I have attended a few events curated by Paradigm Events and I must say, I’ve seen halls turn into ballrooms and tables turn into a masterpiece with these ladies. Hell even the can’t looks like art! I’ve been to other events where you can tell what the place was before it was decorated. Or maybe even they just overly designed, one thing about Paradigm’s work is it’s never too much and always just enough. Perfect if you will. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text. Whatever hiccups there might have been the day-of my husband and I didn’t notice because she was on top of even the smallest detail. We adored working with Raquel and her team. Our wedding was an absolute blast, which I owe to RS Event Co ensuring our vision was exactly what we wanted it to be. My only regret is not calling her sooner!!!!!!

We hired Caitlin from Two Vows as our day-of wedding coordinator, and I cannot say enough good things about her! Caitlin is organized, creative, calm, reliable and the person you want running the show on your big day! If you're looking for a coordinator who's going to ensure your wedding day is everything you've dreamed/planned for, and runs seamlessly, you want Caitlin by your side! Hiring her was hands-down one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. We met with Caitlin the first time and she instantly made us feel at ease. She listened to our ideas and vision, asked us great questions and gave us all the reassurance we needed. Leading up to the wedding, Caitlin was in overdrive. She communicated everything, kept us on task and managed every vendor in such a graceful and confident way that we were able to relax and enjoy the process. Caitlin swooped in at any point we started to get stressed or concerned and provided solutions, reassurance and the most calm energy I have ever seen. Our venue was/is notoriously tricky and complex (lots of vendor rules, strict timelines, etc.). Caitlin handled all of it with absolute ease. She navigated every challenge gracefully, worked seamlessly with the venue staff, and made a process that could have been stressful feel completely under control. Event my mother was extremely impressed and as the Mother of the Bride, she got to relax and enjoy the day as well! Our wedding day was amazing and Caitlin was a rock star. She acted as the Producer and Director of our wedding day, I did not have to organize or lead a thing, I got to feel like a beautiful bride and celebrate with my family and friends! Timelines, décor, vendors, last minute changes; Caitlin had it all under control and it was such a relief because we truly did not have to think about anything that day. She was anticipating our needs before we even knew we needed it. Everyone kept raving about how professional, kind and on top of everything she was. The reason we were able to relax and enjoy our day was because of Caitlin. We trusted her to have everything in control and managed to perfection. Megan is the best planning a couple can ever ask for. She is organized, attentive, responsive, and helps with decisions that we couldn't decide on. 10 out 10!!! She will make your wedding process so easy and you will not have to worry about a thing. Also, the day of she is on it!! She makes life so easy form waking up until the end of the night. She is the best!

Jess is the best of the best! We had a Catholic ceremony at a small church that I grew up going to, with our reception to follow at The Riverhouse. I knew with so many moving parts it would be really helpful to have someone’s expertise and organization to assist us. That’s when we found JHevents, and all I can say is wow! From my first interaction with Jessica, I knew she would be the perfect addition to our day. Her calm composure, friendliness, attention to detail and kindness made all the difference not to mention all that they do! We hired Jess as our month of coordinator and we could not have been more thrilled that we did. While we were traveling to Connecticut from Michigan just days before our wedding, Jess was working hard on confirming all details with our vendors, tying the lose ends on our timeline, and truly making us feel like everything was under control. We are so happy that we chose to work with Christine & John from Soiree as our wedding planner and designer. They are a great team. Throughout the entire planning process, they provided individual attention, were always available to answer questions, and made sure we were organized while guiding and offering us their expert advice. They listened to our vision and preferences and with creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail created a personalized and stunning design that matched our style. All the necessary logistics and coordination with various vendors and the venue were handled to make the day run smoothly and according to plan. Mary, Julie, and Kim exceeded every expectation when planning and executing my wedding. I’ve heard from many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I wasn’t the easiest client, often changing my mind and struggling to share the vision in my head. Mary just understood what I gave her, understood the venue space and knew what to do to make my vision happen. I even miscalculated the number of boutonnières needed, leaving us one short — and I didn’t find out until the next day. Mary and her team had made one out of her own supplies and extra flowers, and no one could tell. I couldn’t imagine a better end result—if you want to have the perfect wedding (where you don’t know about the inevitable mishaps that occur) then you need a Mother of the Bride wedding planner!

We worked with Victoria for nearly two years, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly organized, always responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We texted her late at night more times than we can count, and she always answered with patience, clarity, and a plan. But don’t just take our word for it. Multiple friends and family members pulled us aside to say how amazing she was. Even our other vendors commented on how delightful and professional she was to work with. She kept everything running smoothly, allowed us to actually enjoy our day, and helped us pull off a truly unforgettable celebration. She was awesome, start to finish. Highly recommend.

DJ Manu and Marx Entertainment were phenomenal! My husband and I hired them for our wedding and they created the perfect entertainment experience for us. Both in the weeks leading up to the event, and on the day itself, DJ Manu was so incredibly kind, communicative, and flexible. Our venue had multiple rooms, but he was well-prepared and had speaker/mic set-ups for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. He checked in with us throughout the night and made sure we were all on the same page as we moved into each part of the wedding. And most importantly, the music was incredible. The dance floor was never empty and we received so many compliments on the playlist. People of all ages were out there dancing and having a great time. DJ Manu really knew how to read the room, hype people up, and create an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend him enough!
