Hiring Big & Little Events was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Beau went above and beyond our expectations and honestly helped save our wedding day. When our caterer/bar service failed to bring staff, that's when Beau immediately jumped into action and began doing everything he possibly could to make sure the biggest day of our lives went smoothly. Beau's hard work and dedication leading up to and including the wedding day was more than anything we could of asked for and was hands down our best vendor - even our guests were raving about him! If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you hire him and his team for your special day/event, it will be the best decision you can make.

From the moment we hired them, Brit Lisko and Beau O’Loendorf were professional and responsive to our needs. Although Beau was not on site at our daughter’s wedding, he was actively involved in zoom meetings and offered valuable input during the planning process. We met Brit at our initial visit to the Jackson Gore Inn at Okemo. She is personable and very easy to work with. She helped us organize our timeline and ran our wedding rehearsal. The outdoor ceremony ran smoothly with Brit and her assistant Desiree’s help. They welcomed guests, directed the wedding procession and discreetly brought my jacket to my seat to wear once I sat down for the ceremony. They interacted well with all our vendors, provided us with guidelines for gratuities, and found coats for our guests when we had an unexpected fire alarm during the reception.

We used Big and Little for our wedding with Brit as our lead coordinator, and could not have asked for a better experience! Brit was organized, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the process, making sure we had considered every little detail before the big day. She was extremely helpful on the day with set up and decoration, coordinating vendors, and dealing with last-minute hiccups. Not having to worry on our wedding day was priceless.

Beau and his team were the only reason I was able to enjoy my wedding day and be present in the moment. Beau helped me plan for more than a year prior to the event, but he truly shined on the weekend of the wedding. He had everything I could ever need (or forget) on hand, he handled schedule changes and pivoted the location of my ceremony with grace when a thunderstorm rolled in. He made my decor work when it wasn’t working for the space and kept the schedule flowing while I was living in the moment. Most brides are a slave to their event and spend more time working the event than being a bride… but not me. It makes me emotional thinking about how I was present at my own wedding thanks to Beau and his team. I will never be able to thank them enough! You will NOT regret hiring him. If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator… think again! A small price to pay to actually enjoy your own wedding (and actually make it even better!!)

Brit and Beau provided the best value of any vendors for our upstate wedding and we couldn't have asked for any more as day of coordinators. They provided insight and calm guidance in the many months leading up to the event and during the actual wedding day they were indispensable (When my wife's dress ripped open during the reception, Brit sewed it together on the spot).

Our day would not have been absolutely perfect without Big & Little Events. Brit and Beau were exceptional in the planning and lead up to our big day and made everything stress-free. I had full confidence that they had everything under control after our pre-event meeting and schedule walk-thorugh. They made all our worries fade away with each call, text, email, zoom, and in person meeting. They set up and tore down all the decor we brought it and were a kind point of contact for our vendors. They made our vision come to life and I know it wouldn't have been the wedding of my dreams without them. Do not skip out on coordinators for your wedding or major event. It's important to have someone fully on your side and with your interests in mind and B&L does that.

I cannot recommend Brit and her team enough. About a year ago, I reached out to Big and Little Events to find a wedding coordinator who understood my vision and matched my energy- that’s how I landed with Brit and Beau. They had coordinated/planned weddings at my unique venue before, which was important to me since it was not a traditional event hall.

Brit and Beau helped with planning questions along the way, offering recommendations which ai pretty much always took. As the day came closer, they helped to make sure that I was on track with the planning process.

On the week of my wedding (which was supposed to be 50/50 inside/outside), the weather started looking iffy. With the help of Brit, we established a rock solid plan B that allowed us to not lose anything we had planned simply due to the weather. Brit was available via email and text at all hours to soundboard thoughts off of.

