Hiring Big & Little Events was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Beau went above and beyond our expectations and honestly helped save our wedding day. When our caterer/bar service failed to bring staff, that's when Beau immediately jumped into action and began doing everything he possibly could to make sure the biggest day of our lives went smoothly. Beau's hard work and dedication leading up to and including the wedding day was more than anything we could of asked for and was hands down our best vendor - even our guests were raving about him! If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you hire him and his team for your special day/event, it will be the best decision you can make.

From the moment we hired them, Brit Lisko and Beau O’Loendorf were professional and responsive to our needs. Although Beau was not on site at our daughter’s wedding, he was actively involved in zoom meetings and offered valuable input during the planning process. We met Brit at our initial visit to the Jackson Gore Inn at Okemo. She is personable and very easy to work with. She helped us organize our timeline and ran our wedding rehearsal. The outdoor ceremony ran smoothly with Brit and her assistant Desiree’s help. They welcomed guests, directed the wedding procession and discreetly brought my jacket to my seat to wear once I sat down for the ceremony. They interacted well with all our vendors, provided us with guidelines for gratuities, and found coats for our guests when we had an unexpected fire alarm during the reception. -

We used Big and Little for our wedding with Brit as our lead coordinator, and could not have asked for a better experience! Brit was organized, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the process, making sure we had considered every little detail before the big day. She was extremely helpful on the day with set up and decoration, coordinating vendors, and dealing with last-minute hiccups. Not having to worry on our wedding day was priceless. -

Beau and his team were the only reason I was able to enjoy my wedding day and be present in the moment. Beau helped me plan for more than a year prior to the event, but he truly shined on the weekend of the wedding. He had everything I could ever need (or forget) on hand, he handled schedule changes and pivoted the location of my ceremony with grace when a thunderstorm rolled in. He made my decor work when it wasn’t working for the space and kept the schedule flowing while I was living in the moment. Most brides are a slave to their event and spend more time working the event than being a bride… but not me. It makes me emotional thinking about how I was present at my own wedding thanks to Beau and his team. I will never be able to thank them enough! You will NOT regret hiring him. If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator… think again! A small price to pay to actually enjoy your own wedding (and actually make it even better!!) -

Brit and Beau provided the best value of any vendors for our upstate wedding and we couldn't have asked for any more as day of coordinators. They provided insight and calm guidance in the many months leading up to the event and during the actual wedding day they were indispensable (When my wife's dress ripped open during the reception, Brit sewed it together on the spot).
I can't recommend them enough! -

Our day would not have been absolutely perfect without Big & Little Events. Brit and Beau were exceptional in the planning and lead up to our big day and made everything stress-free. I had full confidence that they had everything under control after our pre-event meeting and schedule walk-thorugh. They made all our worries fade away with each call, text, email, zoom, and in person meeting. They set up and tore down all the decor we brought it and were a kind point of contact for our vendors. They made our vision come to life and I know it wouldn't have been the wedding of my dreams without them. Do not skip out on coordinators for your wedding or major event. It's important to have someone fully on your side and with your interests in mind and B&L does that. -

I cannot recommend Brit and her team enough. About a year ago, I reached out to Big and Little Events to find a wedding coordinator who understood my vision and matched my energy- that’s how I landed with Brit and Beau. They had coordinated/planned weddings at my unique venue before, which was important to me since it was not a traditional event hall.
Brit and Beau helped with planning questions along the way, offering recommendations which ai pretty much always took. As the day came closer, they helped to make sure that I was on track with the planning process.
On the week of my wedding (which was supposed to be 50/50 inside/outside), the weather started looking iffy. With the help of Brit, we established a rock solid plan B that allowed us to not lose anything we had planned simply due to the weather. Brit was available via email and text at all hours to soundboard thoughts off of.
Cut to the wedding weekend. Brit and Yoanna efficiently got our small wedding party rehearsed and then went through all the decor we planned on using. Together we decided where things should go (most of the time as per Brit’s suggestion) and how to get everything set up. On the day of our wedding, Brit and Yoanna were 2 steps ahead of everyone all day. The set up was perfect, they brought me out of the bridal area a few times to make sure it was to my liking- down to the folding of the napkins- and I was brought to tears to see the final set up. Throughout the wedding, Brit and Yoanna made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can’t even list all of the things they did, because they did EVERYTHING! Ensured the ceremony went smoothly, made sure everyone was ready when it was their turn to speak, ensured we all knew where we needed to be and when, I could go on forever. At the end of the night when everyone left, they put all of our decorations back in the boxes and got out the leftovers from our lunch to make sure we had something to snack on as we sat outside talking about the wonderful evening. Above and beyond is an understatement.

