In the time of Covid, with three wedding delays due to the pandemic, we found that flexible, understanding vendors were hard to come by. However, Cantele was great every time we had to switch, providing us with new contracts and being very helpful. All rentals we received from them looked great-- the tent was spotless and gorgeous, which really set the tone for the event. We also had to add fans a few days before due to a heat wave, and they were very helpful and accommodating with that. Overall, great experience!

When I was younger I spent about 5 years working in wedding and event set up and rentals in Sun Valley, ID and have a decent amount of experience with wedding/event rental companies. Cantele provided a great service. My wife and I were both very happy with their work and the quality and condition of their rental equipment. They set up in advance, were professional, had attention to detail, and, since our wedding was during part of the partial covid lock-downs, were extremely helpful and flexible on helping us modify our contract when we needed to change our plans to comply with the covid rules and helping us understand all the rules and restrictions that the state had put in place. I couldn't recommend them more, they did a great job.

Cantele was so easy to work with. Marissa was so helpful answering questions and helping me figure out what we needed or adjusting our rentals whenever I wanted to add or remove something. The day they delivered the equipment, everything was set up great for the other vendors. Our florist in particular was really impressed by the pulley-system they set up in our tent for floral chandelier pieces. Everything was in great condition!

We were extremely pleased with Cantele Tent Rentals for my son's wedding. Marissa was helpful over the phone with ordering details and Taylor and his crew delivered the tent on a Thursday, as requested, so we were able to use it not only for the wedding, but for another dinner and a brunch. It was beautiful, very clean and spacious, and a perfect venue on our lawn. The tables, chairs, linens, glasses, silverware were also in great shape and everything looked gorgeous. We'd recommend Cantele for your Catskills event!

All the thanks in the world wouldn't be enough! Cantele rentals came through for the event I planned on the 11th hour after I was ghosted by the rental company I was supposed to use. Within hours a contract was sent, signed and trucks loaded. They came on time and efficiently set up all rentals. We worked primarly with James Cantele. James is truly a master of his trade – incredibly knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. We were married in East Durham over the summer and built our tent wedding experience from scratch and James and his team were an instrumental part of that experience. They met every expectation we had for all rental products and were extremely flexible and responsive when we asked for additional rentals or variations. On the morning of our wedding it was raining incredibly hard and James helped us out in a very difficult situation by providing clear tent walls to fortify against the rain at 40% less than their typical rate. James and his team worked extremely efficiently, assembling a huge tent structure and disassembling it in a few hours on each end with minimal disturbance to the venue/business owners and us.

Cantele Tent Rentals were the stars of our big day. We worked closely with James before our wedding to ensure our wedding tent, tables, chairs ect. would be perfect. He mapped out the floor plan several times for us as our numbers changed. As the wedding approached the weather was uncertain. James and his crew came several times to save the day. They even arrived the morning of our wedding to put sides on the tent so our guests would stay dry. Their tents, tables, chairs etc. were in excellent condition and their customer service is superb! Literally, Cantele transformed our farm in Rhinebeck into a magical wedding venue that my
son, his new bride and all our family and friends will always remember. From the Beautiful tent , that
easily held 170 people, wonderful dance floor and the tables, linens and formal but rustic and
elegant place settings, the wedding venue was transformed into a magical and dream like setting!
We even decided to floor the entire floor of the tent only one week before the event, and James and his staff at Cantele Rentals easily got the job done. And a big Thank you to Marissa for changing and accommodating any of my last minute planning details. Beautiful farm tables, bar tables, dining tables, heaters , kitchen equipment, as well! James, from Cantele, came out and met us on our farm back in March and easily measured for the tent and helped us easily choose all the chairs, cushions and furnishings, dishes, utensils and everything, in an easy format. Just a wonderful job with our wedding!
By the way, the dining chairs were comfortable and elegant.

I could cry writing this review from how grateful I am for Cantele Tent Rentals. They came to the rescue when my other vendor didn't show and cancelled with a lame excuse a day before my wedding (don't ever work with Boston Rustic Wedding Rentals!).
In a matter of hours, Cantele's was able to get to get together a 44'x100' tent w/ lighting, 20 farm tables, 200 chairs, 20 ceremony benches, and 2 2-barrel bars. They delivered & set up everything first thing Saturday morning before our wedding. Pick up also went just as smooth on Sunday morning. Their guys just rolled in on time and did what they had to do. We have received so many compliments on the tent and the furniture. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue! Would definitely recommend and use again for future events.

From my past decades-long experience of designing the ABC soap operas "All My Children" and "One Life to Live" I have worked with countless party rental companies. For over the past five years I have been acting as the co-chair and designer for my local country library's - the Roeliff Jansen Community Library - yearly fund-raising Gala. I have repeatedly used Cantele Tent Rental as my source for everything from tables and chairs to assorted large tents and portable bathrooms. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and attentiveness to my needs and my schedule and have incorporated their suggestions into my event designs. Currently I am also using Cantele for our Library's annual summer community barbecue. This year's fund-raiser was two weeks ago. Later this week I will be placing my order for next year's event.
