Best Team Ever!

If you’re thinking about Mazzones for your wedding, just book them. They are worth every penny. From the beginning, Kinley was incredibly responsive and had answers to every question (and I had a lot, as I planned my wedding myself). She had answers within 24 hours it felt like, and no question was too silly or too small. I knew we were in good hands with her. The day before, we met with her and Jordan, who was our day of coordinator. He was fantastic. High energy and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on track all night. We also had Lindsey, who also took care of us all night, making sure we had drinks in our hands and a bite of all the passed tray bites at cocktail hour. Mazzones truly delivered above and beyond. They made everything look so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned it. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night.

As for the food, my guests haven’t stopped raving about it. The dumplings at cocktail hour were the best! I don’t think anyone has stopped thinking about the crab dip either. Dinners came out on time and hot, and both the chicken and beef were amazing. We didn’t get any of our cake the night of, but it was so good that some of our guests were stealing other peoples plates! They sent us home with so many leftovers and the top of our cake to enjoy and even a day later everything was still excellent.

Words can’t express our gratitude to the team at Mazzones that made our wedding the best night ever. They even brought out a cupcake to celebrate my husband’s grandmother’s 99th birthday which was the day after our wedding. They really knocked it out of the park!

Wedding Event

We are absolutely thrilled with the service from Mazzone Hospitality for our daughter's wedding! The entire event was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. The event managers were incredibly attentive, addressing every detail before it even became a question. It felt like they were mind readers, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything ran smoothly. They took care of every aspect for our daughter, her groom, and their families, making the day stress-free for everyone involved. Their professionalism truly stood out.
Our guests raved about the food from the cocktail hour to the cider donuts and apple cider they received on the way out. The quality and taste were outstanding!
We had several guests who keep a kosher diet, and they were very pleased with the delicious options available. We were relieved and delighted to hear such positive feedback from our kosher guests.
The bartenders were quick and professional, serving up cocktails that everyone enjoyed.
Overall, Mazzone Hospitality exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a catering service that delivers excellent food and outstanding service, look no further! Highly recommend!

Above & Beyond Service That Will Blow You Away

BLOWN away by Mazzone, who made our wedding day one out of a fairytale.

Day of the wedding, the Mazzone staff anticipated every need, with water in hand to keep us hydrated, and delicious goodies set aside just for us.

There were so many compliments on the food, cake (the almond and raspberry was outstanding), service, and drinks. Most importantly, our coordinators Olivia and Shana helped us every step of the way from hire to he day of, responding at lightning speed to every question and request. I promise you, booking Mazzone will be the best decision you'll make!

Delicious and Plentiful

We had a wonderful wedding meal, coupled with amazing drinks and appetizers aplenty! Our whole day was made to be very special by picking and choosing food that we loved, and it truly paid off. We had lots of amazing food options, and plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions, and all for truly a great price for everything we got! We wish we could eat/drink some things from our wedding day, every day!

Mazzone's did it all!

Booking Mazzone Hospitality was the right move! They were professional, easy to work and coordinate with, and the food was unbelievable. We had a super fun and delicious tasting day several months before our wedding, which really helped to get a feel for the chefs’ amazing talent and solidify our menu. We had some awesome hors d'oeuvres followed by the statler chicken, short rib, and eggplant parmesan entrees which were all prepared beautifully. The bartenders aced 3 different signature drinks for us to make our night so personalized. The Mazzone’s team had never worked at our venue before (ADK Camp in Putnam Station, NY) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The whole team was great- between communicating and planning for months with Abby, coordinating with Jordan and Natalie throughout our wedding, and experiencing the excellent service, fun nature, and smiling faces of the rest of the staff, we couldn’t be happier with how our event turned out. We even had a staff member join us in a dance off as he helped to clean a spilled drink late-night!

Big Italian Family's are tough to impress-- they exceeded impressive

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Glen Sanders on 10/13/23. One of the features of this venue that secured our decision, was the convenience factor. We had approximately 210 guests attend and being able to get ready in the bridal suites and man cave, host the ceremony, reception/cocktail hour, afterparty AND accommodate lodging for our bridal parties + families (17 people), made things much more streamlined. In addition, since Mazzone owns the venue, having them cater the food allowed us to “bundle” the costs of food, alcohol and venue. This is a beautiful venue as well. They took measures to make sure their landscaping and outward/inward appearance were perfect, prior to the wedding.
Preparations- once we had chosen Glen Sanders as our venue, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie R as our sales planner. I can’t convey enough how helpful she was throughout the entire process, prior to the wedding. She helped us choose our menu based on a target per head price and customize it as requested, coordinate and organize all details regarding the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, coordinate with some of our vendors, but most importantly answered every question we had with patience, speed and effectiveness. She was incredibly organized and it helped keep track of the million details at play.
Day of- In addition Glen Sanders provides an event manager, who helps with the setup of all décor, the rehearsal, coordinating background details for event staff, facilitated progression of bridal party on the day of for pics/introductions/processions/etc. We worked with Leslie P, who has a wealth of knowledge about everything Glen Sanders, having worked there for 20+ years. She was thorough, present, patient, pleasant and helpful, with everything the day prior to and the day of the wedding.
Lastly Glen Sanders ALSO provides a day of attendant, we worked with Maki. Maki also has a wealth of knowledge regarding bustling dresses and the inner workings of weddings at Glen Sanders. She served to assist with anything my husband or I needed throughout the day of the wedding. This included bustling my dress as well as fluffing it, holding flowers and my dress during picture changes, getting us food/drinks, and much more. Maki was an absolute sweetheart as well and made things go incredibly smoothly.
Food- coming from an enormous Italian family, it was essential that the food was tasty. We had the 3 stations and 3 hand passed bites- all delicious and replenished throughout cocktail hour. People loved the dinners as well as the cake!
Lodging- we worked with Jennifer for lodging at GSM and she was incredibly helpful. We made so many changes throughout and she was accommodating throughout! In addition, the rooms were reasonably priced and spacious/beautiful/ very clean. They have an awesome breakfast nook to curb the hangover the following morning 😊.

Hospitality at its finest!

We were the LAST couple to get married at 90 State Events!

My husband and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with our experience with Mazzone!

From the beginning, Shana and Olivia were upbeat, friendly and responsive!

They made the process effortless and we knew we were in good hands, but on the day of our wedding THEY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!

They worked fabulously with my amazing wedding planner, Kelly from The Main Event by Kelly to ensure our vision was BROUGHT TO LIFE!

In our song, “Die a Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett he says “If I never get to see the Northern Lights I could Die a Happy Man.”

