Big Top Tent Rentals is fantastic! We needed a tent for our wedding on short notice because of a very rainy weather forecast. Fortunately, Big Top had a tent available that fit our needs, and they worked with us quickly to make the reservation and schedule setup. The team who set up the tent was friendly and professional, and they did excellent work. The tent functioned perfectly and allowed us to have the outdoor ceremony we wanted, even in the rain. It was also visually minimal and looked like a natural part of the venue. We rented lighting from Big Top to go around the tent’s perimeter, which gave off a warm glow and was great for people who wanted to spend time outdoors in the evening. We are so grateful to Big Top for working with us on such short notice, and would highly recommend their services!

Beth from Big Top was an all-star communicator, and was SO informative and helpful when it came to planning our rental needs for our outdoor wedding. She helped us select the perfect-size tent, dance floor, and lighting for our wedding, and was extremely accommodating of all of our questions and last minute adjustments. The set-up team was SO hardworking, efficient, tidy, professional, friendly, and all-around awesome. We found that some of the items were more expensive than we were expecting, but were competitively priced when compared to other rental vendors-- this is just to say, price out rentals before deciding on a venue where they are necessary! I can not say enough how happy we were with Big top. The customer service was outstanding. the cost was reasonable. the set up and take down crew were so nice I invited them in for coffee!! (they didn't accept of course they had work to do!). the rentals were spotlessly clean and exactly what I asked for. there was absolutely no damage to my property, the lawn, the gardens everything came through unscathed! we also rented the toilet trailer needed that day, saved about $700.00 by not having to involve another company. they were perfectly clean and because we have a shallow well, they came filled with the water necessary for the event. We rented the sail cloth tent... a little bit more expensive, worth every dime!

I had a backyard wedding in September and Big Top was an excellent wedding vendor. They provided the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, plates, coffee urns, you name it. They had reasonable prices and great service. I decided to spend the extra money for the farm tables, and I was glad I did, they were gorgeous! Also, everyone was very impressed by the bathroom trailer they provided.

So responsive and professional. Really guided us through the rentals process without ever trying to up-sell or up-charge us. Such a pleasure working with their team. Would recommend to anyone getting married in the area.

We used Big Top for all of our wedding rental needs from tables, chairs, linens, glasses, plates, forks .... all the essentials. The farm tables were awesome and fit exactly with our decor. Over the course of a few months our order changed a few times, and they were accommodating every step of the way right up until the week of the wedding. Every single interaction with this company was positive, with a very fast turn around on quotes. Delivery was on time with pleasant delivery guys, and no issues with pick up. Big Top Tents quickly responded to my request of a quote. My mother and I were both impressed by the amount quoted. My family has used Big Top on several occasions including reunions. My mom and I went in person and from the second we walked in they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was unsure about a few things and they made me feel at ease and completely normal. We ended up in the end adding so much then we originally thought to the list but the price is still affordable and their suggestions are excellent. They listened to every idea I had and vision, they even went as far as giving a visual of what it would look like whether it was showing me how big the dance floor will be by measuring the office to showing us pictures and pieces of product. I could not be more please so far. I am looking forward to seeing the end result.

Big Top was great! Beth was so very helpful from start to finish. THey recommended everything we needed to create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. Everything arrived on time, and they set it all up in advance. The guys that came to set it all up were highly skilled and made sure to do exactly what we wanted.
