A Thyme to Cook was such a great partner throughout our wedding planning process and on the day itself. They were incredibly communicative leading up to our wedding on 9.13.25 at Eolia Mansion, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. Our tasting was amazing, and when we shared feedback, they made adjustments right away. It really felt like they wanted to get everything just right. On the wedding day, their team truly helped the day flow. Even when we ran into hiccups with our transportation company, they stayed calm and made sure everything continued to run smoothly behind the scenes. The setup was efficient and well executed, and the food and drinks were a huge hit. Our guests are still raving about the menu, passed appetizers, and desserts. Overall, we had a great experience working with A Thyme to Cook and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer and day-of coordination team who helps bring everything together.

A garden wedding turned into an intimate family reunion. Despite the weather, Dave and his lovely partner were troopers. The cocktails were mind-blowingly amazing. Each cocktail was carefully crafted and personalized. It was everything and more. We couldn't have imagined anything better.

Everything was a breeze for my wedding. The planning was easy. Communication was great. Our special day was seamless. Thank you to randy, Christina, and the woodwinds team for a phenomenal experience and delicious food.

David Alan Hospitality Group catered our wedding on September 6th, 2025, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We had a beer and wine bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a buffet dinner with garlic thyme chicken, teres major, garlic mashed potatoes, rigatoni ala vodka, and sautéed green beans. We also had a charcuterie platter that was so fresh and presented beautifully! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to us and our guests all night. My husband and I had a personal attendant that made sure our plates and glasses were never empty. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that we always had what we needed. It really allowed us to relax and enjoy our day. I want to shoutout Meghan, Ashley and Rachel for being so easy to reach throughout the planning process. Your professionalism is incredible. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would 100% recommend David Alan Hospitality Group to anyone looking for great food and amazing service on their wedding day!

I don’t even know where to begin with Riverhouse Catering. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I didn’t hire an event coordinator, and they completely stepped into that role on top of being our full-service caterer and bar. Noora helped me plan and coordinate details for almost two years, and her guidance and organization were invaluable. I was even able to make changes to numbers leading up to the day with no issues. On the wedding day, their entire team absolutely blew me away. They handled every detail seamlessly — even making the call on our ceremony location due to weather, waiting until the very last minute to give us the best possible outcome. Their professionalism, care, and experience are unmatched. And of course, the food — incredible. Guests are still talking about the warm short rib meal! Riverhouse made our day so special, and I’m endlessly grateful for their dedication and expertise.

We hosted a wedding on 10-10-25 at The Mountain Room at Mt. Southington --- working with Janalynne at Carmela Marie was so easy -- like working with your favorite cousin! She was so professional and helpful and very flexible. Best of all, EVERYONE commented on how excellent the food was --- from appetizers to filet mignon, everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. We would highly recommend working with Carmela Marie catering!

The service I received from Nicole and her staff from Taste of home catering for my daughters wedding was second to none. From start to finish Nicole and her staff were professional, kind and on top of everything. Nicole worked above and beyond to help me stay within my budget. Above all, the food that she provided was amazing! We started off with buffalo chicken bites, shrimp cocktail, bacon wrapped scallops and bruschetta for our appetizers. For dinner we chose chicken Francese, short ribs, and the pork tenderloin. Everything was just sooo good! Oh, and the Apple strawberry feta salad was to die for! We also had veggies potato and pasta. My guests were raving about the food all night! All in all, I couldn’t recommend Nicole more. Her food was excellent, and her prices were very fair compared to other caterers I received quotes from. I will definitely be using her in the future for my party needs for sure! Thank you Nicole for helping make my daughters wedding day so effortless!

I couldn’t recommend working with Kara at Valencia Social Events more! The charcuterie cart was the perfect eclectic touch to my bridal shower — it was a gorgeous, high quality piece that everyone loved. Kara was so lovely to work with and I look forward to using her for events I host in the future!

We had our wedding reception in the Sunroom in Carbone’s Prime. The experience exceeded our vision and would highly recommend you to have your wedding reception at Carbone’s if you want a dinner party styled reception! We chose the plated dinner and it was amazing, the servers were the sweetest and highly professional. Our reception was about 4 hours long and the level of organization and execution of every dish was outstanding – we could not have asked for a better run event for our wedding! Our guests are raving about the service and food. My one and only regret was that I was too full to eat everything! Luckily, we had some extras packed for us without asking and it was great being able to eat my wedding food for leftovers over the next days. Beyond the service, our coordinator Mary-Beth at Carbone’s Prime was amazing from our initial inquiry of the space to the conclusion of our reception. Her communication was quick, and was always happy to help with any question or request. She helped us curate a menu, talk us through the options for our budget, décor set-up and made the planning stress-free. We had our wedding cake delivered to Carbone’s and after our cutting of the cake they served it to our guests and packaged the leftovers. Upon our arrival her greeting was genuine and we could tell she was genuinely enjoying our reception and went above & beyond ensuring we had a great evening. Thank you Mary-Beth and all our servers – we cannot thank you enough for hosting our wedding reception!

Z Catering catered our wedding and we are very happy with that decision. Everything went flawlessly and tasted amazing. Many of our guests even came up to us saying how it was the best wedding food they ever had!
