This was our second experience with Katie O and her team. 10 years ago our oldest daughter was married and we used their services. It was as wonderful then as now! We worked with Casey for our wedding in Manchester, and we cannot say enough positive things! From the second we hired Casey, we breathed a sigh of relief, having full confidence no detail would get overlooked and that we were in great hands. When our ceremony site and cocktail hour location changed hours before our wedding due to weather, neither or us, nor any members of our family were stressed, because we simply knew Casey could handle anything with ease and confidence. From the start, she was on top of contacting and organizing all vendors and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We knew we could reach out with any questions as they arose, and that Casey would not steer us wrong. The team navigated so many moving parts behind the scenes, including weather-related planning and keeping everything on schedule, which allowed me to be fully present and stress-free. At one point, the back of my dress needed a quick repair, and without hesitation, Katie’s team jumped into action and fixed it within minutes. Their calm, capable presence and attention to every detail ensured that the day unfolded exactly as I had envisioned. We truly could not recommend them highly enough. -

They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the moment without any stress. Thanks to their expertise, the day ran smoothly, and every detail was exactly as we envisioned. The best of the best!!! I hired Katie and her team for month of coordination for my wedding. We did an initial hour Zoom call and when I hung up, there was no question, I hired her team immediately. Their organization and wedding experience is beyond. They had worked with pretty much every other vendor I used which made things extremely easy when the time came to hand everything over. Not to mention the other vendors were actually relieved when I told them Katie was my coordinator… the DJ and caterer both said to me… “Oh you hired Katie, then we’re good, you’re in the best hands!!!” They could not have been more correct. Katie & her team communicated with the venue, DJ, caterer, rental company, etc so when the weekend came, I was 100% stress-free and was able to just enjoy! They took care of everything down to the littlest details that I would have never even thought about. We also had a couple pretty unique requests that I wasn’t sure were going to happen, but Katie & team made it happen! Abby was my day of coordinator—I absolutely loved working with! She is incredibly professional, kind, and kept everyone on track. I was on a budget so when I say that these ladies are worth every penny, I truly mean! Don’t think twice if you’re planning on hiring a wedding coordinator… act fast, and hire Katie O & team! We couldn’t have done it without them. 😊❤️ -

Truly a wedding planning dream!! They are the kindest, most FUN and professional wedding planners out there. They were hyper organized, had the best ideas, suggested the best vendors and overall made our wedding weekend so so special. We knew we wanted a one-of-a-kind event for a wedding and fell in love with a do it yourself warehouse type wedding venue. It felt like a dream location and a place we could make our own and we remember thinking it will only be possible with Katie O' Events. And after so many months of time and planning, they executed this dream and concept flawlessly.
Throughout the planning process Katie and Casey were the backbone to this day. They kept us on track and focused. They researched and found the most obscure vendors that we wanted (i.e. a fire breather!) They answered every question we had giving the best advice from their wealth of experience. They worked with us to design and make two themed lounges to hang out by the bar come alive. And as it got closer to the day and the stress of it all really increased, they were the calmest and most energetic leaders making sure we didn't lose a beat. We looked forward to their update calls as they made the process somehow fun and less of discussing a very long and overwhelming to do list. Towards the end, my neurotic self would ask 1000 questions stressing about every detail, and I got the quickest answers back always with a "on it" "or already handled". They just made it so much easier.
Day of the wedding, I remember thinking how is this all going to be ready. The two had quite the undertaking coordinating with well over 15 vendors. They worked tirelessly with our venue to build the very detailed themed lounges. Yet they still had time to come in to check on both of us often, answering questions, solving all of our last minute problems with the cheeriest attitude. They were the ultimate hype people throughout the day. It made the day just so easy and let us concentrate on having the best time and living in the moment.
Hiring Katie O' Events was one of our greatest decisions for this wedding. They made our crazy concept come alive and people are still talking about the day. They did not miss one detail. We can't say enough good things about this company. 100% worth hiring them! -

We hired KOWE for full service planning of our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. Katie and her team made the whole process of planning our wedding seamless and stress free. From the moment we first met with Katie, she made us feel like we were in good hands. She listened to our vision for the wedding and she absolutely exceeded our expectations in making it a reality.
We put our full trust in Katie and her team for almost every aspect of our wedding. In fact, being from out of state, we had never seen our venue in person until a couple months before our wedding. Katie’s experience gave us full confidence that everything was going to have the look and vibe we wanted. She gave us recommendations for all our vendors and each one we chose was perfect. It was reassuring to hear how many vendors love working with KOWE and how respected KOWE is throughout the industry. It’s impossible to list everything Katie did because she took care of everything from start to finish, and I can’t imagine trying to coordinate all the vendors and timelines without Katie.
Throughout the planning process, Katie and Casey were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. They are extremely organized and made sure that everything was taken care of, down to the smallest detail.
On the day of the wedding, the KOWE team kept everything running smoothly and on time so both of us and our family and friends could enjoy the day to the fullest. Katie and her team even boxed up all of our stuff at the venue and brought it to our hotel room at the end of the night. We can’t thank Katie and her team enough for all the hard work they put in to make our day perfect. Do yourselves a favor and hire KOWE for your wedding - you will not regret it! -

