. Sarah, Amanda, and the whole team that were at our wedding helped make the day feel completely organized and streamlined. They were there when we needed them for the small stuff (like getting the steamer for my dress back at the hotel) to the big stuff (putting together the entire timeline). And I’m sure there’s a million other things they did behind the scenes that we didn’t even notice, but that was the point: we were able to relax and enjoy the best day of our lives because we were confident that Bisou would be able to make sure things happened when they needed to and handle any issues that arose. Plus they are just kind people who clearly care about each wedding they work on.

Must Have!

Having Sarah and Maria for day-of coordination services for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in our planning experience. We were able to 100% let go of responsibility, give our families check-in points (instead of having everyone ask us questions all day!), and just focus on being with each other. From helping my nervous dad relax, to coordinating limo services, to making sure we looked good all day (even holding all my stuff while taking pictures and cleaning the bottom of my dress when I dragged it through mud!) they had everything handled. We are so thankful for everything Bisou did for us and would recommend them to every couple!

Amazing day of coordination

We used Bisou for our day of coordination and I could not have been more thrilled! Maria was on site with us day of, and at the rehearsal, and she was AMAZING !!! She navigated everything so we could just focus on having a great day! Sarah was also SO helpful, organized, and responsive during the weeks leading up! Like all weddings, we had lots of vendors and moving parts and Maria made sure it all happened, and when we faced a small hiccup at fault of another vendor she worked tirelessly to smooth it out. My dad still tells everyone how she even had tic tacs at the ready for him on the receiving line! As the bride I felt like every time I might have thought about something Maria had already taken care of it and was one step ahead! I felt taken care of, and knew my guests were set to have an amazing time with her there. We had a large, rambunctious, bridal party who were all exactly where they needed to be when they needed to be there with Maria’s help. They also raves about how they felt so special with her care and attention all day. The girls said they never worried about where their belongings were because they always just appeared at our next spot, and Maria always had everything they needed. Our parents loved every moment of having a day of coordinator to make sure everything happened seamlessly and Maria, and the rest of Sarah’s team, we’re everything we could have wanted. I can not stress enough how having them as our day of coordination was the best money spent! I didn’t worry about a thing with Maria on site and we had the best time!

Amazing!!!!

Sarah is incredible and so lovely to work with. We have been working with Sarah for the last 10 months from the UK as we planned our wedding in upstate NY. Sarah was so diligent, timely, enthusiastic and an absolute joy to work with. She is so organised, optimistic and a lovely person all around and we are so sad to have had to say goodbye!!

Sarah’s talents were evident throughout our wedding weekend as she sourced vendors, communicated and planned timings and set ups, and was a true problem solver in the face of crisis. At 7 PM the night before our wedding, our photographer called to let us know he couldn’t make the wedding. Sarah called us calmly with a solution (4 actually), and by 10:30 we had a new photographer booked. The way she handled this situation alone was worth everything and more.

With Sarah, I never felt nervous, hectic or anxious about the wedding. I knew everything would work perfectly

Absolutely Flawless In Every Way!

We HIGHLY recommend using Bisou!!! Sarah Fichtman and team were incredibly instrumental on our wedding weekend!! I could not have imagined our wedding without the help from this fantastic team! Sarah created the most detailed timeline of events, communicated and coordinated with ALL of our various vendors, she was incredibly agile with last minute changes on our end and she helped us think of aspects of our wedding weekend that we hadn't even considered! Planning a wedding is extremely time consuming and there are so many moving parts that when it comes down to the big weekend, you want to relax and enjoy the various events and not have to worry about the details or timeline of events...this is where Sarah and team came in and absolutely killed it!! I loved how the team was present and there when we needed them while also working behind the scenes! The team was extremely professional and in control of anything/everything that came up! So Amazing!

I'm not sure I can give enough accolades to Sarah & her team. Hiring a wedding planner was not initially a budget line item, but as my fiance and I had two professional careers, two (his from a previous marriage) kids to raise and were about to move, we realized we need support in planning our modest (90 guest) destination wedding. From start to finish, Bisou was right by our side to help us plan our dream wedding. I understand budgets get tight with wedding plans, but even if we had just hired Bisou to assist us on our wedding day, it would have been money so well spent. Maria, our day of coordinator, handled a very stressful situation with a chauffeur with grace. She was able to calm me down, and helped save the day. I realize that sounds dramatic, but she took control of an unfortunate situation and put our wedding back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Bisou to guide you through your wedding day or the full planning process.

Couldn't have done it without them!

Having worked for Bisou Weddings and Events for the past few years, the were an obvious choice when it came to looking for wedding planning help. However, being on the other side of the planning and coordinating process just showed me how invaluable the Bisou team is!!! There are so many things to keep track of on your wedding day and it goes by so fast, but with Bisou you don't waste a single second worrying about when the next guest shuttle is arriving or if the DJ is all set up with everything he needs. I realized seconds before I was about to walk down the aisle that I didn't have my veil and before the flower girl had thrown her last petal Sarah had retrieved the veil from the bridal suite and secured it in my hair! I truly can't imagine having pulled off such a perfect day without the Bisou team. They are wonderful and responsive and kind and attentive and everything you need to have the wedding of your dreams!

