Working with Irene was truly one of the best decisions we made. She handled so many behind-the-scenes logistics beautifully - things we didn’t even know were happening until after the fact. From gracefully pivoting plans during last-minute rain to running down electrolytes for the bride, she made sure every moment ran seamlessly and stress-free.

What amazed us most was how she completely understood our vision - from just a few hastily compiled images that we sent her - and brought it to life perfectly. Somehow, she sourced vendors and design details that perfectly matched our style and personalities. Irene is incredibly well-connected and curated a team of fantastic vendors, all while being supportive and pressure-free when we chose an external recommendation.

She was also unbelievably responsive - no question too small, no late-night worry too inconvenient - and managed our modified Hindu ceremony with such grace, warmth, and respect for our traditions. It meant the world to us that she honored our culture so thoughtfully.

We both work long hours and didn’t have much time to plan, but Irene pulled everything together with little direction and made it feel effortless. On top of that, her value for money is unmatched - she delivers top-tier service without the ego or markup you often find in the wedding world.

We can’t say enough great things about Irene and her team. We hired Irene as our wedding planner and designer for a Fall wedding at 620 Loft and Gardens in New York City. This was a long process, and a logistically challenging space to co-ordinate in (a beautiful blank space venue, but this also means you need just under a gazillion vendors to bring our vision to light), and she was with us through it all — from the venue tours, to design to when a parade closed off our loading schedule to when forecasts were predicting a potential hurricane.

Because of her, our wedding day was absolutely magical, even with rain! Her team was AMAZING, and allowed us to fully enjoy the day without working about any logistics. Her team was there as early as 5:30AM to set-up the venue (before the parade shut down roads) and handled even bringing our gifts, second dresses etc, back to our hotel, so that we could even enjoy the final moments of our wedding.

Irene was the best wedding planner we could have asked for - her candor, professionalism, responsiveness, and vision for our wedding exceeded our wildest expectations. With most of our wedding guests traveling from across the country to attend our wedding, we were wrangling many family members and friends throughout the week; Irene handled every single detail of our wedding weekend without taking our focus away from being with our friends and family.