Cut to the wedding weekend. Brit and Yoanna efficiently got our small wedding party rehearsed and then went through all the decor we planned on using. Together we decided where things should go (most of the time as per Brit’s suggestion) and how to get everything set up. On the day of our wedding, Brit and Yoanna were 2 steps ahead of everyone all day. The set up was perfect, they brought me out of the bridal area a few times to make sure it was to my liking- down to the folding of the napkins- and I was brought to tears to see the final set up. Throughout the wedding, Brit and Yoanna made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can’t even list all of the things they did, because they did EVERYTHING! Ensured the ceremony went smoothly, made sure everyone was ready when it was their turn to speak, ensured we all knew where we needed to be and when, I could go on forever. At the end of the night when everyone left, they put all of our decorations back in the boxes and got out the leftovers from our lunch to make sure we had something to snack on as we sat outside talking about the wonderful evening. Above and beyond is an understatement.

I feel like a question I saw a lot in bridal groups and websites when I was planning our wedding was if a day of coordinator or wedding planner is worth it. I hired a day of coordinator and my husband even said how they were amazing, it was definitely worth it and good that I did. He was thinking it would be a place we could save money, but from doing wedding planning previously I knew this was an important vendor for us to hire for our day. Is it possible to not have a day of coordinator and have a good day still? Of course, but it depends on how much you want to do yourself or hope you can rely on others to follow through to do for you and still enjoy your day. Our day of coordinator was a God send for us. We hired Big & little events and Brit and Desi were the hands on ladies that day to ensure the day went smooth and that my vision and all my months of planning was executed perfectly😍 they didn’t just stand around telling people what to do, they coordinated with all of our other vendors and they were completely hands on! They set up so many things for me, including putting together all of my candelabras, ensured everything was in place (all of my tables, the cocktail hour decor, ceremony,reception…), set up the dessert table and late night snacks, put out fires, even went on a binky hunt for me when the baby lost his bink and was so over tired and needed to go to sleep. They were willing to watch the kids, made sure we had food and drinks, kept the time line on track, even cleaned up everything!!! All the decorations and packed it up nicely for us to take the next day. One of my bridesmaids feet were hurting so bad and she was sitting and needing different shoes but forgot her slides and her feet were hurting. Brit saw and took her shoes off and said here take these! Also offered a bandaid. My friend said here take $20 to borrow your shoes and Brit said don’t even worry about it just give them back to me before the end of the night and took her own shoes off to give to my friend so she could keep partying!!!🙌🥳🩵 that is above and beyond!!! She even checked back with a bridesmaid that had a migraine that morning to make sure she was ok. I had so many comments from guests about these 2 ladies and all that they were doing and willing and ready to do. I can’t say enough how big of a role these wonderful ladies played in our day. I knew they were needed but didn’t realize how big of an ontaking they would do♥️ from the moment I hired this company they were checking in to see if I needed anything and so reassuring and helpful through my planning. Even though they weren’t my wedding planners, they still would send check lists to be sure I was on track and didn’t forget anything. Brit and I started to bond and formed a friendship from so many mutual (and somewhat rare) experiences. She truly understood my needs and our day would not have gone as close to smooth as it did had she not been there. I truly can’t say enough about them and how they took care of everything for us that day💚

Brit and Beau were both amazing, we hired them for day of coordinators and I couldn’t ask to be in better hands. Leading up to the wedding they did small check ins and sent us helpful reminders/checklists that included things we never would have thought of. They made a schedule and helped us figure out how we wanted the day to go and made sure that the day ran to schedule. I didn’t feel stressed at all during the day because they took care of everything, from reception table decorations to vendor coordination and making sure everyone was having fun. They both made sure my husband and I got to enjoy the wedding and enjoy the food/dancing. They helped clean up near the end and collected gifts/delivered them to my car for me so nothing would get lost. They were flexible and pleasant to work with and I would 100000% recommend them.

Big & Little events were a home run vendor hire for us. We had a very DIY wedding and it would not have gone nearly as smoothly if it weren’t for the Big & Little team. From the initial consultation to walk through, Beau & Brit were extremely communicative and provided helpful guidance. Brit was super detailed the month leading to our wedding to ensure the day would be a success. She & Desi went above & beyond during our special day! I had so much to delegate when they arrived and they took over and ran the show without a hitch. We all got to completely enjoy the day and be present without worrying about a thing. HIGHLY recommend Big & Little events for any type of event!