I feel like a question I saw a lot in bridal groups and websites when I was planning our wedding was if a day of coordinator or wedding planner is worth it. I hired a day of coordinator and my husband even said how they were amazing, it was definitely worth it and good that I did. He was thinking it would be a place we could save money, but from doing wedding planning previously I knew this was an important vendor for us to hire for our day. Is it possible to not have a day of coordinator and have a good day still? Of course, but it depends on how much you want to do yourself or hope you can rely on others to follow through to do for you and still enjoy your day. Our day of coordinator was a God send for us. We hired Big & little events and Brit and Desi were the hands on ladies that day to ensure the day went smooth and that my vision and all my months of planning was executed perfectly😍 they didn’t just stand around telling people what to do, they coordinated with all of our other vendors and they were completely hands on! They set up so many things for me, including putting together all of my candelabras, ensured everything was in place (all of my tables, the cocktail hour decor, ceremony,reception…), set up the dessert table and late night snacks, put out fires, even went on a binky hunt for me when the baby lost his bink and was so over tired and needed to go to sleep. They were willing to watch the kids, made sure we had food and drinks, kept the time line on track, even cleaned up everything!!! All the decorations and packed it up nicely for us to take the next day. One of my bridesmaids feet were hurting so bad and she was sitting and needing different shoes but forgot her slides and her feet were hurting. Brit saw and took her shoes off and said here take these! Also offered a bandaid. My friend said here take $20 to borrow your shoes and Brit said don’t even worry about it just give them back to me before the end of the night and took her own shoes off to give to my friend so she could keep partying!!!🙌🥳🩵 that is above and beyond!!! She even checked back with a bridesmaid that had a migraine that morning to make sure she was ok. I had so many comments from guests about these 2 ladies and all that they were doing and willing and ready to do. I can’t say enough how big of a role these wonderful ladies played in our day. I knew they were needed but didn’t realize how big of an ontaking they would do♥️ from the moment I hired this company they were checking in to see if I needed anything and so reassuring and helpful through my planning. Even though they weren’t my wedding planners, they still would send check lists to be sure I was on track and didn’t forget anything. Brit and I started to bond and formed a friendship from so many mutual (and somewhat rare) experiences. She truly understood my needs and our day would not have gone as close to smooth as it did had she not been there. I truly can’t say enough about them and how they took care of everything for us that day💚 -

Brit and Beau were both amazing, we hired them for day of coordinators and I couldn’t ask to be in better hands. Leading up to the wedding they did small check ins and sent us helpful reminders/checklists that included things we never would have thought of. They made a schedule and helped us figure out how we wanted the day to go and made sure that the day ran to schedule. I didn’t feel stressed at all during the day because they took care of everything, from reception table decorations to vendor coordination and making sure everyone was having fun. They both made sure my husband and I got to enjoy the wedding and enjoy the food/dancing. They helped clean up near the end and collected gifts/delivered them to my car for me so nothing would get lost. They were flexible and pleasant to work with and I would 100000% recommend them. -

Beau and Brit were wonderful in every way. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without their help and support. Beau took charge and made sure our vision was brought to reality. Whenever there was a concern, he quickly responded to insure all was taken care of. Brit was absolutely amazing as our day of coordinator. She took care of every detail and made sure we had the perfect day. We could hardly believe how attentive she was to our every need - totally hands on is an under statement. We could not have asked for anything better and highly recommend them for your special day. -

