Caitlin joined our site visit, sat in on the DJ call, and connected with all of our vendors before the wedding so I wouldn’t have one more thing to worry about. Every detail—from vendor coordination to timeline management—was handled with such care and professionalism that we were actually able to relax and fully enjoy the day. I had no doubt we’d be on schedule and that if anything came up, Caitlin would handle it without hesitation.

She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, solved problems behind the scenes without missing a beat, and made sure the entire weekend flowed seamlessly. Multiple guests commented on how smooth and thoughtful everything felt—and that’s all thanks to Caitlin’s incredible dedication.

But she was so much more than a coordinator. Yes, she managed vendors, nailed the timeline, ensured decor was perfect, steamed dresses, made food runs, and truly was our saving grace. But beyond that, she was a friend, a cheerleader, and an advocate. Her energy, humor, and calm presence were one of the absolute best parts of our wedding experience. And yes—if you pressure her enough, she will dance with you.

We are very grateful to have had Two Vows coordinate our wedding in May 2026. After interviewing with several other wedding coordinators, none seemed willing to do anything beyond write a timeline and communicate with the caterer on the day of the wedding. Two Vows assured us that they would be there every step of the way to help with anything and everything and they absolutely delivered on that promise.

Caitlin was extremely helpful in planning our timeline and helped us work through several backup plans in case of different weather scenarios. I even expressed that I wanted to change the rain plan the day before the wedding and Caitlin was extremely flexible and made it happen by working seemlessly with our other vendors.

The entire wedding party and our families were all extremely impressed by Caitlin's work ethic, professionalism, and kind, calm energy. There is no doubt that we enjoyed our event way more because we had Caitlin on our team. She made sure everything was executed on time and just as we had discussed, she checked in with us and our families throughout the night to make sure we were doing ok, and most notably, while we were all enjoying the party, she loaded at least 3 cars with everything that needed to leave the venue with us so that we did not have to lift a finger at the end of the event.

We booked her close to a year out from our event and while a lot of other Day of Coordinators we spoke to had set restrictions of when and how they wanted to have conversations about our wedding, Caitlin was open to discussing whenever. Obviously we had more in depth conversations as we got closer to the wedding but she was able to offer her advice and assistance before then as well.

For the actual day of she was very helpful. Willing to pick up decor, breakfast or anything else that was needed. She unloaded all of our decor and set up everything. Myself and the friends and family there with me didn't have to think about a thing! It felt like I really got to enjoy the day with limited stress and without having to think about everything else going on. When the night was over and we had to get everything out of the venue, she stayed and packed everything up into cars.

I truly believe that of all the additional costs we chose to have, spending money on Caitlin and her services was the most crucial, best spent money. If you're looking for a Day of Coordinator who you can trust will make sure you're day is taken care of, allowing you to be fully present than Caitlin is your girl!

Caitlin was fantastic. She took the pressure off the day so we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. From coordinating with our vendors to being a sounding board for all of my ideas and questions, she was such a huge asset. My only regret is not finding her earlier in the planning process.

I hired Caitlin as a partial planner because I knew I wanted to stay very involved and maintain a lot of control over the planning process. From day one, she was completely supportive of that. She made it clear that she was happy to help as much or as little as I wanted, and she truly let me steer every decision while still being an incredible guide and resource.

Our monthly meetings kept everything on track and surprisingly low-stress. Outside of those check-ins, Caitlin was always available. If an urgent question or issue came up, she was easy to reach, quick to respond, and always willing to jump on a call or respond to a text, no matter how small the concern.

Her knowledge of the wedding planning process and her strong vendor network were invaluable. Her recommendations truly brought our vision to life. For example, we booked a florist she suggested, and the florals were absolutely stunning—far beyond what I had imagined.

When the wedding week arrived, Caitlin was completely attentive, organized, and on top of every detail. Our wedding was not only beautiful but felt seamless from start to finish. She did an amazing job coordinating both the rehearsal dinner and the entire wedding day.

I gave Caitlin several examples and inspiration photos for the décor, and she nailed it. As a very particular person with a clear vision, I sometimes worried I was being overly specific—but Caitlin never made me feel that way. Instead, she embraced my vision, made thoughtful suggestions, and then executed everything flawlessly.

If anything did go wrong during the wedding, I had absolutely no idea, because Caitlin handled it quietly and efficiently behind the scenes. I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day, knowing she had everything under control.

She acted as the Producer and Director of our wedding day, I did not have to organize or lead a thing, I got to feel like a beautiful bride and celebrate with my family and friends! Timelines, décor, vendors, last minute changes; Caitlin had it all under control and it was such a relief because we truly did not have to think about anything that day. She was anticipating our needs before we even knew we needed it. Everyone kept raving about how professional, kind and on top of everything she was.

If you're considering hiring Caitlin, DO IT!! I wish I had worked with Caitlin from the very beginning of our wedding planning journey. We made the decision to hire a day-of coordinator 2 months before our wedding after several issues with our venue and uncertainty in staff. After searching for a bit I ran into Two Vows, and I'm so glad I did! Caitlin was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and kind through the whole process. She always had great suggestions, recommendations, and was present during vendor calls when I needed her to be. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it's thanks to Caitlin! She was a superwoman making sure all the details were set up right, working with vendors, and communicating with me and our bridal party. Everyone raved about how amazing she was. Caitlin made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze. She was organized, friendly, and just on top of her game from day 1. She is the nicest person ever and went above and beyond all our wedding needs.
She helped us by keeping me on time with all the planning details from about 10 months out and was very hands on the day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Most of our flower and decor things were DIY and Caitlin handled almost everything with such calmness and professionalism that I was 100% sure everything was going to look amazing. Can confirm it absolutely did!