Best decision we made for our wedding!

Sarah and her team were recommended to us by our hotel planner. Being a corporate event planner myself, I thought I had everything under control, until about 3 months before the wedding where I realized that if I did not have a "day of planner", I would spend my wedding day stressing over all the little details. Sarah was a pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding; she has a ton of experience and thought of every detail possible! Sarah created our timeline and communicated with all our vendors. Anna and Maria were our planners the day of and wow, they are amazing! Anna arrived in the morning and was such a calming presence throughout the whole day. She was by my side throughout the event asking me what I needed, with mints, deodorant, holding my bouquet, etc. Anna and Maria made sure the event ran smoothly, that every item was in its place and that we had everything we needed throughout the night. Because of Bisou, everyone was able to enjoy each moment and it made the day that much more special. Thank you Sarah, Anna and Maria!

Can't Thank Them Enough!!

Sarah and her team at Bisou made our wedding day go so incredibly smoothly, that we really can't thank them enough. She set up the timeline for the whole day, was in contact with all of the vendors to make sure they were there on time, their meal orders and any additional details that I probably would have never even thought of. The day of the wedding, from the minute Sarah got there, she had this calming presence, while making sure everything was on schedule and not a detail was missed. She is organized, efficiently and just overall an awesome person. At the venue, her and Emily made sure not a detail was missed, leaving us to not worry about a thing and just enjoy our day. Our wedding day was the best day ever, and everything went so perfect- to us and our guests. I'm sure a lot of things could have been going wrong behind the scenes, but Sarah was so on top of everything! Our wedding was tough for us to plan logistically- getting to and from the church/hotel, then to and from the reception, and planning the day out was overwhelming. Sarah gave us a detailed timeline in advance and I felt like she was my shadow all day (and I didn't even notice!) but anytime I needed anything, she caught my eye and would immediately help with whatever I needed. She even stopped eating her (very well-deserved) dinner to help fluff my dress for pictures! I know if I didn't have her, either my mom or my bridesmaids (and me and my husband) would have been stressed out all day. She made everything run smoothly so we could all enjoy ourselves. I honestly had the best time at my reception, dancing and talking to all of our guests, and it's because of her and Andrea! They're beyond awesome and more than worth their price to enjoy your wedding day- it's something you spend a lot of time thinking about, planning, and paying for-- you should enjoy it and Sarah made sure we enjoyed ours!!

Sarah and her team provided day of coordination for our wedding. Sarah was fantastic, and probably the best decision we made for our wedding day. We had our ceremony in a park space, followed by the reception at an event space (that did not include a coordinator). I'm really not sure how we would have gotten from point A to point B with all of the necessary set up, break down, and transport of decor, etc, without the help of Sarah and her team. Knowing that we had her to take care of all of the hundreds of tiny details that need attention the day of was such a weight off my shoulders. She was professional and extremely friendly and approachable as well which made her fun and easy to work with. Like many wedding days, ours came with a few hitches, but having Sarah there to help manage these unforeseen hiccups allowed us to sit back, ride it out, and continue to ENJOY our wedding day, which is the most important thing of all! Thank you Sarah for being such a pleasure to work with, and always keeping your cool and being such a great help to Jordan and I through out our entire day. Booking Bisou Wedding and Events for our wedding was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Sarah and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything on your wedding day goes seamlessly, and they think of all the things you may forget. Sarah is so organized, and she kept us on schedule and at ease the entire day.

We used Bisou’s Day Of Coordination services, and they did so much for us, including putting together our wedding day timeline, communicating with vendors (getting their meal choices, confirming arrival and departure times), picking up and delivering the subs we ordered to both bridal parties, coordinating everything for the ceremony on the day of (including putting on boutonnieres!), ensuring the set up at the reception was everything we envisioned it to be, and then delivering the cards and guestbook back to our hotel room after the event was over. Sarah and her team were so organized, and on top of it all, they are the nicest, most patient people, and they help to make your day that much more special with their positivity. We could not recommend Bisou more highly!

Sarah and her team were an absolute joy to work with, from our first phone call to our wedding weekend. We planned an out-of-town wedding, and hired Bisou for partial planning and day of coordination. Throughout the planning process, Sarah kept us on schedule, and answered our (many!) questions promptly and thoughtfully. We booked an amazing group of vendors because of how well she understood what we were looking for and the local talent.

On top of that, Sarah and her assistant Maria put us, our families, and our bridal party at ease from the start of the rehearsal to the very end of our wedding reception. They were prepared for anything and everything – from a massive cornhole set “guestbook” to last minute dress changes. Because of Sarah’s careful planning and attention to detail, everything turned out beautifully and our day ran not just on time, but early enough to get more photos from our first look and to truly enjoy our reception without feeling rushed. We feel very lucky to have had Bisou be a part of our day, and cannot recommend Sarah and her team enough!