Hiring Beau is the best decision during my wedding planning process. He was invaluable as our day-of coordinator for our wedding weekend. Our weekend included a Friday night dinner for all out of town guests (75+ people), a Bride Squad mimosa pre-wedding event (28 people), wedding (175 people) and post-wedding breakfast (75+ people). Beau was at each event and insured that everything went smoothly. There were so many wedding details and yet, the day-of I knew that Beau and his assistant had everything handled. If you are on the fence about hiring Big & Little Events, just know that this is one item that you cannot skip out on. This is your wedding sanity. Better then a spa weekend with the girls. Better than hours of therapy to deal with wedding stress. Hire Big & Little Events and KNOW that your wedding day will go smoothly and be as low stress as possible.
My Bride Squad LOVED Beau. I still hear stories from them of awesome things that Beau did that I had no idea about. For example, one time they saw him walking across the dance floor. He pulled a napkin/handkerchief out of his pocket, deftly wiped up a spilled drink in one fluid motion and kept walking as if nothing had happened. Disaster averted!
Other awesome things that Beau did: (1) The florist did some amazing work, however, she left without decorating the wedding cake. Beau stepped in and decorated our cake with flowers! It looked great and no one had any clue that it wasn't professionally decorated. (2) Beau decorated our Bride Squad Mimosa pre-wedding event. He took all the props that we were going to have for our group shots (silk umbrellas, fans, etc.) and used them as decorations. It looked simply amazing. Like just out of a dream.

Hiring Beau and his team for our wedding was the single best vendor and wedding decision we made. Our wedding day would not have been anywhere near as absolutely wonderful as it was without Big & Little Events! We decided upon a full service package because we had no idea where to start finding and hiring all of our other vendors, and my wife and I are both very busy people, and it was such a great decision! Beau and his team helped us find, coordinate with, get quotes from, set up meeting with, and hire all of our vendors. Every single one! His constant assistance and check-ins took such a huge weight off of our shoulders. We happened to have our officiant have to cancel very close to our wedding day, and Beau literally stepped in and officiated our wedding for us on super short notice! We were SO lucky and thankful! On our wedding day Beau and his team seamlessly moved our decorations around from place to place without anyone noticing so we could reuse them in the rooms the party moved to throughout the day, and not have to purchase extras. He coordinated with all of our vendors week-of and day-of so everyone knew where they had to be, what they had to do, and when to show up. He had imaginative ideas about where to put decorations, guest seating, and food. We had disposable cameras at our wedding, and when our guests stopped using them Beau's assistants picked them up and walked around the wedding taking photos to fill all of the cameras up. Beau made sure every little event and item the day and night of moved seamlessly. Looking back at everything he and his team did on our day, I am absolutely blown away and so thankful because I know we would not have been able to enjoy our wedding day if we were running around doing all of those things for ourselves. I fully believe our day would not have been anywhere near what it was without Beau and his team. We had the perfect, beautiful, magical, memorable day and it is all thanks to Beau and his team! I am so incredibly grateful for how much work he and his team put into our special day, and so thankful we will get to look back and remember a perfect day. I cannot recommend Beau and Big & Little Events enough!! -

Beau was such a big part of our lives throughout our two-year engagement, taking into account our every need and getting to know everything about us, what makes us tick, what our love is all about.
Beau and Brit made our day even more special than we could have ever imagined. It really was the best day of our lives -- and a few other people said the same thing, even though it wasn't their wedding. They are amazing at they do, and they do it with such care and grace.
We will never ever forget what they did for us. Planning with Beau was a dream. A stressful dream, to be sure, but it was all worth it. Our night was magical. 10/10. -

I can't say enough good things about Beau and his assistant Brittney. They were absolutely amazing and MADE my wedding. I was so nervous going into my wedding week thinking I would have to coordinate schedules and vendors, all while dealing with my two toddlers. As soon as I met Beau for my dinner rehearsal, I knew we were in good hands. He immediately took control, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The day of the wedding went SO smooth because of him. He even watched my children the entire night, and would take them from family members so they could enjoy themselves as well. Beau and Brittney helped set up certain decorations that weren't already done so the day before, and helped coordinate my early send off and literally all other aspects of my wedding. They even made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands, and we were fed. That evening, after we had departed, Beau and Brittney stayed back and cleaned up the ENTIRE venue, placed items back into boxes and set them up neatly in the corner of the venue so when I got there all we had to do was load them onto the truck. My husband was speechless when we arrived for clean up. Not a lot impresses my husband, but he hasn't stopped talking about how amazing Beau and his assistant were. I'd get married a thousand times just to hire Beau every time because of how incredible everything was, because HE was there to help. I 10/10 recommend Beau! -

