This was our second experience with Katie O and her team. 10 years ago our oldest daughter was married and we used their services. It was as wonderful then as now! Casey was absolutely invaluable organizing our venue, sourcing photographers, florist, hair and makeup services and beyond. We worked with Casey for our wedding in Manchester, and we cannot say enough positive things! From the second we hired Casey, we breathed a sigh of relief, having full confidence no detail would get overlooked and that we were in great hands. When our ceremony site and cocktail hour location changed hours before our wedding due to weather, neither or us, nor any members of our family were stressed, because we simply knew Casey could handle anything with ease and confidence. From the start, she was on top of contacting and organizing all vendors and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We knew we could reach out with any questions as they arose, and that Casey would not steer us wrong. She is also so enjoyable to be around, kept us laughing and at ease the entire way through, and we credit her with our lack of stress and our ability to simply enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend. At one point, the back of my dress needed a quick repair, and without hesitation, Katie’s team jumped into action and fixed it within minutes. Their calm, capable presence and attention to every detail ensured that the day unfolded exactly as I had envisioned. We truly could not recommend them highly enough.

Katie O and her team were the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Every single member of her team exceeded our expectations. We worked the closes with Abby and she was amazing; she was the reason our wedding ran smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy our day. She even sewed me into my wedding dress when it broke while I was putting it on! The team that was with her on our wedding day went above and beyond with steaming countless dresses and veils, picking up lunch for us and fixing some minor wardrobe malfunctions. If there was ever a problem bigger than that we didn't know about it!

They were able to keep the entire day running smoothly and on-schedule without being overbearing and were so professional and poised. They set up our cocktail hour and reception even more beautifully than I had imagines and were truly the best people to work with. We received so many compliments on them throughout the day and I do not know what I would have done without them! We cannot recommend them enough.

The best of the best!!! I hired Katie and her team for month of coordination for my wedding. We did an initial hour Zoom call and when I hung up, there was no question, I hired her team immediately. Their organization and wedding experience is beyond. They had worked with pretty much every other vendor I used which made things extremely easy when the time came to hand everything over. Not to mention the other vendors were actually relieved when I told them Katie was my coordinator… the DJ and caterer both said to me… “Oh you hired Katie, then we’re good, you’re in the best hands!!!” They could not have been more correct. Katie & her team communicated with the venue, DJ, caterer, rental company, etc so when the weekend came, I was 100% stress-free and was able to just enjoy! They took care of everything down to the littlest details that I would have never even thought about. We also had a couple pretty unique requests that I wasn’t sure were going to happen, but Katie & team made it happen! Abby was my day of coordinator—I absolutely loved working with! She is incredibly professional, kind, and kept everyone on track. I was on a budget so when I say that these ladies are worth every penny, I truly mean! Don’t think twice if you’re planning on hiring a wedding coordinator… act fast, and hire Katie O & team! We couldn’t have done it without them. 😊❤️
