Grace planned our August wedding in my parents' backyard, which proved to be just about the most difficult location possible for a wedding. The house is on a one-way road, there's no parking, and there's no grass to stake a real tent. She handled every hurdle that came her way with ease, and never made me compromise on my vision. She worked with us collaboratively to handle constraints from my parents, disputes with neighbors, and requests from vendors. Every vendor that I hired commented to me that Grace was such a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't agree more! Not only is she a whiz with logistics, but she also has impeccable taste. I came up with the idea to serve french fries in silver cups a few weeks before the wedding, and she leaned allll the way in to make sure it happened. The morning of the wedding she was personally draping fabric and setting up decor to make sure that it looked exactly how we had decided. Most importantly, she made sure that I stayed realistic throughout the process. She knew that bad weather on the was my biggest fear on the wedding day, so she made sure that we had Plans A, B and C in place to handle any weather event. Planning a wedding is infamously not very fun, but Grace somehow made it A LOT of fun. I'm so grateful that I found her and I miss her terribly now that the wedding is over. With a calm demeanor and an acute attention to detail Grace coordinated an outdoor wedding ceremony in December in front of Beluga whales, Santa Claus at the ceremony, a Christmas light show, a Sea lion show and a cocktail hour with Penguins. I had three wedding dress changes, a dress for the ceremony, a dress for the cocktail hour and a dress for the reception and Grace made me feel like a celebrity bride while she flawlessly managed all 3 of my wardrobe changes including dresses, crowns, veils, hats, shoes, ostrich feathers, furs, boots and a scepter. Grace was meticulous with my decorating plans, which required outdoor ceremony decorations, cocktail hour decorations, and reception decorations. Grace went above and beyond and extended her service to assist us with an issue at our hotel. We were grateful for how she resolved the issue .