Beyond Fabulous
Katie O'Weddings & Events is the very best team there is. So personal, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, beautiful etc. etc. I could go on and on. We would not have celebrated a three day Wedding Weekend without them. Our wedding weekend had complicated logistics and an enormous wedding party. The windy cool weather was not our best friend either, but this team made everything perfect and allowed my daughter and I to enjoy every single minute.
My daughter had said from the very beginning she needed me to stay calm and enjoy the day. Katie and Casey BOTH MADE THAT POSSIBLE!!!!! I could not have enjoyed the entire wedding more!!!! She also shared , " Mom, there is NOTHING I would have changed. It was perfect in every way, and just what I wanted." Well, that sums it up, and made my heart soar. Katie and Casey made that happen.
In addition to all, of the conference calls, recommendations and wedding day coordination, you picked up Cow Cookies, stuffed and delivered welcome bags. You found shoes and a bow tie at the last minute. Katie, you drove a golf cart and transported my sister from the ceremony to the cocktail tent. Casey, you got my flat blue shoes at the end of night, when my feet were tired. What team does those incredibly kind and personal things? YOU DO!! Lastly, you then delivered chocolates and the guest book to the Farewell Brunch so that more people could enjoy and sign. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
NO one should have a wedding without Katie and Casey. They cover every detail. They will make your Wedding SPECTACULAR and full of SPARKLE!!

Casey was our primary coordinator and honestly, we walked away from every meeting, phone call, message, and email thinking “how do people plan weddings without them??” They made this process so easy, so fun, and so stress-free that we cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been like without them behind us. They took care of all the little details leading up to and including on the day of the wedding and Casey was always available to answer our questions. If anyone asked me what the best money I spent on my wedding was, it was without a doubt hiring Katie O’Wedding & Events. We had the pleasure of working directly was Casey and Rachel and they were dedicated to making our wedding the most special day we could’ve ever imagined. They developed a timeline for us and kept us to it so that we had time to truly enjoy our wedding day! We requested a ton of family photos to be done and we still were able to attend the majority of our cocktail hour and reception. They focus on the small details that honestly make the biggest difference not only for the couple but also for the guests. Exceptional Wedding Planner and Coordinator
This past weekend I had the pleasure of working back-to-back wedding events with Katie O events. The Friday wedding at the Hall of Springs went perfectly. Katie and her team was so helpful throughout the day. In my experience, the planners are usually tied up setting up the reception to actually coordinate the events of the day; however, her staff was there to keep everything on schedule and according to plan, allowing me to spend my time and focus on creating beautiful images.
On Saturday, I knew I would be working with Casey from the Katie O team. She and I collaborated with the couple leading up to the event and I felt very confident about the timeline we developed. On the wedding day, Casey was so helpful in assisting anywhere and everywhere, while also keeping us on schedule (we actually ran ahead of schedule!). This was in addition to setting up a flawless ceremony and reception. Even though I wasn't working with Katie, it was not at all like I was working with a less-than associate. Casey is honestly one of the best coordinators I've ever worked with in my 15+ years of photographing weddings.
I wish Katie O coordinated all of my weddings! I recommend their entire team completely. You'll be in great hands with Katie O Events! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Katie, Casey and team. From the start, they took the time to really hear what was important to us on our wedding day and followed through with making it happen it right until the end. They helped keep us focused on the big picture by working through the details. It is so easy to get caught up in all of the moving parts (then add a pandemic on top of it!) - having extra support and gentle push to get things done was everything.
They also took care of things that we didn't even know needed taking care of on the day itself. So many things can happen that require attention or on-the-fly decision making — like a musician without a voice or torrential downpour heading right towards your outdoor ceremony (to name a few of ours) — but with the team there, what could have been stressful and upsetting was seamless and hopeful. The only thing we had to do that night was have fun.
The day comes quick and is over even quicker and we were so grateful that we got to fully soak it all in. The memories are what last after your wedding day, so spend time really thinking about what you want from it, then hire the best planner to make sure it all happens :) -

