Beauty by Alyssa is originally from Connecticut and has been specializing in bridal on-site makeup for 12 years! She provides services to Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete and surrounding areas. Alyssa has had extensive training from some of the top makeup artist like Mario Dedivanovic also known as Kim Kardashians makeup artist. Owner and licensed cosmetologist Alyssa Cortes provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere for brides while she creates their dream looks for the big day. She takes great pride in being part of such a special day to help bring out her client's natural beauty and make them look and feel amazing.

Alyssa was referred to me by another makeup artist for my bridal shower makeup and WOW I am so glad I discovered her! She did such an amazing job. Wedding 5.30.21

Alyssa was so wonderful to work with. I found her on Instagram and loved all her photos of the work she has done. I reached out and she responded quickly and was very informative. I don’t usually wear makeup so I did a trial and Alyssa listened to my request of wanting a “soft glam”. The makeup didn’t feel heavy at all and I loved it! Alyssa was so responsive to all my emails leading up to the wedding and she made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! My makeup lasted all day with no touch ups needed! She’s also so sweet and kind and had us all ready on time. She also made my mom, matron of honor and maid of honor feel so beautiful! She also did my sister’s hair which looked gorgeous! I wish she could do my makeup everyday! I highly recommend Alyssa! Book her you won’t regret it!

Best MUA you could ask for!

Alyssa provided her services for my wedding on 10/10/20 in Farmington, CT. Being a COVID bride, there were a lot of changes to my wedding plans over the course of the year and Alyssa was nothing short of courteous, flexible, patience and just genuinely kind through it all.

The makeup of my bridal party and myself was FABULOUS. And it stayed on all day and night. I received so many compliments and I wish she could be my MUA everyday! She was prompt, offered suggestions and even listened to whatever changes I wanted done. I was so very lucky to have Alyssa as one of my vendors because she made the whole process as easy as she could and she is uber talented. Thank you so much, Alyssa!

Alyssa is very talented and my whole wedding party looked beautiful!

I hired Alyssa to do makeup for me, my bridal party, my mother, and my MIL. Everyone looked so beautiful and was so pleased with their makeup the day of my wedding. She is so talented and does the perfect amount of glam while not being too overkill (though I am sure if you're looking to glam it up she'd be amazing at that too). I am so happy with our decision to hire Alyssa and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist for their wedding (or just in general)

Great work!

Alyssa did a fantastc job, she was so easy to work with and kept us all on schedule. My bridesmaids and I all wore fake eyelashes which looked AMAZING and were super comfortable to wear. Our makeup stayed on all day and night - even after many happy tears!

Best make up artist EVER

Alyssa was amazing to work with. She was responsive, professional, nice, and so easy to get along with! Not only is she great to work with, but the quality of the makeup she does is unmatched. She took her time on all of my bridal party as well as myself and everyone was beyond satisfied with how they looked.

I think I’ve had atleast 3 upcoming brides ask me who did my makeup, which is the biggest compliment. I love recommending them to Alyssa and know they will be just as happy as I was!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Simply the best.

Wedding Make Up

What can I say about Alyssa other than she is simply the best. From the very start she was so sweet, so attentive and was always on the same page. She did my entire bridal party which included myself, 8 bridesmaids and my mom. With such a big group, everyone had different visions of how they wanted their makeup to look…Alyssa nailed it. Not only did she make me feel like a million bucks as a bride, she made everyone feel the best versions of themselves! Everyone looked incredible and the make up really popped in photographs as well as lasted all night. I even had a former bride tell me they wished their wedding make up looked that good on their wedding day. If I could give Alyssa 6 stars I would! Anyone looking for wedding make up..look no further.. you will be in awesome hands :)

Amazing! Highly recommended!

Alyssa is the absolute best! She not only is sweet but she is very professional. She efficiently did my entire wedding party including myself, mom, grandma and MIL, all while providing the highest quality results. All of my bridesmaids could not stop raving about how amazing she is! Would highly recommend, a thousand times over! Thank you so much Alyssa for helping to make my wedding dreams come true!

Simply Amazing

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alyssa was easy to work with and felxible. Provided great advice to have my make-up and bridal make-up ready in time for the photographer. We looked flawless and I did not have to re-touch my lipstick the entire night. I never felt more beautiful!