A friend of mine who got married right before me gave me one big suggestion, and it was to have a wedding planner since we were using a venue that required us to bring everything in. After convincing my fiance that this was a good idea, Sarah from Bisou was the first person I called, as she came highly recommended from my wedding venue team. I immediately loved Sarah and she sounded so excited at the chance to be a part of our special day. Since we live on Long Island, and we planning an upstate wedding, she helped answer all of my questions throughout our one year engagement, even though the package I selected was for her services to begin 6 weeks out, and then the day of. Sarah was so helpful, and the day-of timeline she put together made our day easier and more relaxing than I could have ever imagined. With our package, I hired all of the vendors and six weeks out, Sarah started to contact them and confirm all of the details. When I met Sarah, the day before the wedding at the rehearsal, her excitement and confidence was contagious, and she truly made our day extra special. She was there by my side all day, prepared with everything from a scissor to cut my dress when I stepped through it to fixing my hair as my hair piece would fall anytime someone hugged me. Sarah and her team were a huge help for the 6 weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of. She was incredibly helpful and patient during the most stressful weeks of planning, and she really was a big reason why the day went so smoothly. She made my husband and I feel at ease and that everything was under control. The itinerary she put together was very helpful - it allowed us to really enjoy the day knowing that everything was being handled. I was so excited when I got engaged but also a little terrified. I had only attended two weddings in my life at that point and I was never the girl who grew up dreaming about what my wedding would look like. I also knew my husband and I would be very busy in the year before our wedding, with both of us in graduate school, working, and looking for jobs after graduation. In came Sarah and the Bisou team! From the first meeting with Sarah, I was comforted and excited! Sarah has such a bubbly and infectious personality and such excitement about weddings! My husband and I hired Bisou for the full wedding planning package and we felt more relaxed after every single meeting with Sarah. She kept our planning on schedule, helped us pick vendors, went to many appointments and dress fittings with me, and answered every extremely long email as we got closer to the wedding. I really utilized Sarah for her creative ideas and the centerpieces and ceremony space was more beautiful than my husband and I could have ever imagined. On wedding day, the help of Sarah and her team was invaluable. Everything ran ahead of schedule and I never once felt stressed. They were always around answering my questions, touching up my makeup, making sure my veil was in place, touching base with the vendors, calming my nerves, decorating, organizing, and more! My husband and I had the best night of our lives. Our wedding was even more amazing than I ever thought it would be and many of those thanks go to Sarah and her team. Our wedding was hands down the best day of our lives and we owe so much of that to Sarah, who I wholeheartedly recommend as a day-of wedding planner! She oversaw the entire day and coordinated timeline, vendors, and the rehearsal—really everything you can think of, she was on it. But I think perhaps most importantly, it was so relieving have an extra pair of eyes on every detail—it made me feel like I could really relax and enjoy the process. Also, there are so many things you don’t realize you need; for example, it was very windy during our first look photos, and she was there constantly adjusting my veil, hair, dress, etc. I know those photos wouldn’t have come out as well had she not been there (and when you’re spending thousands of dollars on a professional photographer, you’re glad you have that). Her personality is perfect for the job—warm, punctual, sharp, kind—just the person who you feel comfortable having around on this very special day, and on the important days leading up to the wedding, too—working together with Sarah as we finalized all of our last minute details was such a pleasure and I even look back on our wedding planning experience fondly. I legitimately miss her! There is no question—hire Sarah immediately before she is booked!

Sarah and her team went above and beyond any expectations we had!! From initially hiring her to the end of our wedding day, she was absolutely fabulous. She was always very responsive to any questions we had during the planning phase. The week, and especially the day of the wedding, Steve and I did not have to worry about anything! She and her amazing team put together our dream wedding and everything was perfect. Sarah was even there with lip gloss anytime I needed it, and even remembered to have me take a time sensitive medication during the wedding. I can't say enough positives about Bisou and the amazing job they did!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!!!!

Sarah and her team were amazing. We hired them for planning and day-of coordination and execution, and I am so happy we did! Throughout the planning process, Sarah was so on top of researching, vetting, and following through on hiring the vendors that we needed, I never wondered if things were taken care of. She was persistent in finding the things/vendors we really wanted and patient when we changed direction.

For the weekend of the wedding, her team was everywhere we needed them to be, but not in our way. They were probably asked over a hundred questions by people in our wedding party who needed help in some way, and they were always polite, helpful, and positive the entire time. Hiring Sarah and Bisou was one of the best decisions we made and we'd hire them again and encourage other friends and family to also use them.

Sarah was incredible and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! I wasn't sure if we needed a day of coordinator initially, but I'm SO glad we went with Sarah. She helped us put together a timeline, coordinate with all the vendors, and on the day-of made sure everything was in place, and everyone was where they needed to be. She was hands-on, but also quietly behind the scenes keeping everything running calmly and smoothly (I don't think I even realized how much she was managing until afterwards)! Most importantly, she gave us the gift of being able to simply enjoy the special day without worry. Thank you for everything!!