Therefore, our colors were green and blue to symbolize the Northern Lights. I’ll let the picture speak for itself to see if we nailed it.

Our wedding was seamless and EXACTLY what we wanted!

MAKI (the bridal attendant) IS THE BEST! I needed floss, she had it to me in less than a minute, my dress needed a tide pen, she had it. I needed lip gloss, it was in her hand before I could ask.

Mazzone Hospitality is an amazing TEAM and WORKED as ONE BIG TEAM WITH our amazing VENDORS!

Perfect in Every Way!

Mazzone was wonderful to work with for our wedding at 90 State Events, and we could not have asked for a better experience! With planning our wedding from living several hours away, everyone we worked with was very understanding and accommodating, and their organization made the entire process so easy. From the day we initially visited the venue, we were provided with a tour and detailed packets with the answers to every question you could possibly ask. The tasting event was a great way to narrow down food selections and gather decor ideas! Throughout the planning process, we worked with Victoria, Olivia, and Shana, in which all were extremely responsive and helpful in answering our (many) questions. They were very organized and helped make sure all details were accounted for. They were also very flexible and willing to make adjustments in the menu, order of events, etc to give us the experience we were looking for in our wedding reception. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing and they handled every detail from set up and break down, decorating (including setting out our DIY centerpieces), running the entire event, and ensuring we and our guests enjoyed ourselves. We even had a bridal attendant to ensure the bridal party was taken care of. The food and beverages were amazing, from the passed hors d'oeuvres, 3 main dish options, wedding cake, and cookie table. We received so many compliments, plus they allowed us to take home leftovers. The service throughout the reception was wonderful. Overall, Mazzone provided the best experience we could have imagined and we highly recommend!

Best decision of our Wedding Day

My husband and I chose to have our wedding at the gorgeous Glen Sanders Mansion, which Mazzone Hospitality owns. Mazzone constantly provides the absolute best in every aspect of its company. From food & drinks to any of its employees, you can expect the best in the business. From day one, planning our wedding was made easier due to each person that we worked with. Leslie and Katie was incredible and helped give my husband and I everything we could have ever dreamed of having in our wedding day. I would HIGHLY recommend using Mazzone Hospitality at any of their locations if you want the most well planned, organized, and stress free wedding day.

Delicious!

Okay, try number FIVE since my review keeps getting removed when the app refreshes. I’m dedicated to posting this review because they were that good!

We absolutely loved our experience with Mazzone catering. We worked closely with our wedding planner, Paula admit, and Amy and Ellie over the course of planning our wedding and rehearsal meal. Our wedding was at the Sablewood and our rehearsal was at the Glen Sanders mansion. We also did a tasting and it was delicious, I definitely recommend.

The day of, I had a personal attendant named Tamara and she was absolutely incredible!!!!! She did everything from serving food to helping pin my dress and was thoughtful and kind. It definitely was a nice touch.

For our rehearsal dinner we had passed hors d’oeuvres and a buffet with spinach and artichoke dip. We had a farmstand salad, which was a big hit. We also had a buffet for our main meal and the most popular dish was the chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes- so good. For dessert we had a s’mores bar and cobbler; it was incredible.

For day of lunch for the bridal party, we had sandwiches, pasta salad, and chips. The bridal party and parents absolutely loved this! We had mimosas and mine was a cranberry mix that was beautiful and delicious (bonus, I managed not to spill on my dress once I was in it).

For our wedding, we had a hard roll and a Caesar salad, followed by one of three mains: filet mignon, lamb osso buco, and carrot spaetzle. Of course, as the bride and groom we got a sampling of all three and by a sampling I mean all three meals. My husband is a big eater and he ordered a second fillet mignon day of, which of course they had on hand (they’re super prepared!). We also wanted all of our vendors to have the same meal as our guests and Mazzone was very accommodating. for dessert we had cake, it was gorgeous, and it was a red velvet cake with raspberry mousse filling and buttercream icing. We also had a s’mores bar by the fire and a late night doughboy station.

We did two signature cocktails the first was a Diet Coke with whiskey and lime and the second was a blue Mojito with curaçao. There’s a story as to why the diet Coke with whiskey and lime was pretty simple (it had nothing to do with Mazzone), but I won’t digress. Mazzone managed to put together two different but similar versions of our signature cocktails for the rehearsal and for the wedding. This kept it fun and also allowed the the bridal party to have a surprise on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were brought both versions on both days by Mazzone staff. I will say as someone who doesn’t drink very much, I relied on our guests’ feedback which was wholly positive. I will say as an observer, the bartenders had a very strong pour, which was appreciated by all.

My brother, the man of honor, managed to get all the leftovers because he was obsessed with the food. He had it a few days later and said it was still delicious. I might not recommend doing that, but oh well.

We saved the top layer of the cake and it was gorgeous. It wasn’t iced how we
envisioned, but it ended up looking better that way so no complaints here! (We wanted minimalistic icing showing the cake on the outside, but they did a full icing instead and it looked really good. Best Decision for Our Wedding

We worked with Mazzone Hospitality at their Courtyard Marriott - Lake George location for our wedding reception. The experience with Mazzone was almost too good to be true, but it was true!! From the start, everyone we talked to was kind, attentive, and super helpful. Being given a contact person for all things related to our wedding was invaluable. I had a million questions, and every email I sent was responded to promptly and with friendliness. Every piece of the process with Mazzone was enjoyable, from the group tasting event we were able to share with our family to the final planning meeting the week of the wedding. On that final meeting, we were done in just a few minutes because the Mazzone Team had everything in hand, and we didn't have to do anything. They were reassuring and competent, giving me the confidence that everything would go smoothly, which indeed it did! The time management, the attentiveness, and the service on the actual day was invaluable. Without Mazzone, the night wouldn't have been nearly as great. They handled everything that came their way without missing a beat. And their personal couple attendant made sure my husband and I didn't want for anything for the whole night. In terms of their catering services, the food and drinks were perfect, the plated service smooth and efficient, and the cake was to die for! We couldn't have made a better decision than choosing Mazzone Hospitality for our special day!

Fantastic food and service

When beginning to plan our wedding, we wanted to make sure that the food and drink were top notch. Having been to some of the Mazzone restaurants, it was a no-brainer to look at venues catered by Mazzone. We booked our wedding at the Hall of Springs and we were not disappointed--and neither were our guests! The food was simply amazing and what you would expect from a restaurant. We had so many options to select from for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. Guests continue to compliment the food they had, saying it was the best wedding food they have had. I would absolutely recommend Mazzone catering.

