The Caboose is a historic Hudson-long barn just across the street from the Hudson Amtrak station. Soon, it will be a dynamic space with a wine shop and culinary native garden, as well as a stunning 6,500 square feet of event space. We are working with a team of ecologically-centered architects and designers to make a space that is as beautiful as it is environmentally friendly.

Facilities and Capacity

This venue features a versatile indoor space with exposed wooden beams and hardwood floors adding a rustic touch. High vertical windows will provide plenty of natural light on your big day as you dine and dance the night away. Outside, you can enjoy the fresh air while surrounded by lush greenery to add a touch of natural beauty.

Services Offered

All catering comes from our sister restaurant, Kitty's, serving mostly comfort food inspired by the mountains around us and the valley we live in. Pickled veggies, crudites, and chips and dip are some of the many items you and your guests can snack on. The Caboose is currently booking for the Fall/Winter 2023 season.