Amazing and Grateful
We decided at the last minute to hire a wedding planner. I know so many always say it’s the best decision they made but you cannot really understand it until you walk out of getting ready photos, into your venue, into a space that began with 4 bins and a couple bags of random collected decorations and flowers and it not only looks gorgeous but with no plan they did all the composing and working of the layout. Beau and Brit were amazing support all day hyping us up, moving timeline and vendors along, and answering all the questions. Our day was perfect and it couldn’t have been without their help. From a penny pinching, bride on a budget, who looked at planning prices and said no way, I cannot emphasize enough how wrong I was to think I would’ve had any time to enjoy my day with my husband, family and friends without them. -

Beau is the most amazing day of coordinator I would have ever imagined. Our day had its normal hiccups but I did not hear (or see!) anything about them until the day afterward because they were handled so smoothly. Beau and Melissa streamlined every second of our day, giving us a timeline leading up to the wedding and handling every detail, down to running home for extra decor when I'd forgotten some. He gave intuitive and helpful suggestions on everything from writing your vows to processional, and I couldn't have pictured our big day without him by our side. Thank you so much, Beau and Melissa; we would 100% recommend them for any event for which you'd love to sit back, relax, and let them take care of the "big & little" details! -

Above and Beyond!
Hiring Beau was the best investment my husband and I made for our wedding by far! He and his team made our wedding day flawless, completely stress free and able to actually enjoy our celebration. We truly couldn’t be any happier!
From our first phone call, Beau was very polite and made sure to get to know my husband and I and what we needed for our wedding. Beau worked well with our vendors keeping everything on track while not creating any friction between himself and the vendors, so much so that they complimented how easy it was to work with him. Since day one, Beau was incredible with answering any questions I had throughout the wedding planning process. Beau met with us a month prior to go over our timelines for the rehearsal and the day-of. I gave him all of my vendor contracts at that point and he reached out to all of them.
At our rehearsal he was an immediate hit with the wedding party while easily managing the crowd as we walked through the procession. He had several suggestions that made our ceremony flow effortlessly, but never pushed any suggestions he felt we weren’t attuned to.
When it came to the day of the wedding, he and his assistant Brittani, went above and beyond what we paid for, in my opinion. He was the best friend I didn’t know I needed on my wedding day. They showed up early in the morning to help set up the remaining decorations (which took extra time and care due to how windy it was). He then drove 45 mins to our off-site first look location to deliver our wedding party flowers and my bouquet. He fully supported our photographers the entire time while still keeping us all on track to arrive at our wedding on time. During all of this he somehow found the time to hand draw our signature drink display that blew over in the wind and shattered. My husband and I were completely unaware of this until well into our reception. The rest of the evening went incredibly well and Beau made sure that all of our vendors got their tips and made it out on time. He even took some amazing behind-the-scene photos and videos that I’ll forever cherish.
Honestly there is no way our wedding would have gone even half as well without his guidance and support. I’m sure there were a few hiccups throughout the day, but we will never really know what those were. Beau made sure we enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest extent while handling all the details in the upmost professional way. I have and will continue suggest him to all of my friends and family who get married in the future. My only regret with hiring him is we did not get a photo together. -

Must Book Them!
WOW! We were blown away be the service that Beau and his team provided for my daughters wedding a few weeks back. We did not know much about Beau prior to our rehearsal (because my daughter booked him) but when we arrived he introduced himself and took charge of everything. You could see the stress fade away from my daughter and son in-law, which as a mother made me the happiest. They took care of everything from running the rehearsal, helping set up the venue, and everything on the day-of so we could actually enjoy the day. There have been so many of my friends who said they could not enjoy their child's wedding because they were so busy or stressed, but not us. Thank you so much Big and Little Events for making this wedding one we will always remember. And if you are looking for a day-of coordinator- you MUST hire this team. They are angels! -

Beau and his team have you covered from start to finish. He was amazing dealing with our “difficult” venue owner and was able to roll with any changes needed. He was always prompt with answering emails and available for phone calls anytime. Beau was able to see my vision and help orchestrate the perfect day. He was there for rehearsal and wedding day and attended to every detail. On wedding day I swear he was everywhere. From helping guests to making sure I was calm and ready to walk, he is the only one you want to handle your most important day. I could go on and on but simply put the team he has is outstanding and you would be making a mistake to plan with anyone else. -