Mazzone: Wedding Caterer

Multiple people recommended hiring Mazzone for our wedding caterer, and it was very clear why. The food was wonderful - my favorites were the Steak Crostini, Duck Quesadilla, Butternut Squash Ravioli (we had this as our first course instead of salad - highly recommend), and Empanadas. Due to our COVID postponement, we were assigned 4 different coordinators throughout our wedding planning process - Kinley was our last/final coordinator and she was a life saver. Her calm & collected demeanor was exactly what I needed. She is so friendly and has her shit together and I loved it. Jordan was our day of coordinator, and we hadn't met him before our wedding day, but we immediately connected with him. He is so wonderful at his job, he puts the couple at ease, and handles everything like a boss. Can't recommend Kinley and Jordan enough - they made our wedding day run so smoothly.

Best wedding food ever!

I feel so lucky to have worked with this company. My husband’s family owns a catering business in our home state of New Hampshire – so when it came time to finding our food vendor for the wedding, we were a little bit more particular. When I tell you that Mazzone’s CRUSHED it – I truly mean that. Our friends and family are still talking about how good the food was at the wedding – no one left hungry, I can promise you that. They are incredibly thoughtful and made the entire night so easy. If you are looking to have really good food at your event, you have come to the right place!

Best food for a wedding

We got married at Glen sanders mansion and so mazzone catered it. It was so delicious! We can’t tell you how many people came up to us during and after the wedding and told us how good the food was, and that it was the best compared to other weddings. We sadly didn’t get to eat our entire meal, due to nerves and being pulled for more photos. But hands down best there is! We had signature cocktails and Mocktails that were delicious. And the cake was included in our package too.

Amazing service!

Mazzone was fantastic to work with from the first point of contact through the end of our wedding night. The communication that we received made us feel like we were always kept in the loop. The food, beverages, and SERVICE were above and beyond. In a venue where we brought in all our vendors, Mazzone truly made our event flow flawlessly. Their attention to detail prior to our wedding, allowed us to sit back and enjoy every moment of our day knowing that they had everything organized and taken care of! Mazzone made us feel special, and all the employees on the day-of were genuinely excited for us on our wedding day. We cannot say enough good things about Mazzone and would recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking to hire a caterer that will provide outstanding service. All of the food served during cocktail hour and the reception was delicious and had our guests raving! Delicious Food

Selecting the caterer for our wedding reception was the easiest decision we had to make. From previous weddings we have attended we knew that Mazzone was the only choice for us. Mazzone does a fantastic job and all of their food is so delicious. The appetizer station they create is second to none, and all of our guests are still raving about the beef short rib dinner. For our signature drink they made us a strawberry moscow mule and we figured they would add a syrup to make the strawberry flavor but no! They took the time and muddled the strawberries on the spot for each individual drink and it was absolutely delicious!! Everyone loved our cake and the italian dolce station. We couldn’t possibly imagine waiting an entire year to wait to eat our cake topper and ended up eating half the following week! We are so happy with all of the food and service, and believe that anyone looking to host a wedding should go with Mazzone for their catering!

Excellent Service

Mazzone is top-notch. We had to postpone a year due to covid and Mazzone honored our original pricing without hesitation. They are a well-run organization. The set-up/breakdown is done effortlessly. They know the National Dance Museum Venue extremely well and ran a flawless event. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with - from beginning to end. We had Amy assisting us throughout and Maryanne the night of our wedding - both women are lovely and professional.
The food was excellent - all our guests raved about the pan-seared filet mignon and the Chilean sea bass as well as the food at the cocktail hour. The lamb-chop appetizer was a crowd favorite.
The servers were attentive and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with the whole crew and our experience with Mazzone was outstanding. We would highly recommend.

Exceptional

Mazzone was with us from day one when we had a different venue originally picked out. Unfortunately that venue closed after we had to postpone due to Covid. Mazzone helped us transition seamlessly to another one of their venues, the Glen Sanders Mansion. They have an incredible selection for food and we chose to have stations so no one felt stuck in their seats! Our guests raved about the food, it was all SO delicious! Mazzone took care of everything from setting up my 100 DIYs to make it as gorgeous as possible, to making sure my Nan was taking care of, to ensuring I always had a drink in my hand. Genuinely thankful that we chose their service, it was phenomenal. When I get some professional photos back I will post them!

No Brainer!!

Mazzone has the STELLAR reputation it has because time after time they DELIVER! Their staff is incredible and true professionals from start to finish. They provide ABOVE AND BEYOND service in all aspects: custom menus filled with so many options, responsive to sudden adjustments/changes, presentation and most importantly, TASTE! We can't say enough about how delicious the food was at our wedding. Our guests RAVED over the food and we even received a few phone calls after the wedding from guests wondering where we got our wedding catered! Definitely recommend- you won't be disappointed!!

Amazing Food at GSM

Mazzone handled all of the food for our wedding at Glen Sanders Mansion. Cocktail hour food and drinks were beautifully displayed, delicious, and constantly refilled. Our dinner service was fantastic, attentive waiters and all of the meals were fabulous. Every filet was perfectly seasoned and medium rare, the salmon was delicious, and people are still raving about the butternut squash ravioli. Each meal was served on time and hot, and there was not a single hiccup all night.

Best vendor ever

Choosing Mazzone to do the catering for our wedding was above and beyond the best choice we made. From the very beginning, Amanda, our designated coordinator, was extremely detailed and ALWAYS available. She calmed my wedding worries more than a few times, and helped me prepare for things I would have never thought of. Leading up to the day, Amanda was in touch with all my other vendors coordinating the day. I felt completely prepared going into the day knowing I had Mazzone coming! And best of all, our wedding day could NOT have been more perfect, with amazing food (yes- we actually ate as the Bride and Groom, thank you Shana!!) and we absolutely could not have done it without Mazzone! Their wedding coordination, high level of professionalism and responsiveness is unparalleled in the wedding industry. Thank you so so much! Special shout out to Amanda T for everything

Absolute best catering company - professional staff, great food, and our day was made easy!

From the beginning, there was no other option but Mazzone Catering. They are simply the best in the industry and worth every penny. They're more than just a catering company, they were there every step of the way and made our day so special. Amanda Trackey is such a rock star and was awesome to work with. She was professional, responsive, fun, and so sweet. She went out of her way to make our day so special. We received so many compliments after our wedding on how great the food was, the decor, and the staff at the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Mazzone Catering!

Highly Recommended and Didn't Disappoint!

Mazzone's catering came highly recommended to us through our wedding planners. We found them to be very professional, helpful, and great with communication.

