Caitlin is a MUST hire!
Working with Caitlin Metzaros of Two Vows was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding (30 August 2025).
I hired Caitlin as a partial planner because I knew I wanted to stay very involved and maintain a lot of control over the planning process. From day one, she was completely supportive of that. She made it clear that she was happy to help as much or as little as I wanted, and she truly let me steer every decision while still being an incredible guide and resource.
Our monthly meetings kept everything on track and surprisingly low-stress. Outside of those check-ins, Caitlin was always available. If an urgent question or issue came up, she was easy to reach, quick to respond, and always willing to jump on a call or respond to a text, no matter how small the concern.
Her knowledge of the wedding planning process and her strong vendor network were invaluable. Her recommendations truly brought our vision to life. For example, we booked a florist she suggested, and the florals were absolutely stunning—far beyond what I had imagined.
When the wedding week arrived, Caitlin was completely attentive, organized, and on top of every detail. Our wedding was not only beautiful but felt seamless from start to finish. She did an amazing job coordinating both the rehearsal dinner and the entire wedding day.
I gave Caitlin several examples and inspiration photos for the décor, and she nailed it. As a very particular person with a clear vision, I sometimes worried I was being overly specific—but Caitlin never made me feel that way. Instead, she embraced my vision, made thoughtful suggestions, and then executed everything flawlessly.
If anything did go wrong during the wedding, I had absolutely no idea, because Caitlin handled it quietly and efficiently behind the scenes. I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day, knowing she had everything under control.
I truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Caitlin is professional, responsive, organized, creative, and incredibly kind. I wholeheartedly recommend Two Vows and Caitlin to any couple looking for someone they can trust with one of the most important days of their lives. -

We hired Caitlin from Two Vows as our day-of wedding coordinator, and I cannot say enough good things about her! Caitlin is organized, creative, calm, reliable and the person you want running the show on your big day! If you're looking for a coordinator who's going to ensure your wedding day is everything you've dreamed/planned for, and runs seamlessly, you want Caitlin by your side! Hiring her was hands-down one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. We met with Caitlin the first time and she instantly made us feel at ease. She listened to our ideas and vision, asked us great questions and gave us all the reassurance we needed.
Leading up to the wedding, Caitlin was in overdrive. She communicated everything, kept us on task and managed every vendor in such a graceful and confident way that we were able to relax and enjoy the process. Caitlin swooped in at any point we started to get stressed or concerned and provided solutions, reassurance and the most calm energy I have ever seen. Our venue was/is notoriously tricky and complex (lots of vendor rules, strict timelines, etc.). Caitlin handled all of it with absolute ease. She navigated every challenge gracefully, worked seamlessly with the venue staff, and made a process that could have been stressful feel completely under control. Event my mother was extremely impressed and as the Mother of the Bride, she got to relax and enjoy the day as well! Our wedding day was amazing and Caitlin was a rock star. She acted as the Producer and Director of our wedding day, I did not have to organize or lead a thing, I got to feel like a beautiful bride and celebrate with my family and friends! Timelines, décor, vendors, last minute changes; Caitlin had it all under control and it was such a relief because we truly did not have to think about anything that day. She was anticipating our needs before we even knew we needed it. Everyone kept raving about how professional, kind and on top of everything she was.
The reason we were able to relax and enjoy our day was because of Caitlin. We trusted her to have everything in control and managed to perfection. We were able to be present and enjoy every single second because we knew Caitlin had everything else covered.

Working with Caitlin at Two Vows Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she made the planning process fun, organized, and totally stress-free. We were completely on the same page with my rustic wedding vision, and she brought it to life even more beautifully than I imagined.
Caitlin recommended an amazing lineup of vendors — all talented, reliable, and budget-friendly — including the most delicious desserts from Christina’s Confections! But what really sets her apart is how deeply she cares. She’s not just a planner — she became a true friend. We grew so close throughout the planning process, and by the time the big day arrived, I trusted her completely.
She worked tirelessly behind the scenes on our wedding day, making sure everything went off without a hitch. It was flawless — and so much of that is thanks to her. Her professionalism, heart, and attention to detail are unmatched. We are beyond grateful, and we truly love her! -

If you're considering hiring Caitlin, DO IT!! I wish I had worked with Caitlin from the very beginning of our wedding planning journey. We made the decision to hire a day-of coordinator 2 months before our wedding after several issues with our venue and uncertainty in staff. After searching for a bit I ran into Two Vows, and I'm so glad I did! Caitlin was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and kind through the whole process. She always had great suggestions, recommendations, and was present during vendor calls when I needed her to be. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it's thanks to Caitlin! She was a superwoman making sure all the details were set up right, working with vendors, and communicating with me and our bridal party. Everyone raved about how amazing she was. Not only is she passionate about what she does, but she's also so kind and caring. I would recommend her to anyone who is starting their wedding planning process, or even in the middle of it! -