If I could select one person from the wedding that made my wife and I comfortable, less stressed, and worry free it would be without question, Sarah. She is everything you want to have at your wedding. She assists with planning down to the minute to ensure everything flows smoothly. She is there at your side for the duration of the wedding and is helping to make sure not even 1 hair is out of place for the bride. She has a ton of experience and sees things happening before you do, which is a massive help when so much is going on during the day. The biggest thing I can say is that even though she coordinated all of the vendors and all of the people involved and documented it so effortlessly, the biggest thing she does is make you feel happy and beyond comfortable on what is the biggest day of your life. We can not say enough about Sarah. We are so happy she was there with us on our wedding day and more than that we are happy to now call her a friend.

Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing. I participated in the "day of" wedding planning with Sarah. I was reluctant at first as I felt I had already done so much work (finding my vendors, establishing time frames), but someone recommended that a wedding planner would help with making sure the day went smoothly. They were right! So many little things that would have made my day beyond stressful (on top of the stress already), Sarah and her assistant were there to take care of them. From tracking down employees who were supposed to unlock my venue for setup, knowing to ask the hotel to utilize their steamer to press bridesmaid dresses and scarves, sewing my bridesmaid's ripped dress, to standing out in the cold during pictures to hold my shawl and veil...Bisou did it all. Sarah mapped out at a detailed timeframe for all my vendors (hair/make-up, videographer, photography, food, music, priest) and reached out to all of them to ensure we were all on the same page. This took away the majority of my stress in the days leading up to the wedding. She is so organized, so calming, and such a pleasant person to have by your side on your wedding day. We hired Sarah 18 months before our wedding for day of coordination. We met with 2 other planners before making the final decision to go with Sarah. Once we met in person over coffee we knew she was the planner for us. I emailed Sarah frequently over the 18 months with random questions/looking for advice. She never once hesitated to answer even though we were not a full service planning client. About a month before the wedding she reached out and we met in person to do a review of all our notes and planning we put together. This meeting was such a relief! She asked questions, took notes and make sure we had all our bases covered. She put together our timeline and confirmed all the details with our team of vendors. It was so nice not having to confirm all those details because we had enough other little things to be finishing up. We had our final meeting a few days before the wedding at our venue and everything was coming together seamlessly! She coordinated our ceremony rehearsal making sure everyone knew their places. When Sarah showed up on the morning of the wedding, it was fantastic! I knew I know longer had to look at the clock or worry about a thing! This held true all day, her and Maria made sure everything was perfect as we had discussed. Sarah was always reapplying my lipstick (and carrying) it for me - it's the small things that go a long way and put your mind at ease! Another moment that stood out was when Sarah sat down with my sisters kids during bridal party photos and kept them entertained and calm. At the end of the night, Sarah and team packed up all of the items we brought and gifts and brought them all up to our room at the end of night. We couldn't have been happier working with Bisou, and we would recommend them to anyone!

On the most special day of your life you want someone with experience. And I couldn't pick a better person by my side than Sarah. We wanted a stress-free wedding day and I feel like we got more. I am not sure where to begin. My husband and I went back and forth on whether or not we needed a wedding planner and I managed to win the debate. A colleague had recommended Sarah so I reached out and from the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I felt a sense of ease. I knew Sarah and her team were top notch just from our initial phone call.

Sarah and I met in person a few weeks before the wedding and she made me feel so comfortable - it felt like I was getting coffee with a friend. I shared our vision for the day with Sarah and left our meeting knowing she would help make it happen. Sarah was on top of reaching out to all of our vendors to create a timeline and plan for the weekend.

Sarah came to our rehearsal and in that moment, I put all trust into Sarah for the rest of the weekend. She knew our plans inside and out and was so friendly to our wedding party, family, and friends who were a part of the mass.

And then came the wedding....I wish I could sum into words the calmness I felt when Sarah arrived. It was pouring rain outside but she came in like a ray of sunshine. Sarah kept us on schedule and helped all of my bridesmaids off the bus with her umbrella so they did not get wet and made sure we were all smiling despite the sideways rain and high winds. While we were at the church, Sarah's assistant Maria was at the venue making sure everything was setup properly and everything was exactly where we wanted it to be.

Sarah and Maria were there if any of us needed anything that night and I honestly feel like we had the best day ever because of them. By the end of the night, they felt like family. They went above and beyond in every detail and I plan on recommending them to anyone I know. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I would highly suggest working with Sarah and her team....I promise you it is worth it.
The next day, Joe said that hiring Sarah was the best decision we made besides getting married so I think that says it all!

Throughout the planning process, Sarah was always available to assist with our planning needs. My then fiancé (now husband!) and I live in downstate NY and were working to plan a wedding in Saratoga Springs so having Sarah's expertise regarding other vendors in that area was INVALUABLE. Without her, we'd have been lost with regard to finding a florist, transportation company (for a limo and shuttle), and calligrapher. Sarah also went above and beyond by helping to deliver welcome bags to hotels and by running our wedding rehearsal so we could keep our officiant's identity a secret from our family and friends until the day of!