I attended the tasting with my daughter and her fiance. Our point person was present and prepared to answer all of our questions while the food we tried was varied and delicious; I left the evening fully convinced we would be in good hands on the "big day." On the day of the wedding, Mazzone's catered the cocktail hour and provided wait-staff who tended to the specific needs of the bride and groom as well as both sets of parents. The dinner was served in an organized and timely fashion and, to our knowledge, all special needs were successfully met. All the tables were beautifully decorated and the food was delicious! Everything from the bar to the cake was just as we had hoped.

Our wedding weekend ended with a "Farewell Brunch" on Sunday morning at the Marriott Courtyard Lake George where Shana Dicocco was our contact. The Marriott crew did a great job with this event as well. The tables were cheerfully set and the food choices offered on the breakfast buffet seemed to provide something for everyone.

Absolutely exceptional, professional in every way

If you are looking for a caterer for your special day, or any event for that matter, choose Mazzone's.

After our initial meeting with Sarah, we knew that Mazzone's was the way to go for our wedding at the Canfield Casino. They know that place like the back of their hand. Sarah was there every step of the way leading up to our big day, answering our questions (no matter how small), reassuring our decisions, offering advice and making us feel like we were her top priority.

This was mirrored once we met our day of coordinator, Marianne - who is an absolute rockstar. On the day of our wedding, Marianne went above and beyond to make sure our day was just the way we wanted. There were last minute requests and they were handled before I could even finish my thought.

Our bridal attendant for the day, Ruthie, met me in the bus when I arrived and immediately put any nerves I had at ease. She was by my side the entire day, holding flowers, bringing my husband and I drinks, cleaning off my nephews shoe (like what!), helped bustle my dress...the list goes on.

The food/service - unbelievable. Not one person had a single bad thing to say. Safe to say - the best food we've had at a wedding. Entire staff - wait staff and bar, were super kind and attentive to our guests.

So to sum it up - we had a truly exceptional team. We couldn't be happier with our choice with Mazzones and can't thank them enough for everything they did for us.

So Much Delicious Food!

Mazzone Hospitality really exceeded our expectations! Amy, Alex, Lucien, and the Mazzone team were so wonderful. They were super easy to work with during the planning process, and they truly understood and carried out our vision leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Aside from the logistics of it all, the food was incredible. We're still getting rave reviews about the hot Italian station, the filet mignon entree, and the vegetarian entree (a butternut squash rigatoni that my husband and I loved so much that we recreated the dish when we got home from our mini-moon). My parents, who were worried about us having enough food for our very opinionated Italian family, were really impressed with the amount of food and the quality of everything. My husband and I would 100% recommend Mazzone - not only is the food incredible, but they really go out of their way to treat you well, keep you fed on your wedding day, and carry out a perfect event!

I feel so lucky that Mazzone was already connected to the venue that we chose! I cannot imagine having a wedding without their expertise. Shana, at the Courtyard Lake George was an expert advisor, cheerleader, and wedding planning professional throughout the entire process. The day-of staff members were flawless coaches and took amazing care of us. By the end, we felt like family.

Nothing but the best!

We had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Amanda, Sean and the incredible team at Mazzone Catering! To say the entire experience was flawless is a true understatement! We walked into the partnership unsure of what we envisioned, and were immediately met with enthusiasm and flexibility that helped us build the perfect menu, bar and food! Execution the day of was the obvious result of hard work, expertise and a genuine love of what they are known so well for - excellence in craft! Still speechless, and receiving rave reviews from our family and friends...from the pierogis and milkshakes to the specialty cocktails themed after our pets, Amanda and the Mazzone team made it happen! Absolutely Amazing

Gosh, it’s hard to put into words just how truly amazing the Mazzone staff is. From the planning process, to the day of coordination we felt like we won the lottery. By far these best service money can buy!

Grandmas Sunday Dinner

We wanted our wedding to feel like you were at grandmas house. All the Italian homemade food. Mazzone NAILED IT! We cannot rave about them more. They were absolutely accommodating and made all our Italian dreams come true!

Great Food, Seamless process, Lovely Team

I used Mazzone Catering for my wedding at Stonewall Estate in June 2019- I cannot say enough great things about their Mazzone and their team! My husband and I were so pleased with the whole planning process. From the beginning, our offsite event manager (Amy) was so helpful from top to bottom- even with details that didn't necessarily involve catering! She wanted to make sure everything was perfect and it was (we were out of state so this was even more of a challenge)! She was even there to meet us during our tasting (which they provided SO much great food and almost all of the cake options)

Lucien, our on-site manager for the day of the wedding was knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole night. The staff at the wedding were all so happy and kind. The venue couldn't stop talking about how easy and seamless their set up/clean up process was! They are definitely a team that is welcome back in the future. I would choose these guys over and over again, no doubt!

Great Experience from start to finish

Amy, Lucian, Bryan, Tim, Cassie, Alex and Shawn stand out as making the day so special for our daughter and son-in-law . The food was delicious from the cocktail hour to the dinner to the desserts and “after food’. They worked very hard to make everything perfect. We had 271 guests with a sit down dinner and I heard consistent feedback that the food was hot and delicious! There were 4 different entree options and they served without a hitch. They were very flexible and catered to us during the planning process. I give them 5 plus stars!

Amazing Food and Great Customer Service

One of the best caterers out there. I have been planning with them for the past year and my original event planner left mid way. I was a little hesitant at first because of the change. Shana made me feel comfortable and she made sure she went above and beyond to accommodate. If nobody else I had my wishes on their list, Shana did. I really appreciate them for making sure the food was great and everything was running smoothly. Their staff was also exceptional. I highly recommend them. For the price I paid, I got plenty and more than I asked for. I also received nothing but great comments from my guest.

We are so happy that we booked Mazzone Hospitality for our wedding on 6/23/2018 at the NYS Museum. They were amazing to work with from start to finish, and they did everything possible to make our reception run seamlessly. We worked with Amy leading up to the wedding, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. She and the team at Mazzone were very accommodating, and always had thorough answers and solutions for any questions or requests we had throughout the planning process. Kayla was the event manager on the day of our wedding, and she was also incredible. She was very knowledgable and she made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. She was so kind, and consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Our experience with both Amy and Kayla was so wonderful, and it is a testament to the excellent service Mazzone provides.

Mazzone’s food was delicious, and the servers did an amazing job of making sure everything came out hot and quickly. We had a lot of guests (258), and they made sure to have enough servers and food going around at cocktail hour so that everyone had a chance to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres. We had a 6:30 p.m. start time for the reception after the cocktail hour, and we really wanted all guests to be done with dinner at 8 p.m. Mazzone was so accommodating and got all of the delicious food out very efficiently allowing us to start the dancing right at 8 as we wanted.

