We had the absolute most perfect experience and day planning our wedding at the greens. Every detail was covered. The staff was professional. The venue is stunning. The grounds are immaculate. The food was amazing. People are still telling me about how good everything was and how much fun they had. I want to get married five more times just to have a party there. It was exceptional.

Such a fun, fantastic, beautiful day/night - we loved every minute of our wedding. The setting itself is gorgeous, we had a tent on the first hole fairway and held our ceremony + reception in front of it, with the perfect backdrop and stunning view looking up the fairway to the flagpole. We were originally planning to have the ceremony up on the overlook but decided to keep it down by the tent at the last minute because rain was forecasted (cleared up just in time though!) - and we’re actually really glad we kept it all in one location, cutting out that transition and getting some precious time back (much smoother/easier for everyone).
The food was AMAZING! I’m still hearing raving reviews from guests. We’d dined at the Greens before, so I knew it’d be great, but it exceeded expectations.
Kyleigh was really helpful with planning and providing recommendations leading up to the day of, and knocked it out of the park when it came to the setup/execution on both the day of + for our welcome drinks reception at the Greens the night before. (And her flexibility with rain plans was beyond appreciated!).
We stayed at the Barn & Creekside airbnbs for the long weekend (both are awesome)… kayaked on the lake… golfed… it all made for a total blast of a weekend for us and our guests. Truly memorable weekend! And lastly - you MUST hire Maisie as your photographer, you won’t regret it!!!

Our wedding at The Greens exceeded every expectation! Kyleigh was incredibly patient and flexible, allowing us to share all of our wildest wedding dreams and helping us make them come true. She actualized our vision better than we could have ever anticipated and it was a truly spectacular, perfect day. The setting is unbeatable, the food was incredible, and Kyleigh helped organize every on-site detail from one year out to the last minute of our wedding night. We truly had the best day of our lives in the most special setting!

There are not enough good things to say about our wedding day at Copake Country Club. Kyleigh worked with us every step of the way, keeping us organized and assuring us that everything would be a breeze. And it was just that. We had zero stress and the entire wedding weekend was more than we could've ever imagined! From the outstanding views and cozy atmosphere, to the top-notch food and service, and Kyleigh's dedication to making everything flawless- we couldn't have picked a venue that better suited us!

Kyleigh and her team were a pleasure to work with and made our big day truly magical. Communication was easy, all recommendations were top notch and the attention to detail was fantastic. Leading up to our wedding weekend we were nervous and weren't sure how all the moving parts would come together but I can honestly say that we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful everything turned out and how smooth things ran! Copake Country Club was the perfect location for our wedding, as we had many guests from NYC and Boston that stayed in Airbnbs around the lake and the planning process with Kyleigh made everything so much easier since many vendors were already pre-selected. One major highlight was the food at our reception - best wedding food I've personally ever had, and guests are still raving about how good it was! So many of our guests asked, "how did you find this amazing place," but we walked away from our wedding asking "how did we get so lucky finding this amazing place?" Copake Country Club / The Greens is not only beautiful and serene, it is incredibly accommodating and will allow you to have a unique wedding that's completely your own, instead of just a cookie cutter experience.

We had our entire wedding weekend at the venue: a Friday Welcome Party, a Saturday Wedding, and a Sunday Farewell Breakfast. The staff worked so incredibly hard for us all weekend and especially Kyleigh Zengen, the Director of Operations, Event Coordinator, Wedding Planner, and Maestro of Everything. She truly does it all and we were floored by how well she carried out our vision even in the most difficult of circumstances, like a 50-degree and highly windy day in late June for an outdoor wedding. She lifted us up when we needed it, gave constantly great advice and suggestions, and felt like a valued partner throughout our entire wedding planning process. Every detail was accounted for and there are rentals and things that happened which never even came across our plate because Kyleigh just handled it and we fully trusted her to do so. Copake Country Club is wonderful, but Kyleigh makes it incredible.

And did we mention the food? We loved it so much we had 3 days worth of it and all our guests raved about how delicious everything was. Chef Freddie created the perfect feast and many guests couldn't believe how hot the meals were coming from an outdoor kitchen in a tent on a hill in the middle of a golf course, Our signature drink was also dangerously delicious and Copake worked with us to create our favorite cocktail, which was really special.

We could go on and on in this review, but the summation really is that we had the best night (and weekend!) of our lives and Copake Country Club / The Greens truly made that happen for us. We cannot recommend the experience enough!

Choosing The Greens at Copake Country Club for our wedding ceremony & reception venue was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. It starts with Kyleigh, the amazing wedding coordinator. Kyleigh is a true professional. She’s detail oriented and completely committed to making sure your big day is flawless. She’s well connected in the local wedding industry which made it a breeze coordinating with our other vendors. I knew right away I could trust her and her staff with every detail. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in charge. Not to mention she helped us pull our wedding together in only 6 weeks. The staff was phenomenal as well, super attentive and friendly. The venue itself is so beautiful, it doesn’t need much to elevate it to the next level. The floor to ceiling windows, with a view of the golf course and stunning sunsets and the tasteful decor are a few things that stand out. There are so many spots for photo ops inside and around the property. One thing our guests really couldn’t stop talking about - the food! The menu was anything but ordinary, far superior to traditional “wedding food.” From the appetizers to the main courses, so delicious and beautifully plated. Rarely do you go to weddings where the food is so memorable. So thankful we chose The Greens at Copake Country Club for our wedding, they went above and beyond our expectations.

By far the best decision we made for our wedding was booking The Greens Restaurant at Copake Country Club. We were looking for a cozy, stylish, and unique venue for our small wedding of 65. We looked far and wide and nothing felt right or was in our budget until we found Copake! What drew us in was the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and the upstate vibes. What sold us was the FOOD! From our first tasting, we knew our guests were going to looove every bite (and they did!). It was one of the most memorable parts of the day for all of us. But the best part about Copake is their Wedding Coordinator Kyleigh! She was so reassuring, understanding, and really committed to making our vision come true. Not only was she so helpful in the entire planning process but she worked within our budget, and helped us pick a stellar group of vendors! From our rehearsal dinner to our stay at the Barn to the big day of Kyleigh & her staff took care of us ♥️

When looking for wedding venues, the Greens at Copake Country Club stood out to us because it was inclusive, we were able to select options, and customize the packages. We were able to rent the entire restaurant and bar which allowed for a completely private event. We used the beautiful golf course for our ceremony and sunset photos. Kyleigh and her staff were great to work with, the service was fantastic. Kyleigh is very knowledgeable and it is obvious that weddings are her strong suit. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and amazing, Kyleigh had everything set perfectly when we arrived for the ceremony. Our guests were impressed, they raved about the food, drinks, and atmosphere.