Easy fun beautiful dream come true helpful
I don’t even know where to begin … from the moment we started working with big and little events I knew it was going to be a wonderful experience! Beau was our day of coordinator and there aren’t enough compliments in the world to give him ! Fun, easy going, hard working, organized, amazing, the best .. i can keep going ! We had like two meetings before actually meeting at the rehearsal and he just understood our vision and made it a reality! He set up all of my little extra decorations and even moved all of our ceremony flowers and decorations into the tent and I swear it was like he found the perfect spot for everything ! He even made me a bouquet out of flowers on the spot when we both realized we couldn’t find the one I was supposed to toss ! Lol i really believe without him the day would not have run as smooth as it did ! We were able to just relax and enjoy our day, from start to finish ! He really made our wedding such a fun, easy and beautiful experience! And he danced !!
I recommend this company and especially Beau to everyone getting married .. he will make sure your day is exactly what you dream it to be :) -

Beau and his team are the well-practiced production managers you didn’t know your wedding needed.
My take on other coordinators we looked into: many market themselves more as consultants and fashion experts than on the ground runners and event managers. These others may help you decide between polyester or silk napkins, or suggest cocktail hour happen at 5:30 instead of 6; but will they actually know what to do if the band is late? Or if there’s not enough forks? Or if your sister faints? Or if your mother gets too drunk?
These weren’t our problems, specifically, but these are the kinds of things Beau and his team proved themselves capable of handling. Day of, Beau is the go to, and he manages the load of the special day’s work exceptionally well.
We booked a blank-slate venue, where every vendor had to be coordinated independently: catering, music, bar, guest shuttles, china & silverware, flowers, decorations, (in our case) on site covid testing. My wife and I hired each of these vendors, gave the list to Beau, and he did the rest.
He created and followed through with a schedule to coordinate all these moving parts. He helped us schedule the various moments of the wedding (e.g. cocktail hour, speeches, etc.) so they all aligned with the expectations of guests, vendors, and the venue. He took charge during our rehearsals, being the leader needed, and allowed us to relax. He took responsibility for checking guests for covid tests, at the door (a state regulation, at the time). His team drove drunk guests home, in a pinch (don’t rely on this, but it shows how accommodating and great they can be). He set up our table placements for all 150 tables. He ensured the venue was cleaned up and closed properly. His team made us dinner plates, so we didn’t have to leave our head table. On and on...
Some of this may seem obvious or assumed. But if you hire everything independently, you can’t assume anything. Every vendor has their own limited set of responsibilities, and you will need someone to fill in the gaps. That’s Beau. He knows where the gaps tend to be, and he proactively puts himself in front of problems.
One minor points of criticism:
I wish he was more assertive with our Covid-test and venue vendor. The venue had taken responsibility for Covid testing months before our wedding, and then dropped it on us to interact with their vendor days before the wedding, in less favorable renegotiated terms. I feel the venue used Beau as a cushion to soften the blow to us, and I would’ve liked for him to fight them more. In any case, it was more important to keep the show on the road, so not much blame here.
Hire no one, and you’ll be miserable. Hire Beau, you’ll be happy. -

Complete Amazingness!
Hiring Big & Little Events was the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. Once we signed the contract, Beau and Lauren were with us every step of the way. We can not thank Beau and Lauren enough! Beau turned our ramshackle ideas into a vision of flow, beauty, safety and excellence. On the day of, all we had to think of was spending time with our friends and family while getting ready. Beau truly deserves an award for event planning. Beau took care of everything. The location, 8 hours before he arrived, was transformed into a magical setting when we finally saw it. Thank you SO much, Beau for making our special day the best day ever! There were absolute zero hiccups, at least we don’t think there were any. :). All of our guests continue to compliment how well our entire wedding flowed and how effortless everything seemed. Planning a wedding during Covid-19 was not easy, but with Big & Little Events, we were able to relax and enjoy every single moment. Beau set up a live stream of our wedding for all of our friends and family throughout the country and overseas. He took beautiful behind the scenes photos of everything! Absolutely amazing! Hire Big & Little Events. You will not regret it! -

They made amazing baskets for groom and bride for there special day.. they never showed stress just complete confidence in making my sons wedding day so special.. I literally never worried about anything they took care of everything.. if you want a memorable stress free wedding I HIGHLY recommend Big and Little Evemts.