The bartenders were amazing, and there was rarely ever a line at any of the bars. The expert planners at Mazzone like Amy and Kayla are so good at helping you come up with a perfect layout that makes sense for your guest count. Additionally, the cake they provided was delicious and beautiful. Mazzone did such a great job with all aspects of the catering for our wedding, and we are so grateful for their services!

We had our wedding at the Courtyard Marriott in Lake George, which is a Mazzone exclusive property. Our planner Cassandra was amazing -- and helped us through the whole planning process. We had to change our date due to a cancer diagnosis in our family, and she was so supportive and helpful that we were not stressed by any wedding details. The event spaces are beautiful, the staff is incredible, and the food was on point!

Mazzone Catering at Hall of Springs was PHENOMENAL! The cocktail hour alone was one of the things that I really wanted and looked forward to, and it did not disappoint! Guests are still raving about how good the food was! Everything was timely, cooked perfectly, and was delicious! Our grand tasting event also was something that was unique and a great way to get to not only sample all of the delicious foods, but also get a feel for what an event would be like in our reception space!

Mazzone has a well known reputation and they certainly lived up to it. They catered my 140 guest wedding at Saratoga National. I had high expectations and they lived up to those expectations. My guests were amazed by not only the taste and consistent quality of the food, but the amount and variety provided. The meals were not your typical wedding dinners. Many of my guests said hands down, best food they've had at a wedding. I was very satisfied in hearing that as food was a high priority in my planning.

It may have been the first wedding where the majority of the people also ate their cake. The cake was to die for, as was the dessert bar. (I can't wait to revisit the cake next September) Everything was perfect and delicious!

Being a planner in the wedding industry, I knew before I got engaged that Mazzone was the caterer for me. Their quality and service is by far the best in the business. Every single guest made comments about not only the food, but the hospitality and service. My husband and I could not be more happy with our experience with Mazzone's catering. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. We started working with Jen and then Cassie became our head planner. She was extremely detail oriented and responsive to our questions and asks! The day of, all the staff went above and beyond, and it did not go un-noticed. All the guests (and us!) could not get over how great the staff was, how beautiful the set up was and they can't stop raving about the food. My Husband and I met with multiple vendors and caterers Mazzone’s was the one that stood out to us form the first meeting. As an organization, they made us feel heard and were willing to work with us on every detail. Leading up to the big day we felt confident that they had everything under control and that all the details were in order. That being said our expectations were exceeded. From the moment, they arrived I felt I had support every second of my big day. I didn't have any stress because before I was giving the chance to worry about something they were solving or offering a solution. The staff was absolutely incredible and words can’t express how great they were during the entire event… Our guests are still talking about how spectacular the food and service was.

WOW. There are not enough wonderful things I could say about Mazzone's. At first, I was slightly concerned that the price point is a little higher than other caterers- but let. me. tell. you. - They are amazing! Simply world class. The food was delicious! People keep telling me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Mazzone's goes way past good food though. Amy, Cassie, Sean, and Maggie are a few that really stand out to us. Prior to the wedding- they are very easy to contact and communicate with. I am in school and they were very patient with my random times to communicate- thank you Amy & Cassie. They really work with you to create the day you are envisioning with such attention to detail. The tasting was so fun too! On the day of... oh my! They work their butt off. Our day of manager, Sean... solved many day of "crisises" (that had nothing to do with them). Just so helpful and extremely professional. Maggie...an angel sent from the heavens. She helped with everything and anything. She made sure the party was comfortable and fed. Really- I can't believe I even looked anywhere else for a caterer. Book them now. :)

Choosing Mazzone was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! The service we received throughout the entire planning process was incredible. We had the pleasure of working with Angelica throughout our planning. She was always available for advice and to answer any of our questions. The day of our wedding was perfect. We were lucky to have Marianne as our day of coordinator! She made sure that everything went smoothly. Marianne took care of every little detail and any last minute issues that popped up that day. We also had Pam as our bridal attendant, who assured that we all had a great reception. Overall, our experience with Mazzone was amazing!

Mazzone was the recommended caterer for our venue and after using them I can see why. They didn't just do food but went above in beyond in providing a personal bridal attendant, solving any issues with rentals that came up days prior, planning a timeline, you name it they did it! Attention to detail was incredible as they did a site walk through (which was about 1.5 hours away from office) TWICE before the wedding. Talking through different scenarios and making sure the day would unfold the way we envisioned it. If anything went wrong that day I wouldn't know as they took care of it. The money spent on a catering and beverage package with them was well worth every penny. If I knew the service we were getting was this good I would have been willing to pay more. Hire them - you won't regret it! and the food will be delicious and presented beautifully.

Jen Grogan and the Mazzone Hospitality team provided professional service from my initial consultation through the post-wedding debrief. They are the Capital Region's premiere catering group for a reason. They have the staff and experience to tackle any challenge. For example, my full flip transition from ceremony to reception happened quickly and seamlessly. Also, during our meal tasting, we offered many alternative design recommendations, exchanged appetizer and main dishes, and collaborated on entirely new meals. We did not have a second tasting, but Mazzone did its own "tasting" to ensure that the new entrees matched our preferences and sent us pictures. We offered some suggestions by e-mail. The resulting meal was excellent and stylized to what we had discussed. That level of care and attention really speaks highly of the team and why I would suggest them to future couples.

There simply is no other choice for wedding catering, Mazzone is the absolute best. They were our coaches, our guides, our friends, and more throughout the entire process. They welcome you like family and truly understand that a wedding is an emotional process that needs professional, thoughtful interactions. As the bride, they treated me like royalty. But what's more meaningful is that they went above and beyond and saw how important it was for the whole family to feel special on the wedding night as they helped my Dad fix a button on his tux, helped my grandmother get comfortable, and more. When I took a step back during our reception and looked out into the room I felt like it was a dream. Our wedding was magical thanks to the efforts of many vendors, but Mazzone was absolutely the team that made it all possible.

Magazine is top notch, I cannot be more thrilled with how my wedding went, I have told everyone it was the most PERFECT day ever and I owe most of that to Mazzone. They were on top of every detail from the first meeting straight to the very end! We had started with one event manager and got transferred to another when the original took a new position within Mazzone and the change was completely seamless. At our meeting a few days before the wedding with Marianne, I knew right then there would be no issues, she had everything you could think of taken care of. From the moment I arrived at the Canfield Casino for our reception, I didn't have to think about anything but having fun and enjoying myself. Marianne and Pam made sure that we were well fed and drinks were full all night for both us, our families and bridal party. I've been telling people all week, all the people that told me I wouldn't have time to eat or drink at my wedding never had Mazzone cater it!! I seriously can't say enough good things, they were AMAZING and I would recommend them to anyone!