On the day of our wedding, from the moment my eyes opened, Sarah and her team were INVALUABLE. In advance, Sarah created and distributed a detailed timeline so everyone would know where to be from family members to vendors. It was exactly what we all needed to ensure things went smoothly. She also helped to iron out several kinks that popped up throughout the actual event. To start the day off the chair rental company attempted to deliver hours early - Sarah took care of it. Catering set too few place settings at a table of my family - Sarah took care of it. The shuttle tried to leave early - Sarah took care of it. I needed socks to combat blisters - Sarah took care of it!

Bottom line - without Sarah and her team, there is NO way we would have been able to pull off the wedding planning let alone the actual event itself! Sarah was able to take care of EVERYTHING so we could simply enjoy the evening with our family and friends and at the end, Sarah was WAY more than a wedding planner. She was a part of the family and I am SO glad to have met her and to have her in my life!

We loved Sarah from the very first conversation we had with her. She was recommended by a vendor, that we did not go with. Our day ran extremely smoothly, even ahead of schedule, and that is a complete credit to her organizational skills. Even our priest said he never had a rehearsal run as smooth as ours. It is because of her wonderful personality and organizational skills that vendors love working with her and this definitely helped us have amazing vendors and an amazing day. She is definitely the person to go to if you want a no stress wedding.

One of the most wonderful days of our lives was made perfect in great part by the extraordinary guidance and care provided by Sarah and her Bisou team.

Our daughter got married in May, 2016. She requested that I look into hiring a Day of Coordinator, based on a recommendation from a dear friend who had a terrific experience with Bisou. It has now been 6 months since the wedding and we are still overwhelmed with joy at how well all of the details came together.

Knowing that Sarah and her Bisou team would be able to manage any unexpected issue was in short, one of the greatest "wedding gifts" that a bride (and her mother) could receive! Sarah set the stage for a joyful, stress-free day. We simply savored every lovely moment!

We hired Bisou Weddings & Events to handle the day of coordination, and Sarah was beyond amazing to work with. From our initial meeting with Sarah, we knew she'd be a great resource as we planned our wedding. She took the time to really get a sense of what we were looking for, and she worked seamlessly with our wedding designer to ensure everything would be perfect.

Because we rented a private home for our wedding,we had a number of vendors on hand, and Sarah ensured that everyone was confirmed and there were no last minute issues.

The day of, Sarah and her team ensured that we had the best day. There was nothing they weren't prepared for and everything ran smoothly. Using Bisou was one of the best investments we made!

Since first meeting Sarah I knew she would be a perfect fit for our wedding. Sarah and her staff at Bisou Events are absolutely amazing. We used Sarah as our day-of coordinator, but she was there to help us through the entire process starting in March when we decided to hire her. Much of the months leading up to our wedding were spent sending email after email to vendors trying to get them to respond to our questions and concerns, but Sarah was always in touch and responded to any question within hours (and usually minutes) of my sending. She was sweet and friendly and it made us all sleep better knowing that we had her on our team, willing to take care of any issue we had. While many vendors have their own agendas, and their own way of doing things, Sarah was always there to make sure that we were being listened to and that our needs were being met.

Not only was Sarah there throughout the process for questions about vendors etc. she attended our walkthrough with the caterers as well as our rehearsal. Our rehearsal was the most efficient and well run wedding rehearsal I have ever attended. In my long tenure as a bridesmaid, i have attended many rehearsals and have known them to be normally quite stressful for the bride, but Sarah gently was able to run the show without being overbearing or intrusive. She stepped in when we needed guidance, and was able to get the eight bridesmaids, eight groomsmen, three readers, two musicians, and all of our family members exactly where they needed to be so that everyone was confident for the next day.

My entire wedding day was worry free because I knew that Sarah and her two assistants were going to handle anything and everything that came our way. She was adored by my entire bridal party, and both my mother and the mother of the groom. We were truly able to enjoy the day because of Sarah and her team. We are SO THANKFUL that we found her. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and have already sent her information to all of my engaged friends.

Sarah was the day of wedding planner for my wedding at the Canfield Casino in November. My wedding was amazing, everything ran smoothly, and Sarah was a huge part of that.

Just to put things in perspective, let me tell you a little bit about me: I am extremely picky, and a control freak. Giving up control of the wedding I planned so meticulously for over a year was tough! I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to hire someone, and if I did would they have the same high standards for the day as I did? You’ve probably heard it before, but let me just reiterate that hiring Sarah was THE BEST decision that I made during my wedding planning process.

Having her there allowed me to be present on the day of the wedding, and not worry about details that I didn’t need to be involved in. I had a little issue with my dress, and she calmed me down and smoothed things over immediately. She was the perfect balance of being available if I needed something, but never being too much or in the way. The whole day was perfect, and if it wasn’t I never knew about it because Sarah did such an amazing job. She helped me out a lot before the wedding also, with making a detailed timeline for all of the vendors, helping me make sure I didn’t miss any steps in planning, communicating the timeline to all vendors, and helping with other last minute things that came up. Whenever I asked for something, she made it happen. I really appreciated that, even though she was hired as a “day of” planner.