It was so nice having Casey and Katie in my corner throughout wedding planning - especially during a pandemic! I had KOWE for “2 month before planners” but they really were so much more! I have 2 friends who have gotten married within the last year and a half and feel the same. They make your wedding day a breeze and just ensure you are where you need to be, when you need to be there and you are ENJOYING your day which is key!! Hands down, best money we spent on our wedding! They were AMAZING and made our day so perfect. We booked them for the day of coordinator package, and now looking back, we wish we had booked them for the entire wedding planning package, they were THAT good! They are so on top of everything from coordinating with vendors, to creating and sticking to the timeline, to keeping track of all our things, and so on (we could go on forever). Our wedding day was an absolute dream, and if anything did go wrong, we didn’t even know about it. Hands down, THE BEST decision I made when starting to plan my wedding! Katie and Casey are an amazing team. They handled the ups and downs of 2020 with ease – planning and then re-planning my wedding multiple times throughout the year. KOWE made the process of finding and vetting vendors (a process I was dreading) incredibly easy. They stayed on top of every detail (no matter how minute) and were life savers the day-of, taking care of literally everything! I can’t believe it’s taken almost a year to write about the amazing people that make up KatieO Events. My husband and I got married last November and hiring the team at KatieO was the best decision we made during the planning process.
When you plan a wedding, of course it is about you and your new spouse, but it’s also about the friends and family you want to share that special day with. From the first day you meet with Katie and Casey, they immediately become friends and make you feel as if they have known you for years. Naturally you feel a sense of comfort when they are handling one of the biggest days of your life.
We left our first meeting knowing we needed to book them immediately. The planning process was so great, They helped with everything from transportation to setting up florals and just overall support. Casey is pretty much always available to answer any question you have - Within like 5 minutes of you sending an email, she will respond. Casey was with us at our final venue meeting, our rehearsal dinner and right by our side on wedding day – As any great family member would be. The best part of the day was returning to our hotel room to find they had stocked our fridge with left over food and CAKE along with the sweetest thank you card and toasting glasses.
For weeks after our wedding, and still to this day our families were RAVING about Casey & Team, and how they wouldn’t have another event without hiring them.
Thank you, Casey, Katie, Annie & Abby for being so passionate about all things weddings and making our day so magical. We can not express how grateful we are to have you in our lives! Keep Sparkling!

My wedding day was truly perfect and I owe so much of that to Katie and Casey. Katie first helped my older sister with her wedding a few years ago, so I always knew I'd be a "KOWE Legacy Bride!" They were wonderful to work with during the planning process and on our wedding day. I never felt stressed or anxious when we were planning because Katie and Casey honestly had everything handled. They were always responsive to emails/texts, gave us plenty of ideas and tips from their trove of wisdom and experience, and put our minds at ease every step of the way. I believe that Katie and Casey (Katie O Wedding and Events) are storytellers and dream makers… so my review is both a story and a sharing of dreams… it is long, but the care that these two put into my story and dreams rivaled my own and to quickly gloss over it would be a disservice. Katie and Casey came into our lives at the perfect moment. I was trying to plan my then boyfriends 40th birthday party. The party was to be held in Albany, but I was a NYC resident originally from Boston. The party was for 60+ people, in my boyfriends family’s yard and people were traveling in for it. I was way over my head - I needed catering, a tent, cool and unusual ‘things’ to make it special, rain plans, decor, etc… etc… etc… It was also only 2 months before the actual event… I found KOWE’s website and left a somewhat desperate VM and email seeing if they had capacity to help. Fast forward a few phone calls, efficient meetings and emails… and we had the best 40th birthday party ever… so good, in fact, that my boyfriend proposed a few days later… At this point we knew the context we wanted to create around our wedding. We knew we wanted a destination - but no idea where, when or how. I was jokingly chatting with Katie and said “can you hire someone to help you find a destination for your destination wedding?!” Katie went on to tell me her background in destination weddings and to offer a time to chat and go over options… we already had such trust in their ability, taste & judgment… plus we really liked them as people… it was a no brainer. From that conversation our dream wedding was born. A mere 6.5 months later we were in Yountville, CA under the perfect California sky saying I do in the most authentic, real and truthful way to who we are as a couple. We had a 7 event, 4 day wedding weekend for 54 people (48 east coasters and 6 mid westerners — 0 California natives). The weekend was seamless, each event rolled into the next, the vibe we so desired - one of closeness, connection, ease, beauty and class - was oozing out of every interaction, piece of decor and choice made…. I (a very well known OCD, type A planner) was calm, confident and completely present with my guests. All of that was made possible because Katie and Casey got us… they listened to what we wanted, they helped us fill the holes we couldn’t envision yet, they were our partners every single step of the way. They also worked how we worked… we live in NYC, they live in Albany and we planned the entire wedding over video chat and phone calls. They efficiently used our time (even though I don’t think we always efficiently used theirs… lots of rambling emails, videos and ‘thoughts’...) They became our friends… we felt safe, cared for and understood . I have never been more excited to see something come to life and felt more honored to be a part of creating such magic. Our guests were thrilled - we came home to thank you notes for our wedding! We created a context that let our closest people, became close to one another, to create a community and a family for a weekend to celebrate a love that brought it all together. There are a lot of obvious things I’m not even mentioning — the flawless execution, the extreme coordination, the vendor selection, the professionalism, etc… many things you expect… that was all there in spades. The things you don’t expect - to feel like your dreams are being brought to life in front of your eyes, to feel like you’ve gained family, to feel like their voice is equal to your own… we will forever be grateful to Katie and Casey - my husband and I went on this journey together and the four of us made magic happen. We are 100% confident the magic in that California heaven will be a ray of sunshine over our marriage. Katie and Casey can do anything - they had never thrown a wedding in CA never mind an entire weekend affair and they did it with ease… trust them with your story — they will ensure the chapters they are a part of are the stuff dreams are made of. When I met Katie and her team I was about 4 months pregnant, and trying to wrap my head around the fact that I needed to plan a wedding for over 300 people. After meeting Katie, my husband and I knew that we were in good hands. We worked with Katie for almost 2 years planning the wedding of our dreams. She basically became family, as did many of the vendors she recommended to us. I can't even fully put into words how much she helped us. From dealing with Sunday texts from me, so going above and beyond to help make my "visions" a reality, Katie and her team (in particular Casey) are truly truly amazing. I can honestly say that I felt little to no stress on the day of my wedding, and the months leading up to it, because I knew that they had it covered. And they did. Even when Kid Rock decided to schedule a concert last minute the night of my wedding. Long story. Regardless, I would and have recommended Katie O' and her team. They ROCK!! -