Mazzone's is a 1 stop shop when it comes to your wedding catering needs! I cannot explain how grateful and happy we are with their service. Our guests raved about not only the food, but the wait and bar staff. Our bridal attendant and day of coordinator were amazing and kept everything on the timeline. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a flawless wedding day.

From the customer service to the amazing food, Mazzone is the BEST in the business. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was from the appetizers to the entrees to the cake and ice cream bar! Emily, Maryanne, and Jordan are truly a godsend! From the moment we met with Emily, she made us feel extremely comfortable, talking us through all of our options and answering each of our questions. Maryanne was our experienced day-of coordinator that never missed a beat! She decorated our venue beautifully and kept the entire timeline moving as we requested. Also, she went out and bought me my own Moscow Mule mug for my "drink of choice"! Jordan was the BEST waiter I have ever met. The second my husband and I even thought of wanting something, Jordan would make an appearance asking if we needed anything. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making our wedding day dreams come true!

Mazzone is simply amazing! Our reception was held at the Canfield Casino and not only did the make amazing food, but they took care of every detail from the schedule to decoration details. They are truly full service. We were able to attend a complimentary tasting where we took notes on each course of our meal and try everything. They custom made a few dishes for us and everyone simply raved about the food! Our personal attendant was amazing and always ready with anything we needed. Mary Ann was our day of coordinator and she was outstanding. Everything looked and felt perfect!

When you see the dedication they bring day after day it's an easy decision to hire them!

Our guests simply cannot stop raving about our food. It's not often that you go to a wedding an remember the food (at least in my experience). So we are beyond pleased to hear everything was exceptional. We've heard how delicious the cocktail hour was and how the food was endless, along with amazing entrees. We also decided to do a late night nosh station with sliders and have heard nothing but great compliments on that as well. I would suggest Mazzone Catering to anyone who is looking for amazing food and exceptional staff.

Mazzone Catering did an amazing job for my daughter's December, 2016 wedding at the Canfield Casino. I did a lot of homework with many vendors, and hands down, Mazzone was the greatest value. They handled every last detail, the food was fabulous and amazing, and the day of staff and service just perfect. I wish I could go back and do it all over again! My daughter and I have already recommended them to her friends who are getting married, and if I had another wedding to plan, I would not hesitate to hire them again. They were wonderful.

Mazzone Hospitality helped to make our wedding day perfect. We were married at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga but we did most of our planning from Northern California. Phone calls, emails, and text made communication and planning very easy. On the day of the event there was nothing to worry about and their service was extraordinary. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors and their organization really helped to eliminate any unneeded stress. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone raved about it during the following weeks. They had a great selections, tons of options and were willing to make changes to help suit our individual tastes and preferences. I can't imagine anything that they could of done better.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Mazzone Catering and Hospitality. I am sure we robbed them because we GOT EVERYTHING and THEN BEYOND from them for nearly nothing. They are not caterers. They are angels!!! Each vendor of ours even came to us and told us how lucky we were to have Mazzone cater our wedding, and how they have never seen such a perfectly fueled machine. OOh they were fantastic. They dealt with my crazy antics and mood swings. There was never a moment that I needed anything. You do not need a wedding planner when you have Mazzone on your side. SERIOUSLY!! Danielle, Casey, Emily, and Marianne were simply the most incredible women in the world and everytime I think about my wedding I cannot help and smile and think about how they went above and beyond for me!! Danielle and Casey knew I did not eat cake and they went to Ben and Jerry's and bought me ice cream. I mean. COME ON!!! AMAZING!!!! You will not go wrong with Mazzone- this is perfection at its finest.

I have worked with Mazzone in the past for work events so I knew that I had to use them for my big day! Everything was spectacular from the first meeting until the final bite. They were very flexible with my cost effective budget and the fall apple stand for a dessert twist was a big hit! Every table we went around to ask about the food and the service had nothing left on their plates saying it was so delicious! My bridal attendant made sure we never had to go to the bar for a drink and we had a plate of passed appetizers at our table when we sat down. It was such a perfect night and the entire staff from the bartenders, cooks, servers, bridal attendant and most of all our event manager were flawless. I highly recommend Mazzone Catering for your special day!

I was planning my wedding in New York, while living in California. To say mazzones is flexible is an understatement. I wanted the best and they certainly lived up to their reputation. They are absolutely incredible. They know what they are doing from start to finish. My wedding was at an off site location, my family's private property and Mazzones went above and beyond to make sure it became the venue of my dreams. I can't say enough great things about them, it's also why one of my bridesmaids who is getting married next July booked them. Just book them. Amazing! Food is incredible... And they will think of things that you won't when it comes to wedding day details! They'll take care of it!

Mazzone Hospitality is the caterer for our wedding reception venue. Mazzone Hospitality can do no wrong in my book! They are professional, available, accommodating and amazing. Their service is impeccable, food/menu options are to die for and guests will leave full, happy and impressed. My favorite part of Mazzone Hospitality was their willingness to work with us as a couple to meet our needs, interests and most importantly budget. I would recommend Mazzone's Catering time and time again. They really can do no wrong!

Mazzone is simply amazing! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Carol, Suzanne, Maggie, and Vito at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park. They always went above and beyond and everything was perfect the day of our wedding. They made sure our guests were happy, the food was delicious, and the price was within our budget. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day...Maggie even ran all over the hotel to find my veil at the last second to make sure that I was happy and looking perfect for our ceremony! If you're looking for a catering company who will pull out all the stops to make sure your day is more perfect than you could imagine...then Mazzone is the way to go!

My wedding was two years ago and to this day people still comment on how our reception food was the best that they have tasted! We had Mazzone catering and the food was hot, fresh, and the staff was highly professional. We had several dietary needs and they made sure that everyone was completely satisfied. I could go on and on but I highly suggest that you see for yourself by scheduling a tasting. You will not be disappointed because they will exceed your expectations.

We used Mazzone for our wedding at the Glen Sanders Mansion and they were more than we could have every imagined. All anyone could talk about after the reception was how amazing the food was. The presentation was out of this world. From the cocktail hour to the cake everything was simply the best. The amount of options we had to choose from at first seemed a little overwhelming because every dish at our tasting, which was complimentary, was incredible. Once we finally narrowed it down we knew that our day would be perfect....and thanks to Mazzone it was beyond perfect.

Suzie coordinated our rehearsal cocktail hour at Glen Sanders Mansion and she was absolutely incredible. She made sure we did not have to think about anything. We planned our wedding in NY from CA and Suzie made it seem like she was there with us the entire time. She took care of every little detail from suggesting coast saving options to recommending some of her favorite dishes. The night was the rehearsal was so special and all of the people in attendance raved for days about how amazing the food was. At the end of the night, the wait staff wrapped all of the left over food and had it sent up to our suite for us to enjoy later in the evening. We could not have asked for a better experience with Mazzone. They took so much stress out of the planning process and gave us everything and more than we were looking for.