We truly have no idea what we would have done without Caitlin! From start to finish, she made this an amazing experience for us. After our first meeting we could feel the stress of planning and staring down the long list of vendors and contracts just disappear. A lot of people say their wedding was everything they imagined but ours was more than we ever could have hoped for! Caitlin was incredibly professional, personable, and always had our backs. She the best in the business and the reason we recommend planners to all the engaged couples we see. Theres a lot of costs that go into wedding these days, but if you're on the fence, Caitlin is the only cost you will never regret. -

Highly recommend Caitlin
I cannot say enough about Caitlin and how amazing it was to work with her to plan our daughter’s wedding. From the first time to spoke to Caitlin, she felt like family and she genuinely and sincerely cared about each and every detail about the wedding weekend. Caitlin is very professional and thorough and she went above and beyond to keep us calm and up to date on all of our deadlines and contracts with the vendors. It was a joy and pleasure getting to know Caitlin and to work with her. I would reccomend her to everyone we know! Caitlin was the perfect planner for our wedding. I come from the planning industry, so I can be a control freak, but the second I met Caitlin, I was at ease. I knew I could trust her to make my day perfect. The pre-planning process was so easy with her. She was incredibly organized and just so easy to work with. She was there for input when I needed it and thought of things I wouldn't have. My day was pretty DIY and Caitlin made every detail perfect, I didn't have to think about anything and she was so attentive to me that day... she was a real-life dream. My daughter and I had a good feeling about Caitlin upon our first phone call. Caitlin proved to be a knowledgeable and savvy resource for all of our wedding needs. She is extremely organized and was responsive to all our questions during the entire process ensuring a stress-free and seamless event. From coordinating logistics with all our vendors to providing detailed timelines for the wedding weekend, she put our minds at ease and we knew we were in good hands! Caitlin not only met our expectations but went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding a day to remember! I don't think we could have done it without her.

Caitlin is the wedding planner/coordinator you want for your day. We had to completely re-plan our wedding 3 months before our wedding day which was extremely stressful. Caitlin not only helped plan but she was directly in contact with vendors getting us quotes and figuring out details up to our date. On top of making the ‘day of’ so easy for us, all of our guests said it was one of the smoothest weddings they’ve been to. She is extremely organized, very kind, and she made it so easy to not care about anything on the wedding day because she took care of everything. She will make it so you actually get to enjoy your day and not worry about anything else. There are a lot of planners out there but you will not regret choosing Caitlin! -

Without Two Vows, we likely wouldn't have made any vows! Caitlin was an absolute pleasure to work with and was the best decision we made. We were feeling very overwhelmed and stressed with planning everything ourselves, but thanks to Caitlin we finally felt some peace and confidence that everything was going to work out. There aren't enough words to describe what Caitlin meant to our wedding day. Without her, I firmly believe that our wedding would not have been as magical as it was. During the entire process leading up to our wedding, Caitlin was by our side to help us with decision-making, coordination, scheduling, etc. She was there for whatever I needed, even just to bounce ideas off of. But that doesn't even begin to describe how monumentally helpful she was for the day of. Our wedding took place at my parent's house, so there was a lot of coordination needed. We were able to spend the morning of our wedding getting ready, relaxing - basically doing everything except worrying about all of the logistics because Caitlin was on it!
The weather the morning of the wedding was perfect (a little humid, but it's August) and everything was looking amazing and in place. However, that didn't last. 90 minutes before our ceremony, as I was getting in the car to depart to the location - a freak surprise storm broke out. And when I say storm, I mean hail, downpours and everything else. No one saw it coming and the perfect planning that had taken place all day went out the window. All of our table placements were destroyed and scattered across the yard, table linens soaked, we lost DJ equipment - it was a nightmare to say the least. But thank goodness, we had Caitlin. Caitlin jumped right into action, directing vendors, neighbors, family members on what to do and how to put it all back together in record time no less. I have never seen someone more capable and calm during what truly was a disaster. What made it truly special, is that we felt none of that stress. We were still able to focus on the moment ahead of us and Caitlin made that all possible. And after that - we still started the ceremony on time which would not have been possible without Caitlin. She went above and beyond in every aspect for our wedding and we can't thank her enough. Our entire wedding party and guests continue to rave about how helpful she was - she was managing everything from coordination, vendor placement, to people who had questions about how to put on their boutineers.
I cannot recommend enough working with Caitlin more for your wedding planning! She truly made our day and for that we will forever be thankful for her! She is exactly who you want leading your wedding planning and could not ask for anything more!
