Sam was such an incredible resource and MVP for our wedding planning and wedding weekend. I can’t imagine going with anyone else, she crushed it from start to finish, putting out any “fires” we didn’t even know about, making sure we had the most magical day. She is the most organized, level-headed person, and I immediately trusted her to take my vision and execute it perfectly, and she DID! Wedding planning is STRESSFUL but 10/10 would do it all again if Sam was by our side helping.

Sam was a fantastic coordinator and facilitator for our wedding day! From the start, we loved her attention to detail combined with her laid-back personality. As our month-of coordinator, Sam skillfully helped us refine our timeline, provided ideas and feedback, and assisted with decision-making leading up to the big day. Once it arrived, I was in awe of how well Sam and her assistant took the load off of us and put everything together! We gave her some decorations, and she placed everything perfectly without needing our input. She also coordinated with all the vendors, ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible. Any questions we had were met with a ‘don’t worry, I’ll take care of it’ attitude! We appreciated her checking in and making sure everything was going well for us. Cleanup was also super fast and everything got put back exactly where it was supposed to go too which gave us a chance to say goodbye to guests. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a detail-oriented and caring wedding coordinator.

Hiring Sam was the absolute best decision we made for our big day. She was so organized — she made the daunting task of planning a wedding seem very approachable with bite sized chunks each month. She was calm, cool, and collected from start to finish, even when we threw her some curveballs. You won’t regret hiring her. She’s truly one of the best out there. Working with Sam was the best decision for our wedding. Early on in the planning process my now husband and I decided we wanted to hire a coordinator to help ensure our wedding day went to plan. After my first conversation with Sam I knew she would help make our day perfect. We hired her for month of coordination and she made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. She had weekly check in’s with us, coordinated all details and the timeline with all our vendors, and ensure the day went as planned. Her attention to detail is amazing, as a DIY bride she ensured everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned and it was AMAZING! We used a school bus for transportation to the church for our guests, and it was very important to my husband and I to get photos of the 2 of us on the bus because we met on our high school bus, Sam went above and beyond to make sure we got those photos before the bus left. Sam truly made the day perfect!

Sam was absolutely fantastic to work with. We hired her for the month-of coordination package and she really went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Sam ran our rehearsal the night before, loaded all my boxes of decor and items to be given to my caterer and florist into he car, set EVERYTHING up for me the day of the wedding, assured all VIP family and friends were present when needed for photos, and broke everything down and boxes it up in my moms car at the end of the night. Hiring Sam is the perfect way to have a stress free wedding as her and her assistant handled all the logistics. Thank you Sam for all you did for us! 10/10 would recommend!!

Hire Sam. Your wedding (and your life) will be better because of her. We DIY-ed most of our wedding, but we really needed someone to coordinate the day-of, and I’m sooooo glad we entrusted Sam with that task. She started a few months out with a walk-through, which was our first time meeting her in person. I still can’t get over that within a few hours of meeting her, she had a document created with a total timeline of our wedding day, complete with tiny little details we had just casually mentioned during our meeting. Throughout the next few months we had numerous check-ins, where she basically became our brain (ours own brains were becoming increasingly useless as the day approached), listening to everything we needed and wanted, and offering suggestions in areas we hadn’t thought about. She sat in on a meeting with our DJ and helped to ensure everyone was on the same page. Even little things like responding to an email I would send with a minor thought with “received” is so appreciated at a time when you’ve got to communicate with so many vendors about so many different things.

On the actual wedding day, Sam took command of all the details and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct time. She even folded my pocket square for me! We had no phones and no watches on for the whole wedding, and it was so freeing. We could just sit back and enjoy our special day. Her assistant Alex was wonderful as well, and was very helpful for our wandering wedding parties when it came to ceremony time. Everything was executed flawlessly and that’s in no small part because of Sam. Hire her. You will thank me later.

I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about how awesome Sam is. I’ll try to recap our day and experience rather quickly here: Minutes before our ceremony began, the weather changed and it started to downpour. That downpour quickly turned into a flood, rendering our entire venue unusable and forcing us to evacuate. As you can imagine, as the bride, I was completely overwhelmed, in shock and just about ready to cancel the wedding and tell our guests to head home. Sam and her assistant, Shannon, immediately went into crisis management mode. Sam was running through the rain to communicate with both myself and the vendors/guests, to keep everyone abreast with what was going on. She helped my mom find suitable alternatives for both the ceremony and reception, quickly booking a church and hotel conference room last minute. She proceeded to travel back and forth between the original venue and our new reception multiple times, helping vendors grab all their supplies to relocate, and picking up various things we left at the venue in the rush to get to the church for the new ceremony. Her assistant, Shannon, helped facilitate the new ceremony and make sure our wedding party/vendors knew what was going on and how they should be entering since we swapped locations. I can’t imagine what our day would have looked like without these two.
Our photographer was injured and wasn’t able to photograph our ceremony, so her and Shannon took photos so that we could at least have something to look back on. Talk about going above and beyond…

If you’re on the fence and considering either a full service planner or day of coordinator, please choose Sam. To call her amazing would simply be an understatement. She was a true professional and rocked it throughout some of the worst scenarios that a couple could possibly face on their wedding day.

Sam was absolutely incredible and made our wedding even more special than we could have ever imagined. Getting married out of our home state had my wife and I very nervous with all of the moving pieces and vendors to keep track of and in line. Sam assured us it would be no issue and she would be there with us every step of the way and boy did she deliver!!! Sam was extremely responsive and available and constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for our big day. We had issues with our venue and certain vendors through out the process but no matter the situation, Sam stepped up and took care of everything. No matter what the issue, Sam was there to help. Without her help, we would have been lost throughout this process. Thank you so much for being there for us and getting us over the finish line. I would 100% recommend Sam to anyone in need of a wedding planner, she will not let you down!!!!

Sam is AMAZING!
I thought I was going to do all the planning myself, but several months in, I was so stressed. We found Sam's website, and she provided the perfect service. She starts about 6 weeks before your wedding date. She'll do site visits to your venue, communicate with all your vendors, and generally bring down your stress levels. She knew all the right questions to ask, all the details we hadn't considered.
Both on the day before, and on the day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way. She told us where to stand, when to walk. She even brought a broom with her to the park (Elizabeth Park) to sweep off the area before the ceremony. She had water bottles ready for me while we were taking pictures.
I think she tried to stay in the background so she wasn't in any pictures, but if you needed her she was there in an instant. She actually dove under a table at the reception to avoid being in a photo! (We wouldn't have minded).
I cannot express enough how wonderful she was. She has my highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about Sam. 3 months before my wedding day my original venue fell through. Sam was not technically hired to start helping me until the month before. I reached out to Sam in a panic and she immediately jumped in to help me look for a new plan. She met me the following week to look at a new venue. Through every step of the process she was extremely thorough, detail oriented, and responsive. I was a MESS on my wedding day and she still managed to deal with me when even some of my bridesmaids couldn't. Not to mention the fact that the details she was in charge of setting up were executed FLAWLESSLY. I would not recommend anyone else for a wedding coordinator, Sam was truly the savior of my whole wedding!
