Working with Irene was truly one of the best decisions we made. She handled so many behind-the-scenes logistics beautifully - things we didn’t even know were happening until after the fact. From gracefully pivoting plans during last-minute rain to running down electrolytes for the bride, she made sure every moment ran seamlessly and stress-free.
What amazed us most was how she completely understood our vision - from just a few hastily compiled images that we sent her - and brought it to life perfectly. Somehow, she sourced vendors and design details that perfectly matched our style and personalities. Irene is incredibly well-connected and curated a team of fantastic vendors, all while being supportive and pressure-free when we chose an external recommendation.
She was also unbelievably responsive - no question too small, no late-night worry too inconvenient - and managed our modified Hindu ceremony with such grace, warmth, and respect for our traditions. It meant the world to us that she honored our culture so thoughtfully.
We both work long hours and didn’t have much time to plan, but Irene pulled everything together with little direction and made it feel effortless. On top of that, her value for money is unmatched - she delivers top-tier service without the ego or markup you often find in the wedding world.

We can’t say enough great things about Irene and her team. We hired Irene as our wedding planner and designer for a Fall wedding at 620 Loft and Gardens in New York City. This was a long process, and a logistically challenging space to co-ordinate in (a beautiful blank space venue, but this also means you need just under a gazillion vendors to bring our vision to light), and she was with us through it all — from the venue tours, to design to when a parade closed off our loading schedule to when forecasts were predicting a potential hurricane.
Because of her, our wedding day was absolutely magical, even with rain! Her team was AMAZING, and allowed us to fully enjoy the day without working about any logistics. Her team was there as early as 5:30AM to set-up the venue (before the parade shut down roads) and handled even bringing our gifts, second dresses etc, back to our hotel, so that we could even enjoy the final moments of our wedding.
An absolutely incredible and caring wedding planner, we can’t recommend her enough! -

Wedding weekend of events
Irene helped us execute four days of wedding fun with a group of 100 people. All in, we had 7 events, ranging from a formal ceremony to a pickleball tournament, and Irene and her group didn't bat an eye. I had the pleasure of working with Irene and her team this past weekend. The first event was an editorial shoot for Utah Bride Magazine and the second was an intimate wedding at La Caille.
Irene is a joy to work with. She is proactive, attentive, and a problem solver. There was an issue with some RSVPs, and the couple never knew about it because it was handled quickly and efficiently. The guests were thrilled with the way it was handled. She truly cares about her couples and it shows in her stunning work. She has an eye for luxury design. Everything ran perfectly because she surrounds herself with talented vendors who can work with autonomy under her guidance. Absolutely Amazing!
I only have good things to say about Irene! She went above and beyond to make sure all of the vendors were taken care of and the wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Throughout the wedding day she was professional, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything started right on time with no hiccups. I was so impressed with how she brought everything together! As a vendor I appreciated all of the information she gave me prior to the wedding so I didn’t have to try and dig for it myself. I had all the everything necessary weeks in advance and that made navigating the wedding day a breeze! She kept in close contact with us vendors throughout the process to help the bride+groom have stress free planning. She always answered any messages in a timely manner which I appreciated.
I was so so impressed with the lovely job she did. The wedding was seriously so spectacular! She thought about every single detail and it came together so beautifully. I was truly in awe the entire evening.
Above all her and her team were so kind, inclusive, and a joy to work with! All lovely people who really do care a lot about the couple, guests, and vendors.

Irene was SO helpful throughout the entire planning process! She's an excellent communicator, very professional, and well connected in the industry! She allowed us to save so much time searching for vendors, was extremely patient with my perfectionist requests, and took care of everything we needed throughout the whole year leading up to our wedding. When it came time for our wedding day, Irene was phenomenal! Her ability to take care of last minute concerns and also deal with requests from family was huge. She went out to run errands for us the night before our big day to prep for any possibility of rain, took care of transportation of dresses and other misc. items morning of, and was just an absolute rockstar the whole day. Not to mention all her help transporting gifts, decor, etc. for us at the end of the night. I was completely stress free on my wedding day, and that is totally thanks to Irene and her team! My family and wedding party didn’t have to worry about a thing either, and the peace of mind was amazing and allowed us all to be in the moment the whole day. Irene saved the day on more than one occasion (making a trip into salt lake to get a bow tie for my dad) and I knew everything we had planned together was in great hands. Friends, do yourselves all a favor and hire Irene and Co.
I didn't think I was going to need a wedding planner until I found out it was a requirement for my venue, and honestly, I now can't imagine having done it without Irene! A wedding planner is the best money I spent on my wedding, and Irene was the best choice I could have made for vendors.
Irene cares SO much, it literally felt like I was the only wedding she was planning because she was ALWAYS so attentive and quick to respond. So much so I pretty much felt like I had a friend planning my wedding for me and not just a vendor.
She and her team really brought our wedding vision to life, she had so many wonderful ideas that she brought to the table that never would have occurred to me, let alone been something I could have pulled together myself.
And on the big day? She and her team are incredible. So calm, supportive, and upbeat. She's ready for anything and she'll have something soothing to say and an uplifting smile while she handles everything. We didn't have a single hitch in the day and I 100% attribute that to her planning. When the bustle on my dress broke she was right there with a sewing kit fixing it on the fly. The amount of blood sweat and tears she saved me during wedding planning and the day of is immeasurable.