Mazzone is the absolute best caterer you can have for your wedding. I was planning my wedding from out of town, and they made the whole process easy and stress free. The person assigned to my account was very responsive, and willing to take on other tasks to make my life easier. Mazzone is much more than just a caterer. They provided me with a day-of planner and attendant, who were absolutely incredible. Everything went off without a hitch and all the food was delicious. The staff made sure everyone was taken care of, and checked in on not only the bride and groom, but our families and attendants to make sure they had everything they needed. People raved about the food and the service. You can not find a better provider for your wedding.

Mazzone did a truly incredible job catering our wedding at Sixty State Place! Emily was so helpful, sweet and responsive during the entire planning process and Amanda was unbelievable making sure everything ran smoothly day of (and giving me the biggest dance floor possible!). These two ladies are superstars and made our wedding day so special. All of the food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. Mazzone was AMAZING to work with. Everything was perfect on our wedding day. The food was out of this world. It’s been almost 2 weeks since our wedding and our guests are raving about the food. Our "day of" coordinator was a joy to work with.. She had everything under control which allowed my husband and I to relax and enjoy everything on our wedding day. Jen, our wedding manager was great as well. She always responded in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She had great ideas and recommendations that helped the planning process run smoothly. Again, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. There is a reason why Mazzone Catering is an empire: they are simply the best. From our first meeting, we knew that we needed to work with them for our wedding. We met with several catering companies in the area, but Mazzone left us feeling confident in working with them. For true perfection in your day, request to work with Emily Simmons. My father, who can be hard to please, was blown away from our first interaction with Emily. When we met with her at the Hall of Springs, she was kind enough to offer water, tea, or coffee (they're all about hospitality from the second you walk in). My father being the man he is, jokingly said he'd prefer wine. Ten minutes later, a woman showed up with a red and a white wine for my father to choose from. From that moment, everything was seamless. We had ideas for what we wanted, and Emily helped us sift out the ones that just weren't worth the money and others that were good ideas. At our final meeting, Emily surprised us with letting us know she would be on site the day of. Knowing that, there was nothing to stress about.

Someone asked if anything went wrong and to be honest if it did, I never knew, nor will ever know about it. Mazzone Catering is the epitome of hospitality. The food was incredible and no one went home hungry! They are all professional, insightful, and will do everything in their powers to make your wedding dreams come true. Do you know any other company willing and able to get you a full size roasted pig with an apple in it's mouth and glasses over it's eyes carried out for late night nosh all while sparklers are lighting it up??

We had our wedding at Glen Sanders Mansion and the food provided by Mazzone Catering was perfection! The cocktail hour had more choices and food than I've ever seen at any other wedding. For dinner we chose the salmon, short ribs, or butternut squash ravioli and every meal was delicious! The cake not only looked gorgeous, it tasted better than any cake I've ever had. I've been getting rave reviews about both the food and the cake from our guests ever since the wedding. You can't go wrong choosing one of Mazzone Hospitality's many venues for your wedding! I can not say enough about Mazzone Catering. They are amazing and have a wonderful staff
to work with from start to finish. Their food is so delicious it just melts in your mouth.
We used them for both the wedding rehearsal and the wedding at Fasig Tipton. They truly are the

We had our choice of caterers to work with for our wedding at the Saratoga Springs City Center. When it came down to it, Mazzone was the most professional, experienced and offered us the best value. Connie worked with us to customize a package that met our needs and stayed within our budget. They coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and with us. We didn't need to worry about a thing, including facilitating logistics for our ceremony! We could not be happier with how everything turned out ... from the cocktail hour to the dinner to the cake and desserts to the late night nosh station (Late Night Nosh note: Guests told us that the dough boys were even better than the real dough boys on Caroline Street!).

One thing that we very much appreciated was that we were guided throughout the night. We managed to enjoy our entire meal and cake and still dance and go table to table to talk to our guests. We credit the all of the Mazzone employees for making sure that we enjoyed every second of our night.

We are so happy we went with Mazzone and highly recommend to anyone planning an event in the area.

Working with Mazzone was a wonderful experience. Our wedding was off-site, at my parents' property in Charlton. Mazzone's staff turned my childhood backyard into a gorgeous, professional, garden wedding. It felt like we were at a venue! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Jen Grogan was fabulous to work with. All of the guests kept commenting on the delicious food, execution, and little touches. I would highly recommend working with Mazzone! The BEST in the area!!

The epitome of professionalism- this team made my wedding an absolute breeze. The staff were attentive and pleasing. Oh, and the food. OMG the food- mouth watering and such a display! There is no better team to work with in the area than Mazzone Hospitality. Having our rehearsal dinner at Saratoga National and reception at the Hall of Springs, we were treated to their amazing food AND service two nights in a row. We had our wedding at The Hall of Springs in Saratoga. The food and the service provided at our venue by Mazzone Hospitality was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Our wedding coordinator at the Hall, Kevin Sykes, met with us for almost two hours to discuss the perfect selection of food to match our budget. Mazzone Hospitality made our wedding an absolute dream and I recommend them in the highest regard. We worked with Kevin for the initial planning aspects of our Canfield Casino wedding, and he was always responsive, helpful and attentive in all details. He even helped us plan and execute our Rehearsal Dinner at the Hall of Springs. The coordination of the wedding at the Casino was flawless - we worked with Chloe for Event Coordination and Pam as a Bridal Assistant. Both women were so calm, cool, collected and organized. We had a specific vision of what we wanted the wedding to look and feel like, and Chloe understood it and executed it perfectly. She was always 2 steps ahead of everything the entire night - from coordinating the wedding party introductions to encouraging guests to the ballroom to keeping the timeline on track. Meanwhile, Pam always magically appeared by our side and seemed to anticipate our needs before we did - she always had water, lotion, Tide pens, drinks, shoe changes and anything else you could need, on hand. You can tell that she truly loves her job. In addition to the coordination and event planning, the food was fantastic. It was comparable to eating in any of the Mazzone restaurants - everyone was very impressed. Since unfortunately we didn't get to eat too much during the actual wedding, the team was kind enough to box up one of each of the entrees, two bottles of wine and a bottle of champagne for us so we could enjoy together later in the week. Excellent service all around. Thank you!