In some other posts about day of planners, it is mentioned that the bride completely handed over all wedding planning responsibilities a month before the wedding. That isn’t what happened in my case. I still felt like I kept ownership of most things, which is how I wanted it (see above for control freak tendencies). Sarah was there to support, but not take over.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah to help make any wedding as perfect as mine was!

We were thrilled with Bisou Weddings' service and professionalism for our daughter's wedding. Sarah came on board as a day of planner, but her services extended well beyond my daughter's actual wedding day. Having been the mother of the groom a few years back, with no planner in place,I immediately noticed the difference in the weeks leading up to my daughter's wedding with Sarah's help. Every detail was covered and my daughter and I were able to truly enjoy the wedding weekend, without a lot of worry. Unlike other wedding planners that I have watched in action, Sarah and her staff are efficient but unobtrusive. Our daughter's wedding day was perfect, and we so appreciated Sarah's help in making it so. I can't thank Sarah and her staff enough, and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

We hired Bisou for as a day-of-coordinator for our September wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We were looking for someone to take care of all the details so that we could enjoy time with our family and friends without worrying about things getting done. And that’s exactly what Sarah and her assistant did (at an extremely reasonable price!).

Sarah made us a day-of timeline and confirmed and coordinated all of our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she made sure all our deliveries and set ups went off without a hitch. She worked with the venue and the band to keep the day moving the way it was supposed to and only bothered me when it was absolutely necessary (which was once, I think). She also does the little things you don’t think of—like taking your cards and gifts back to the hotel after the night is over and you head out to the after party. Basically, she steps up to the plate and does what she needs to do to make sure your wedding goes the way you want it to—from lacing up my dress to buckling my shoes to re-bustling my dress several dozen times, she did it all. We had a blast at our wedding knowing she was taking care of everything--If anything went wrong, I didn’t notice, which is a testament to her work.

Lastly, she’s extremely professional and organized, which makes her great to work with. She’s responsive and detail-oriented, and executed everything I asked her to in exactly the way I envisioned (or, in some cases, she did it much better than I ever pictures!) She’s also a sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable with her right away, and she can manage any situation with a smile on her face. Most importantly, she really cares that you have a great time at your wedding, and she will make sure that it happens.

If you are looking for a day-of-coordinator, hire the Bisou team. You won’t be disappointed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Sarah and the services she provides. Our wedding reception did not exactly go as planned (it snowed in the middle of October, was 25 degrees and there were several power outages) but Sarah handled all of it without batting an eye. She is truly professional and fantastic at what she does. I wasn't sure I needed a day-of wedding coordinator but after having Sarah coordinate for us, I wish there were more things we needed her services for! She was fantastic to work with and we would recommend her to anyone!

Sarah and her team were an invaluable resource in planning and executing the vision for our wedding. We hired Bisou to come on board the month before our wedding. Sarah created our wedding day timeline and coordinated with all our vendors. When some of our less experienced vendors had worries or concerns she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony and reception were both supposed to be outside with our reception taking place under a tent. It ended up pouring on our wedding day and Sarah and her team did an amazing job of implementing our rain plan. She was my eyes and ears in regard to what was going on at the ceremony/reception location while I was getting ready for the big day. Sarah's assistant even took our dogs outside in the rain so they could go to the bathroom before they walked down the aisle as our ring bearer and flower girl!! So much money is spent to make a wedding day perfect. The extra cost for the peace of mind that Sarah and her team will provide is priceless!!

My sister and I used Bisou for both of our weddings during summer 2015. Sarah was absolutely wonderful! In the months leading up to each of our events, Sarah was always available to field any question or concern we had and was always quick to come back with an answer. On the day of our weddings, she was a God send! She was such a pleasure to work with and she handled any and every situation that came up. I didn't have a single vendor or family member bug me about a single detail! I can't recommend her services enough!

Sarah was just amazing! She was extremely professional and efficient during the wedding! She made sure everything was perfect and it truly was the best night of our lives! We highly recommend Bisou. Sarah, the owner does an amazing job. As my fiancee said "Every time you talk to her I watch the stress melt away" I couldn't have summed it up better. We booked a day of package, which Sarah described as she gets involved a week before to coordinate with us our timeline and reach out to the vendors. This doesn't begin to describe what she did to make our day special. During the 7 months after we met her until the wedding, we had several questions. She always responds promptly. She read emails carefully and addressed each question. She met with us a month before the day to go over all the details. All of my vendors told me she reached out to them after and some in person. Instead of us coordinating separately with each vendor, we communicated to Sarah what we wanted and she handles the rest. If we weren't happy with something one of our vendors decided, she took care of explaining. She was there for the rehearsal and made sure it ran smoothly. The day of Sarah arrived on site a few hours before the ceremony and made sure everything was set up just as we wanted. This is huge for a bride. You spend so much time, energy and expense into purchasing all the things you want at the ceremony, you want it to be right. Our ceremony started on time, and our wedding timeline was exactly how we wanted it. I know this wouldn't of happened otherwise. We would have been trying to communicate between the DJ, photographer and caterer ourselves; and there never would have been time to approach them on the day because you too busy greeting guests. She would politely come find us when it was time to do certain things (cake cutting, etc.). At the end of the night she even delivered all of our gifts to the hotel for us so we didn't have to. Sarah went above and beyond and if you want piece of mind that your day will go smoothly, it's totally worth the expense!