There is not a better DOC out there than the KOWE team. I truly do not think there are enough wonderful things to say about them. From the very beginning, Casey eased my mind by helping to give me honest feedback about potential vendors and work through any other big decisions we were making. Once we were 2 months out, we talked quite frequently and she starting pulling together our day of timeline, which was so incredibly detailed, it made my type-A heart flutter. They do everything: confirm timing with your vendors, make sure everything runs smoothly, even picked up a replacement tux when the best man forgot his (not kidding). Book. Them. Now! -

From the moment we hired KOWE, Casey was supportive, quick to answer questions, and all around extremely pleasant to work with! Having Casey and the KOWE team at our wedding allowed me, my family and my bridal party to enjoy every moment of the wedding without having any worries or added stress. KOWE was professional and helpful from the start of wedding planning to the very end of the wedding! Casey even mailed me the lip gloss I accidentally left with her from the wedding night! If you are looking for wedding coordinators that go above and beyond to make your wedding go perfectly, KOWE is the way to go! We are SO happy we did.

Elisa Sent on 08/04/2015What can we say about Katie and her team? Much of the reason why our our wedding day was perfect was due to Katie, Kelly and Jill. We first met with Katie many months in advance of our big day. From this first meeting, we knew that we had made the right choice in choosing Katie. She is incredibly passionate about her job and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Katie or one of her assistants would reply to e-mails extremely quickly and would be willing to take care of anything we asked. On the day of our wedding, Katie, Kelly and Jill were there for everything we needed and more. Whether it was pinning on boutonnieres, providing tissues to family members, or fixing my dress for pictures, if we needed it done; they took care of it. We keep telling all of our friends that hiring Katie was the best money we spent on our wedding! I can't imagine going through everything without them! -

Lindsay Sent on 06/22/2014I didn't think that I would need a wedding planner, but as soon as I booked KOWE, I was far more grateful that I did, than I ever thought! My husband and I moved to Florida in the middle of planning an Albany NY wedding! Katie O made me feel like I was home the entire time! We Skyped for our initial meeting and she emailed me constantly to keep me up to date with everything. When I was in town for my shower she made sure to meet with me in person. Since Katie herself was already booked on my day I was assigned her Sr. Executive Chelsea. The team of these two pre-wedding and during couldn't have been more perfect. Chelsea was with me in the bridal suite until the last guest left our venue. Assistant Kailee was on-site all day. My family and friends actually got to enjoy the getting ready process and wedding instead of having to worry about details. KOWE was fantastic at that...so much so that we were AHEAD of schedule at some points! No request was too big or too difficult. They allowed me to just drift through the day as a bride! They truly made us "sparkle" all day long. I highly recommend KOWE and her team! -