I can't say how helpful the staff was during my wedding. In the months leading up to the wedding, I had a meeting with an event coordinator and she was unresponsive but I was quickly switched to Emily who took over very well. The day of my wedding, Mazzone was there setting up bright and early. The staff was so freindly and helpful. They let me sneak dessert when they were setting it up, they even brought up extra to our bridal suite. The staff was so helpful during the event and I couldn't have made everything flow together as they did. I learned after the event that one of my guests was having trouble managing her diabetes during dinner and one of the staff members actually took the time and found her a diabetic friendly meal. AMAZING. FRIENDLY. ORGANIZED. They took care of everything and all of my concerns. Love them and will be using them again for catering events.

All you have to do is dream. The motto on the Hall of Springs website is 100% accurate. When we booked our wedding at the hall of springs, my fiancé and I had so many dreams for our wedding. As soon as we started working with Kevin Sykes, I knew that my day would be perfect. I had read on photography blogs that he was the best in the business and that was no exaggeration. He calmly answered hundreds of questions--all my panicked calls and emails were quickly resolved and I felt so confident in the event team at the Hall of Springs. The most amazing thing about working with Kevin is that he treats you like you are his only wedding. He understands and respects all your personal requests and wishes. I truly felt like he wanted to make all our dreams come true. As NYC food snobs, we weren't thrilled about being locked into a caterer for our wedding, but oh my god, the food at our weddings was amazing. We got so many compliments from guests. Everyone kept asking where we found our caterers. They worked with our large wedding and understood all our special needs and numerous dietary restrictions. The night of, everything ran extremely smoothly, the night of staff were exceptional, energized and extremely attentive. Sure, I may have made small requests or adjustments, if I could do it again, but they made sure I was able to enjoy my own wedding and that was priceless. Also, the bridal suite set was amazing. We felt like we were getting the royal treatment with a huge spread of delicious food; it was a unexpected and extremely welcome surprise. The value at Mazzone and the HOS is extremely high and I would recommend them to anyone.

We got married at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga Springs, NY which is operated by Mazzone Hospitality. Our wedding was everything we could ask for and more! The staff was wonderful, very polite and caring, from the time we first looked at the venue till our wedding. We worked with several different people along the way and they were all very well informed of what we had already set up and really helped us set up each step as we went. All of our questions and concerns were always immediately addressed. The day went very smoothly and the staff addressed every issue to the best of their ability, even cleaning the bride's dress when it got a little dirty during photos. The food was amazing! All the guests raved about the venue and how good the food, drinks and overall look was. It really was a perfect day!

Our expectations were beyond exceeded. From the attention to detail during the planning process, the amazing and fun grand tasting, to the event itself. There wasn't a single thing they did not think about or plan for. I was worried near the end about not having a planner, someone to make sure everything came together. We did not need one. The staff on our wedding day couldn't have been more professional, and the entire event went absolutely smooth (and if it didn't, we sure as heck didn't know about it). There was not one thing they could have done better. I cannot stress the value of having Mazzone as our caterer. It was perfection.

Everything was all we wanted and more! The staff, the food, the decor... Our guests are raving about it all! From the first day we visited, to the day of our weddinf, everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Mazzone Hospitality catered our daughter's wedding reception at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs, New York. To say they catered it is a huge understatement. From our first planning meeting to the moment when our last guest left, they took care of every single detail and anticipated every need. They accommodated every request that we made - including some complicated food allergy issues. We recommend them highly and cannot say enough about the quality of service, wonderful food, and attention to detail that they provide.

Mazzone's put my vision of our wedding into reality! Chloe (our event coordinator) was amazing! She was fun and energetic and well put up with my crazy wedding party :). They are there for you the whole night through and make sure you get to enjoy your wedding rather than dealing with all the logistics and formalities. They get the job done, quickly and with class. The food was absolultely amazing they sent us home with each meal so we got to actually taste the food we chose (since we were running around all night) and we got some of our favorite appetizers from cocktail hour that we missed. We had them the next day and they were still awesome. All of my guests have been raving about the service, the special touches such as those bringing drinks to the table, etc.

Mazzone was our venue's exclusive caterer and we couldn't have asked for better service - and more importantly - food! We worked with Kevin from Mazzone throughout our planning process and he is a true professional - from helping coordinate tent rentals to creating a perfect family style menu for our event - he had everything covered. Mazzone goes above and beyond to make your event what you want it to be. Kevin and team were great to work with, and we're still having guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food.

The staff at Mazzone Hospitality were amazing and made sure our wedding went smoothly all night long. The food and service were fantastic and they made our wedding truly a night to remember. We would highly recommend them to any bride and groom out there looking for an excellent caterer!!

We had our wedding at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga Springs, NY and couldn't be happier with Mazzone Hospitality! It was big enough to hold the number of guests we were planning on AND give us the space for the other things we wanted for the day. It was also home of one of our very first dates so we knew it was where we wanted to be married!

We had a vision for what our day would be like and they made that vision become a reality...we couldn't have asked for better! We were supposed to hold our ceremony outside by the reflecting pool, but Mother Nature didn't want to cooperate that day so with an hour to go before the ceremony, we had to move it inside. Within that hour, the staff at Hall of Springs had transformed the ballroom into a beautiful and intimate setting for us to exchange our vows. An hour later, they had it ready to go for a party...and it was a big party with over 275 guests to prepare for. They did an amazing job and the room looked stunning to say the least!

From our very first meeting with the "King of Events", Kevin, to our big day with Marianne and team, we knew we were in the best of hands. We cannot say enough great things about this group...they have a reputation of being the best and they live up to it. We can't thank them enough for making our dream wedding come to life!!

Our wedding guests all agree, as do we, that our wedding reception was the best they ever attended, thanks in no small part to the amazing professionals at Glen Sanders Mansion. The food was abundant and beyond delicious, the service second to none, and from the stunning patios to the beautiful ballroom, and cozy Maquas Lounge, it gave us everything needed to make our wedding spectacular. Glen Sanders Mansion was the perfect place for my wedding reception. Everyone was so organized, professional, and helpful. The food was delicious and there was so much of it! I could not believe how much food there was during cocktail hour. Our guests loved it! Mazzone was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make us happy the day of our wedding. They are extremely flexible and made all of our wishes a reality.
Our banquet manager (Amanda) and attendant (Maki) were amazing! They were so accommodating and kind. They knew what we needed before we even asked!
I highly recommend Glen Sanders Mansion for your wedding!

I just had my wedding reception here this past Sunday, and I am so so happy that we chose SNGC!! All of my guests had an amazing time. The food is fantastic, the service is impeccable, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. I would not have had my wedding reception anywhere else!

A huge thank you to attendants Danielle and Kristi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly!

I highly recommend this venue if you want a perfect reception!