We are so, so glad we hired Bisou for our day-of-coordination. Sarah was so organized, friendly, and helpful. Our wedding was such a great time, and a big part of that was because we didn't have to worry about a thing. If anyone is looking for any type of assistance for your upcoming wedding we recommend Bisou Weddings and Events 110%. We didn't know where to begin and I liked so many things, thanks to Pinterest. I first met Sarah (the owner) at a wedding show and she greeted me with the warmest smile and friendliest "Hello." I told my fiance all about her and inquired about pricing. We liked they offered different packages, we chose the in between option, which included a lot of help in the beginning and her there the day of and there when we needed her in between. The hardest part for me was booking the venue appointments since we lived out of town from where we were getting married. I had at least 5-10 venues and Sarah was able to book 5+ appointments in one day for me. She came with me and my parents to each appointment and asked the important questions I may have forgotten. Sarah was great as far as communication, and responded quickly. In the last few weeks we had all these little things to finish and she was happy to help us finish our welcome bags and amenity baskets, a small task but a huge help to us. When it came to the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly!!! We really had a great team of vendors & having Sarah & her assistant Meryl were amazing!! If we were trying to track someone down, needed ice for our mimosas, or needed to get my ring to the best man....Sarah was there. I didn't need to send my mom or a bridesmaid and I got to hangout with my friends, eat and drink coffee/mimosas all morning/afternoon. My friends couldn't believe how relaxed I was that day and everyone loved Sarah. A few of them even said "she's hired" for their future weddings. I really can't say enough good things about Sarah and Bisou Weddings & Events. We worked with Sarah for approximately 18 months and we feel like she is now one of our good friends. Sarah was absolutely a main reason our wedding day surpassed our expectations. She helped set up a service plan that including consulting and day of coordination. Sarah worked with me along the way with vendors to help ensure our wedding reflected our personalities. She was always available by email to help with suggestions along the way. Linda and I thought she was great in the months leading up to our wedding, but the day of coordination is where you will truly appreciate her skills. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Sarah took care of every detail and allowed us to enjoy our friends and family and the reception.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the job Sarah did. She's flexible (worked out a great one-off package of services for us), knowledgeable (gave us great tips and had personal relationships with all of the vendors in the area), trustworthy (always quick to respond, and so detail oriented that we never had to think twice about how the big day was going to run), has great taste (helped us come up with a perfect design plan at (our fault) the last minute), and runs a tight ship (her theatre background makes for a perfect ceremony stage manager). But perhaps most importantly, she's just a great person with a great energy that you want to have around you on the day of and throughout the entire process.

My husband and I hired Sarah of Bisou Weddings and Events at the last minute upon the insistence of our florist, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding!! Sarah was invaluable. She was always available via email or phone, and able to answer any of our random questions such as how to tip our vendors. Her flexibility and ability to handle whatever we needed was key -- when we asked her to stay after our rehearsal to help manage our welcome event the night before the wedding, she was more than willing and charged us a very reasonable additional fee. She even helped steam my dress the day of the wedding! Sarah was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Sarah is an absolutely fabulous wedding coordinator. For my husband and me, we wanted to make a lot of the major decisions while wedding planning ourselves but knew we needed some guidance along the way and we needed a day-of coordinator. That’s where Sarah came in. She always offered great advice and options and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the industry. Sarah was very proactive and would always volunteer to do things without being asked. She was always punctual and responded to every call and email within minutes. On the week of our wedding Sarah handled all last minute arrangements with the vendors and helped set everything up the day of. When it became evident that it was going to rain on our wedding day, Sarah helped navigate vendors so that it did not make a difference. Sarah was a HUGE help during the wedding and worked extremely hard to make sure every single thing went the way it was supposed to, and it did because Sarah was there. Lastly Sarah was never without a smile and she was extremely kind to everyone- from my vendors to family members. She is a sweetheart and amazing at her job. If you want your day to be as perfect as possible, hire Sarah!

It's taken me a few weeks to compose this review because I wanted to think about what exactly the right words would be to describe Sarah and her business. First and foremost: if you're thinking of possibly hiring a coordinator, don't think any longer about it and just hire Sarah & Bisou Weddings and Events. Sarah was our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she is an absolute dream. My parents were completely against me hiring someone due to the additional cost and the fact that my background is in event planning but by the end of the weekend they both agreed that they couldn't have been more wrong. Sarah is worth every penny and more, since she's just an all around wonderful & sweet person as well as being great at her job. Whether it was contacting all of our vendors since I was planning from out-of-state, replying to my flurry of emails sent regularly at 11pm in the weeks before the wedding, carrying our ring bearer on her hip as she lined up the wedding party, or unloading all the items for our hotel room at midnight after working for hours before - she was a godsend. It made the entire wedding weekend feel so much less stressful for me so that I could sit back and enjoy the wedding itself. Sarah, we cannot say it enough - Bill and I are so grateful for everything you did and we are just sad that we weren't able to spend more time in person with you! Thank you so much!!

