Bourassa went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. The communication and planning was thorough and organized and made sure nothing went unaccounted for. The tasting was incredible with some many amazing options to choose from, it was honestly hard to pick because everything was so amazing. Leading up to the wedding the team made sure every detail was covered, making sure all guests had safe options despite multiple allergies and sensitivities. It put our mind at ease knowing all of our guests could easily find something safe and delicious to eat. The food and service on our wedding day was beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive to guest needs, the food and drinks were incredible, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Most couple often say they barley have time to eat on their wedding day, and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. The staff made sure we had drinks and food whenever we needed and I'm so glad that was the case because all of the food was outstanding. I have had multiple guests rave about how good the food was. I have many engaged friends now inquiring about who we had for catering because they do not want to miss out on hiring Bourassa. I simply cannot recommend Bourassa enough and look forward to hiring them for all of my future events, you cannot go wrong picking them to be apart of your wedding or special event!!

We hired this company to cater our wedding last summer, and they went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment the first hand-passed hors d’oeuvres came out, our guests were raving—and they didn’t stop all night! Everything was beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly fresh.

We are so grateful that we chose Bourassa Catering for our wedding at The Estate in New Haven this past October. They were absolutely phenomenal from start of planning through cleanup of our event. We continue to hear from our guests how incredible the food and service was. We chose the short rib, salmon and eggplant rollatini for entrees then 5 passed apps, charcuterie and a taco station along with their full bar service.

We worked closely with Nikki during the planning process, and she was a dream to work with. She is attentive, communicative, and makes everything feel seamless. Her organization and professionalism allowed us to relax and feel confident knowing Bourassa had every detail of our vison handled. Nikki will help you to make your wedding day your own assisting in customizing some of our menu items and ensuring that your décor is exactly how you pictured it to be.

They worked with us to design a unique combo family-style and plated meal service, and it was executed perfectly. The timing was flawless, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. My husband and I had our own attendant who made sure we had a drink & got to try all of our food during such a busy night. They even went above and beyond by sourcing our favorite local beer from our hometown for the bar and helping coordinate the delivery of 15 individual mini wedding cakes to each table for dessert.

The bartenders kept up with a busy crowd and served delicious drinks all night with great energy and fantastic service even switching locations between cocktail hour, the reception and late night service for us.

Bourassa is the reason that our wedding day was executed so seamlessly. If you want a caterer who delivers not only excellent food but top-tier service and attention to detail, we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Bourassa was absolutely incredible!! From our very first conversation and taste of their food at the Wadsworth Mansion wedding show until wedding day and beyond the Bourassa team has been truly remarkable. Their kind and generous team; especially Nikki, Devin, Gabriel, and Jon gave my husband and I nothing short of the full experience of wedding planning! They answered every question we had along the way, quickly responded to every email and phone call with such enthusiasm and reassurance that everything would be perfect and were overall just so personable. We booked Bourassa for our wedding and they were absolutely outstanding. From start to finish they were so accommodating and flexible. Everything we asked for, they were able to make happen.

The service at the wedding was incredible and the food was fantastic. I can't even begin to tell you the number of people who came up to my husband and I to say how delicious their meal was.

During cocktail hour, I (the bride) had gone upstairs with my mom to bustle my dress and one of the servers came up and brought us an entire tray of hors d'oeuvres without us even asking. I thought that was so kind and it was amazing because I was starving at that point!

Bourassa did an incredible job catering our wedding at the Beardsley Zoo. Not only was the food amazing, but the coordinator Nikki was quickly responsive and extremely professional, despite my last minute worries I kept bothering her with! Bourassa was accommodating to all of our requests, and everything flowed perfectly during the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough, and would absolutely book them again!

She was always responsive and thorough, never missing a detail. We wanted a menu that represented us, and after many, many emails and phone calls, we were able to create the perfect stationed dinner and cocktail hour menus. Nikki and the chefs provided an excellent tasting to make sure we liked every part of our menu. The entire team was great, and provided such wonderful service.