My wife and I were the video team for a wedding at Lighthouse Point Park that Irene planned and coordinated. From a vendor's perspective, we couldn't have asked for a smoother day! Aside from taking care of all the little things that need to be done to ensure a wedding goes on without a hitch, Irene coordinated with us and the other vendors on the daily activities - i.e: making sure us and the photographers were in place and ready before toasts began, and other things like ensuring we got our meals when we needed to so that we wouldn't miss capturing anything.
All the little things certainly add up to make sure that you have not only the best wedding day possible, but also receive the best services from all the other vendors that are a part of your day. We can't stress enough how wonderful of a job Irene did with everything!Irene & Co Events's reply:

I am high functioning anxiety driven person especially when it comes to special events such as my wedding but Irene and her team were on time, exceed my expectations, and it had happened to be a 95 degree day and her team comes packed with sunscreen and advil. Irene provided a great experience for one of the most stressful times in my life. When I initially reached out to Irene, our wedding date was about 3 months away. Irene assured me that everything would work out great. Irene and her team were consistent and extremely professional. No task seemed too large for them to overcome. What I appreciated was the security I had during the entire process. Irene has a passion for what she does and that's very important when planning for one of the most special moments someone can go through. Although our venue had a day of coordinator, having Irene and her team there allowed us to have less to worry about as they were already familiar with the plan for the day. Irene is amazing! Due to COVID-19, we had to change our wedding plans various times, causing lots of stress and heartache. Irene helped us to navigate all those changes, including planning a full outdoor reception in just a couple of days and then scaling it back to a simple ceremony and reception line when we needed to cut back. Irene decorated our ceremony beautifully, arranged the schedule of events, communicated with vendors and kept the day running smoothly. She took so much pressure off my shoulders and helped me to focus on what was important, as she put it, enjoying being a bride! So glad we had Irene as a part of our special day! -

She had many tools up her sleeve including emergency kits & cleaning supplies, needle and thread, had items the bridal party was asking for before they even asked for it! As the photographer I loved working with her because she kept the timeline going according to plan, had family ready in the wings for portraits, was super flexible and accommodating when everyone wanted to get inside early because it was a bit chilly out and even coordinated golf carts to tote us around for portraits. I hope to work with her again soon!

Everything was handled seamlessly and my vision was perfectly executed. As someone who was very particular, they allowed me to take control on some aspects and offered guidance and advice along the way. On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless; they truly thought of every detail so that we could just enjoy the moment. I would absolutely recommend Irene and her team to anyone looking for planners who will make your big day everything you dreamed of ** and more!

My wife and I are both artists with big ideas who are infinitely grateful to the producers and logistical experts of the world who can translate visions into reality. Enter Irene & Co Events. Irene and her team kept us on task and smoothly handled the complex and shifting day-of schedule for our wedding. In each interaction with Irene during the month before (and she was very generous with her time), she was energetic and efficient. Our other vendors were impressed with her high level of professionalism and grateful for her flexibility.
On the day itself, she was cool and helpful with the many little things that came up. She had brought an epic kit with anything we might need that day; when my cufflink came apart she quickly came to the rescue with superglue. She had even re-booked a different flight home from another gig so that she could be in attendance as a bonus third person from her team.
My only complaint during the process was that the signage person on her team required many emails back and forth to get the ceremony program details correct. That said, after all of the edits I requested in our many exchanges, the programs came out beautifully.
Irene, and her team members Jessica and Anna, stepped in for a very reasonable price and gave us so much time and thought, and we couldn't have been happier with how the wedding came out. During our Hora dance, I even saw Irene and Jessica dancing together for a quick moment--and it brought me joy to see how Irene and Co could be our logistical anchors while also getting into the party spirit.