Sarah was amazing!!! Through the planning process, the meetings and the wedding weekend she was always there! She was always there when we needed anything! We could reach her easily through email and phone! I don't know what my wedding weekend would have been like without her and I don't want to imagine it!!! Sarah was our "day-of" wedding coordinator, and I cannot say enough about all that she did to make my wedding a seamless success—from fixing my sister's bridesmaid dress to making sure everyone had the right flowers to coaching our ringbearer to successfully walk down the aisle (despite a serious case of stage fright), Sarah was incredible. She was organized, warm, and thoughtful. She checked with me multiple times over the course of the evening to make sure I was happy with the way everything looked and was proceeding. She also enabled my mom, who had done much of my wedding planning since I live across the country, to relax and enjoy my wedding, which was the greatest wedding gift I could have received. My daughter and her fiancé, who live in San Francisco, wanted to get married in Saratoga Springs, a beautiful venue close to where she grew up. I was available to do a lot of the planning with the vendors. But my daughter wanted to have a day-of coordinator, to be sure that the décor was properly set-up and that we stayed on schedule. I contacted Sarah in June and I knew from the minute I met her that we were in good hands. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was always prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. (I also found Bisou's rates very reasonable.) She came to the rehearsal and it was clear right away that her contribution would go well beyond arranging the décor. She worked with the officiant and the couple to determine the exact order of events. She patiently showed our shy 4-year-old ring-bearer what he had to do. The next day, without his parents nearby, he happily took Sarah's hand and waited until it was time for the wedding party to enter. While Sarah's expertise and positive, can-do attitude put all of us at ease, she was also very respectful of the roles of the other vendors. No task was off-limits for her. She was willing to help take down draping we had set up for the ceremony; she helped place and light well over100 candles; she reminded us of details we might otherwise have overlooked. Sarah's personal demeanor is friendly and upbeat; but she is also super-efficient and organized. I highly recommend Bisou Weddings and Events to anyone who wants the confidence of knowing they are in the hands of a capable and courteous professional.

From the moment we hired Sarah, she was AWESOME! We had a moment of panic when we realized we had no clue how to structure our ceremony (a good friend was marrying us). She not only provided guidance, but tips on helpful resources for us to use, and reassured us along the way.

Sarah anticipated our needs before we did and provide great guidance on deadlines approaching the ceremony. I remember telling her how great she was and it felt like there was two of me.

Her personality allowed her to immediately fit in with our family, bridal party, and other vendors. Even our guests had the most complimentary things to say about her!

During the ceremony Sarah was on top of everything. She ensured that we didn’t need to worry about any timing or coordinating issues, and she also took care of wedding nightmares. She repaired the maid of honor’s dress that ripped in the butt just before the ceremony, and also ran to get my EpiPen and dealt with the kitchen when I broke out in hives due to a food allergy.

Thanks to Sarah we didn’t need to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves during the wedding!

Choosing Sarah as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. Sarah has all the qualities you would want in a planner-- she's warm, professional, accessible, organized and she listens (really listens) to how you envision your day. As a hands-on couple, we wanted our wedding to be completely us down to every last detail and with Sarah on-board, all our ideas and projects, both big and small, were executed at the hands of a true professional.

Sarah's role was vital not just the day-of-- one month before the wedding she lifted the burden of all those last minute tasks and loose ends, and there were SO MANY things I didn't even think of.

Sarah handled everything down to the very last detail so that my husband and I, as well as our family, could enjoy all the planning and hard work we put in to our special day. On my wedding day, I had not a single care in the world. It was all taken care of, thanks to Sarah. I only wish that for every couple.

Early on during our wedding planning, Earlene & I realized we would needed a wedding planner to help us out. Earlene found Bisou Wedding & Events. We met with Sarah and were both impressed by her knowledge and attention to detail to help make our dream wedding a reality. What noticed immediately how genuine and personable she was, as our Wedding Planner Sarah went above and beyond with answering all of our questions, finding other vendors we needed and setting up a schedule for our wedding. We had our wedding at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga, NY, ans Sarah was well versed on how weddings run there and helped us coordinate with the other vendors to get everyone on board with our timeline, something I'm not sure we could have done by ourselves. Sarah was always made herself available via phone calls and emails and was very prompt in returning any communication with us. On our wedding day, Sarah and her team were so amazingly helpful to keep our special day running smoothly, but handling all the little details we could not get to...they were fantastic!..also..not only was Sarah and Bisou great at what they do, but they are extremely nice people as well and just made everything so pleasant making our wedding so memorable..we can't thank her enough for the wonderful job she did!
